Affiliate Marketing seems like a mystery to someone hearing it for the first time - until you start exploring what it is and see how simple it really is. You sell something on behalf of someone else and keep a percentage of the sale for yourself as pay. Simple enough concept. But for some, it is still a concept they don't fully understand and need books like this to help them better understand. This is a super short, very compact explanation of what affiliate marketing is and how someone might benefit from it.

The author takes the reader through the basics of affilate marketing, helping them to understand what it is and how it works. It is a simple primer that walks you through the subject and shows you how it can be applied to your own online work. He even teaches you about link cloaking, which is a subject I hadn't heard of before, despite being in the affiliate marketing scene for years now. It is a great book to help someone learn the basics and begin their own ventures in making additional money, and provides some good ideas for those who have already been doing it for awhile.

The writing style is good. He speaks with knowledge of the subject and explains it easily for readers. The book was well written without the mistakes in grammar, spelling, and punctuation that I often see in other books any more. His work was relatively free of errors and simple to follow along.

This is yet another VERY short book by this author who writes a lot of books at a very rapid pace, but one with good information that can help people with getting started down the road to riches through affiliate marketing. As with his other books, I think it could have been much better had he spent more time developing it further and expanding on the content he provides. But despite that, I do feel there is value in this book and whoever reads it will find ideas to help them better undestand affiliate marketing and get started.

A quick read to get started in affiliate marketing

This is a great first step if you’re just looking to get into affiliate marketing. The book is laid out in a way where it’s bulleted so it’s easy to read and understand the action steps you need to take. It does rely heavily on blogging, and possibly could use an update to include the current trends of video and TikTok. I do recommend it if somebody’s just looking to get started and wants the quick and easy directions.
