Intelligent and ambitious, attorney Dominique Wallace has worked hard for her excellent trial record and happy home. Dominique’s life is turned upside down after she agrees to represent a high-profile sexual abuse case against Michael Buchanan. Mr. Buchanan is a powerful businessman who has city officials on his payroll, and he will stop at nothing to get his way. Even his wife won’t cross him, despite the fact she knows he is guilty.
Mr. Buchanan tries to teach Dominique a lesson about loyalty. Dominique’s problem escalates when she falls victim to Mr. Buchanan’s assaults, which trigger unexplainable panic attacks. These panic attacks cause her to question her own sanity. Somehow Dominique finds protection and an unexplainable emotional connection with a young boy named Shawn. However, Shawn has other plans for their relationship. He wants Dominique for himself. He causes severe disruption between Dominique and her family. Dominique is blind to Shawn’s intentions and feels torn between him and her family until Dr. Martin, Dominique’s therapist, discovers who Shawn really is.
Dominique isn’t prepared to deal with the real Shawn and now her perfect world is shattering. Life as she knows it will never be the same.

Keesya Renee’ Hill-Jones is originally from Chase City, Virginia. She currently lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with her husband and daughter. Keesya is a CEO of a healthcare agency called Caregivers In-Home Care located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Caregivers In-Home Care is a personal care agency that assist elderly individuals and other individuals in the community that require non-skill home care services.
Keesya Hill-Jones is also a published author. She published her first novel “The Protector”, which is a suspense thriller. She wrote it over 10 years ago. She has three other novels she plans to publish.
On July 29, 2017, Mayor Eddie Bratton of Chase City, Virginia announced a proclamation that July 29, 2017 will be proclaimed as Keesya Hill-Jones Day and she was also presented with a key to the Town of Chase City, Virginia.
Keesya Hill-Jones is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated and Jack and Jill of America Incorporated. She enjoys volunteering and making a difference in her community.
