Love wasn’t in the script…

Former man-eater Samantha Lockhart has been an actress long enough to be able to spot a smooth-talking player a mile away. Dark-haired, bourbon-eyed, a wicked smile…Kyle Masterson is one of the best.

From his bad-boy motorcycle boots to his good-ole-boy Southern drawl, everything about Kyle screams sex appeal. But after a tragedy hits close to home, Sam tries to convince herself she’s done with players on and off the stage.

Kyle, a V-twin-riding divorce attorney, has witnessed enough horror stories of love gone wrong to know that while women are welcome in his bed, they’re definitely not in his future. But once the petite, mercurial redhead catches his eye, he can’t think of anything—or anyone—else.

Sam’s trust doesn’t come easy, but the more time they spend together, the deeper they both fall. Yet just as they’re breaking through each other’s barriers, someone who doesn’t like being upstaged makes a deadly play of his own. And if Sam refuses, she may not be able to breathe a word to anyone…ever.

Warning: Contains a small-town thespian who isn’t easily fooled and a lawyer with a weakness for V-twin engines and sassy redheads.

Kyle Masterson is HOT, HOT, HOT! Oh, who can resist a reformed playboy, divorce lawyer who's sinfully addictive and ridiculously attractive? The correct answer is not freaking me! This story was right up my alley and Harper Kincaid delivered, thanking my lucky stars! I give Heart Breaker 5 decadent stars for making me completely fall in love with the story and the characters.

Let's start with the female lead as that isn't something I normally do. Samantha Lockhart made me laugh and actually made me think of myself in a lot of ways. Besides the glaring obvious, her sharing my name, she's strong willed, vocal, sassy, and completely confident in her own ability. She doesn't take anyone's crap but has a good heart. I liked her and felt close to her because we not only shared the same first name but also a very similar personality.

Kyle freaking sexy Masterson was so easy to find charming that it should be one of the seven deadly sins. Honestly, I loved him and panted after him. He's a divorce lawyer and a shark in the courtroom which is hot. It also translates into him being wicked in the bedroom, in complete control of his person, and being intellectual. Kyle is all of these things and more. There's really not much to not like about him. He messes up, which is totally human of him, but he is smart enough to know he has to apologize and fix it. My biggest weakness is a guy that knows when he messes up, knows when to apologize, and knows apologizing and meaning that apology doesn't translate to weakness.

The story has a few wild moments that add a nice change of pace. You're in for a bit of a ride towards the end but have no fear because there is a lovely happy ending. There's conflict, confusion, hurt feelings, impossibly hot sex, the catapulting into love, and the sweet promise of a gorgeous future. I really just enjoyed the read and it, as many really good romance novels do, reinforced my desire to never settle for anything less than all consuming love and passion.

I read this bcos I was feeling like something angsty but turned out pretty much sweet and medium/low-angst. Its a romance about a carefree extrovert h who is now heartbroken after losing her parents. She meets a guy who's sexy and super sweet ( also a reputed manho) and treats her like a princess. He also protects her from her evil boss. There's a hea with a proposal and everything. 3.5 stars!

Tragedy struck two sisters who were very close to one another as well as their parents. Samantha Lockhart, 27, an actress, she never was so happy to be roommates with her younger sister Jessica. Especially, on the awful night Samantha received a call saying that their parents were killed. They were killed by a drunk driver just blocks from their childhood home.
The two dropped everything to go home. Samantha left behind a play she was in and Jes left behind her Special Ed students she taught in order to put her parent’s affairs in order. At first they thought about selling their childhood home but once they got here and started fixing it up they both admitted to missing Vienna, Virginia their hometown had what they wanted in this new phases of their lives.
After many months being in the house only fixing and renovating Sam went with Jes a few doors down to Jax and Lauren’s Super Bowl party. While there she catches the eye of Kyle Masterson a divorce attorney and the number one player in three states for sure. Not only did Jax warn her but she knew all the game plays since she use to be one herself. She was strong that first day to ward him off but after two weeks I believe it was he sees her again. The second time not so much willpower did she have.
Kyle is one Alpha Male to the MAX. He has met his match in Samantha. Just when I think she has no backbone or is wishy-washy she brings him to his knees. I have to say the notes the day after he gets her in bed, they would have been a done deal with most women or a long and painful courtship to make him pay but she had other ideas. A week went by of her moping around before her best gay boyfriend of the theater decided to take matters into his own hands. He knew Kyle and his date were at the same party he was hosting with his partner so he asked Samantha to get in her sexiest dress, which she was not happy about and he lied saying his boyfriend was gone and couldn’t attend with him, and come to the event with him ASAP! So she does.
You see he knew after talking with Samantha in long sister sessions that Kyle had kissed her off by notes. So he thought a little improv was in order. So when she arrived and before she could look around. As soon as Samantha walked up to him in all of Patrick’s sexiness he pulls her in by cupping her cheeks with both hands and whispers in her ear, “Remember the first rule of improv?” Then, he kiss the stuffing right out of her so well and so sexy that she almost forgot that he was gay. When he pulled back she just had the look of shock. He took her by the arm and walked inside and then is when she saw not only Patrick’s partner there but she also saw Kyle and his date. He did not look happy. She did not look happy with Patrick…
This was a total surprise of a book for me. Yet a totally good one at that. It had suspense, an evil director, attempted murder, a kidnapping, stacking, sex play broken hearts, and so much more. You will not want to miss this one it will keep you on your toes and make you laugh and say awe & boo a few time too. I give this 5 stars. Provided by Net Galley.

Loved this short but intense read featuring wonderful, flawed yet genuine characters. I listened to the audio version and it was a lovely distraction during a cross country road trip. The sex was off the charts hot! Plus I loved how each character gave the other what they needed to be completely fulfilled in life and happy together. A steamy, short read!

What happens when two love 'em and leave 'em types find each other? Well, Harper Kincaid shows us in her latest installment of her Break On Through series, Heart Breaker. An actress whose life hasn't been the same after losing her parents and a divorce lawyer who see the worst in relationships find it impossible to deny the attraction between them even when they are different points in their lives. I loved watching these two navigate the relationship waters something neither one was all that familiar with all while dealing with someone from both their pasts that had a score to settle with them both. Flirty and sexy with a bit of suspense thrown in for good measure; Heart Breaker was an exciting and satisfying romance.

It was extremely easy to like both Samantha Lockhart and Kyle Masterson. I appreciated that while Sam was very attracted to Kyle she let him know up front that she couldn't be with him at this point in her life but she admitted that he awakened in her a part she thought she buried with her parents. Kyle let Samantha know that he wanted her like no other and that his attraction to her was different from other women. They both made some mistakes but it was evident as time went by they were both getting in deeper than they ever expected.

While I would have liked a little more time spent with these two talking about what they both wanted down the line, I really can't deny the intensity of their feelings especially after a couple of harrowing scenes nor their physical attraction because their intimate scenes were off the charts hot. The main thing is this was a very enjoyable romance with a fantastic cast of characters including some really interesting secondary characters that I'm positive we'll see again.

Strong characters, an engaging plot and gratifying love scenes made Heart Breaker a rather enjoyable story that left me curious as to what will happen next in this series.

I really enjoyed the first book in this series, Rule Breaker, so I was totally up for another round in Ms. Kincaid's Break On Through world. The characters in this story are connected to Lauren and Jackson from book one. As a matter of fact, they actually meet at Lauren and Jackson's Superbowl party from book one.

Sam is finally coming out the other side of the grief for her parents that has laid her low these last 7 months. Before their death, she was a bit of a player, happy to play the field, with no intentions of settling down. But now, she is looking for more, something like her parents had. Kyle would have been what she was looking for 7 months ago, but now... not so much.

Kyle is an intriguing character. He has hyperthymesia, leading to some interesting and unique quirks and foibles. I was a little disappointed in Kyle, due to some asshattedness that takes place early on. Thankfully, he did learn from it and fully redeemed himself in my eyes. Dontcha love a man that can be taught? *wink*

I liked that Sam was a strong, independent female, but she wasn't stupid with it. When she runs into some troubles and is given sound advice for her protection, she doesn't run out defying good sense. She listens and attempts to follow it. Shocking, yes? I also liked that she was doing rehab work on her home herself, showing that women can be just as capable as men. Kyle doesn't immediately try to step in and stop her from doing her thing. He supports her and protects her, but doesn't try to smother her. These two worked really well together.

Overall, this was a great read. Sam and Kyle complemented each other and made a cute couple. I am looking forward to Sam's sister and Kyle's friends story... because it is obvious there's a story brewing. I gave this book 4 stars.

Thanks to Netgalley and Samhain Publishing for the opportunity to read and review the book.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review, thanks to the Publisher and NetGalley.

I absolutely love when a writer lets you see the other side of a story. This one is about Samantha and Kyle. If you read the first book you know who they are. Jacksons BFF and Lauren's neighbor. I was so excited when I realized who it was about.

Samantha is an actress. She's beautiful and used to be the player. She didn't have time for a relationship with all her traveling. A tragedy happens, which changes her.

Kyle, is an attorney and also a player. But something attracts him to Samantha. Their connection was undeniable. Thought he slips up a bit, he does make up for it.

This book didn't disappoint at all. The sex scenes were hot and the story just flowed so well. There was a lot of action. I think I have new favorite author. I actually loved all the main characters. Picking one is just too hard. I can't wait to read what she comes up with next.

Maybe... about her sister Jessica! :D

Also, though I got this free from Netgalley for an honest review. I pre-ordered it myself!...Lissa

This is the second in the series and I liked the first book a lot, so was delighted to be offered this story too.

Heart Breaker is a fun read, with a number of interesting and desirable characters. The premise for the story was good - and the player meets player scenario worked well. I loved the romancing and the chemistry between them was not to be denied. I didn't completely buy into the more dramatic moments, but I loved that she was remodelling the house herself!

Overall an enjoyable read - and I am guessing that Jess is going to get her chance next ...

This was a fun light-hearted read. Yes there is some heavy emotional stuff in the beginning but I found the remaining chapters to be light-hearted.

I liked the idea of pitting player against player. They know the game but who plays it better, situation. Some of the sex scenes got to be a bit much and I found myself skimming through those but over all it was a good read that I enjoyed. It was a quick read but the plot wasn't rushed.

I look forward to reading more.

As reviewed on Read Our Lips:

When disaster struck Samantha's family, she changed her live for the day style, and now she's decided to find a man to settle down with. A manwhore is the last thing she needs. Meeting Kyle sets her determination to the test, though.
Kyle can´t resist the gorgeousness of Sam, but blowing her off the next day turns out to be a mistake. Can he salvage this situation?
When Sam finds herself in trouble, Kyle will come to the rescue.
Contemporary romance, suspense and smutty fluff in a great combo.
Listened to the audio version, and the narrator was great, accents and all.

Thanks Wicked Reads for a copy to read and review.

Cute read with plenty to hold my interest. Samantha deals with a tragedy suddenly losing her parents to a drunk driver and is still picking up the pieces. Usually a love'em and leave them kind of girl, she's not sure her heart can stand anymore heart break. She becomes reclusive and a do it yourselfer for her parents home renovation. Meets Kyle, at a Super Bowl party and tries to deny the attraction between them. Second great book in a romantic series and four stars of entertainment!

So I have been on a really good reading jag as of late and have been handing out 4 & 5-star reviews like crazy. This is due to two things. The first is that I’ve had the opportunity to read or re-read books that I bought from authors I love and share my love of said authors with our blog followers – yeah, just a bit of fan-girling going on. The other reason is that I’ve also had the opportunity to read books by authors I’ve discovered through the blog and have come to really enjoy their writing. Harper Kincaid’s Heart Breaker falls into this second category and I’m surprised to say that I think I may have enjoyed it even more than Rule Breaker and I loved that book pretty thoroughly. I suppose I’ll have to read them back-to-back to know for sure and that will be SUCH a hardship. <=Did the sarcasm come through?

Kincaid sucked me right in with a Prologue that left me devastated. I actually had to put my Kindle down for a good 10 to 15 minutes before I could continue – it was that heartbreaking for me. Yet it gave me a good glimpse into the player that Samantha was before her world was shattered. Understanding her grief, I completely got where she was coming from when she rebuffed Kyle’s advances and I would have loved to have watched that scene play out in a movie. But as their paths continue to cross (in an orchestrated maneuver on Kyle’s part), Sam finally gives in and I can only say WOW!!! The chemistry between the two is intense and it’s what made the morning after so … heartbreaking, frustrating, infuriating, you get the picture. While I loved the relationship Sam has with her sister, I freaking adored Trick and the stunt he pulled was fabulous! Witnessing the emotional upheaval Sam experiences is distressing, but thankfully Kyle proves he knows how to grovel with the best of them and even better, he knows how to admit when he is wrong.

While the book moved quickly, I didn’t feel as though the relationship was an insta-love situation. There was a professional admiration that Kyle had for Sam as he had seen her act in a couple of plays before they ever met, so that “celebrity” attraction was there. But because both have some rather serious baggage – and Kyle’s was freaking fascinating – neither was in a rush to fall in love. They might have been willing to fall into bed after a bit of a pursuit, but their hearts were pulled back as neither wanted to get hurt. But pain is inevitable when love is involved and these two were given quite the lesson as to how much hurt people can endure and still come out swinging. And that suspense element kept me on the edge of my seat as the drama played out. I really did not know what to expect and was impressed with just how much action Kincaid managed to put into the book and maintain a smooth-moving storyline. Heart Breaker was a blast to read, an excellent addition to the Break on Through series, and I cannot wait to read the next one – please let it be Mad Max and Jessica. PLEASE!!!

When I read the first book in the Break on Trough series, I quite liked it and I was definitely interested to find out who are going to be the main characters in the next book. Well, I have to say that I definitely didn't expect Kyle and Sam. But I can definitely say that I was pleasantly surprised. The story is interesting and quite good. Personally, I liked the second part of the book much more than the first one and in my opinion it quite saved the book for me. That's not to say that the first part was bad. It was sweet and romantic but it was just missing something. Probably because I am a sucker for a dangerous and suspenseful story and I found exactly that in the second part.

Kyle Masterson is the ultimate player. And that's not a surprise considering his dark hair, mesmerizing green eyes and stylish looks. He definitely knows how to seduce a woman and the fact that he is a god in the bedroom is definitely in his advantage. He changes women as often as he can but that all changes the moment he meets Sam. Something in her calms him down and she is the only one who can stop his constantly working mind to slow down. With her he finally finds peace and for a first time in his life he sees a happy future. In the beginning he looked like quite the stylish rich guy and I definitely didn't expect him to have a little bit darker and dominant side. I was definitely pleasantly surprised and just loved when he showed his protective side. It was quite hot knowing that he is ready to do anything to protect the woman he loves :)

Sam was quite an interesting character in her own right. Her life is shook from the roots after a tragic accident throws her in a dark place. It takes months for her to finally get out of the dark place she lived for months. Meeting Kyle helps her to find her inner strength and start living again. In him she finds her perfect other half and the only man she could see herself spending the rest of her life with.

In a few words, this is a quite good short read. It has an interesting and entertaining romantic story with a taste of suspense and danger. And in addition to that you get a sexy bad boy layer with a dominant and protective nature. All in all quite a good bargain and a great read for the summer months ;)

This is definitely a sexy read. I enjoyed the first book in the series as well. They are only loosely connected so this can be read as a standalone. These books are borderline MC, although this one much less.
I liked characters, the personalities the author portrayed. Samantha was an outgoing, partying, commitment-phob, ensconced in her career as an actress. Until her parents are killed in a car accident, at which point she becomes rather introverted and a bit of hermit. As she begins to find her way out into the world again, she meets Kyle, a playboy to the extreme with southern charm and a determination to have Samantha.
Kyle is a southern boy, a divorce lawyer, and has no belief in happily ever after, however he isn’t able to convince himself to stop his chase.
The chemistry between these two is great, they practically burst into flames around each other. Also, Samantha’s sister is a very likeable character, someone I wanted to know more about and I was rooting for her when she schemed o help Samantha.
Samantha’s best friend Patrick threw a bit if a wrench in the story. I liked him so much that I was wishing it was his and Samantha’s story instead of Kyle. He is sweet, sophisticated, masculine, and even being gay, I was silently hoping that Samantha would cause him to switch sides. Lol.
The hardest thing for me to swallow, however, was the speech patterns in the book. I mentioned it briefly in my review of book one. I understand that leaving off the first word in a sentence, such as I, the, she, etc, is an MC thing and though it was annoying, it didn’t bother me as much in book 1, especially since Jackson is a true biker. Unfortunately, is was much, much more prevalent in this book. In both Samantha and Kyle’s dialogue. Samantha is a far cry from a biker, and she’s an actress, therefore she would have excellent diction.
It was a disaster with Kyle, it made him incredibly unbelievable for me. First of all, the author refers to his southern drawl (that is not a speech pattern you would hear in the south), even worse, he is a high powered attorney. IN his position, he would need to be incredibly eloquent.
The book is a short, steamy read and actually has a little more meat to the plot than book one, with some danger and action. Unfortunately, I had a rough time with this one, but I may come back for Max and Jessica’s story. This turned out to be about a 3.5 for me.

Heart Breaker is definitely my favorite in Harper Kincaid's Break on Through series thus far. I'm I'm not sure if it had to do with characters or the overall storyline, whatever the case I enjoyed getting lost in Samantha's and Kyle's story.

Samantha Lockhart was once not only a lively thespian, but also a severe commitment-phobe. All of that changed after the tragic death of her parents. In efforts to avoid human contact she devoted bedtime into remodeling her childhood home. After must corehorsing from her sister, Samantha finds herself at a tailgate party were almost instantly she attracts the attention of Kyle.

Kyle Masterson is a divorce lawyer by day and sexy biker by night. Honestly, Kyle didn't put me in the mindset of of a biker, maybe it was his lack of tattoos. However, he did makeup for it with his charm and ....

The attraction between Sam and Kyle was instant, but it wasn't exactly love at first sight. The pace of their relationship was enjoyable to watch develop. Sam tried desperately to avoid Kyle at all cost because she was under the impression he only wanted one thing from her. It didn't ts and long to see Kyle genuinely wanted more with Samantha, luckily for him he has help from Samantha's sister.

Harper Kincaid's writing was highly enjoyable and the pace of the story kept me entertained. My only complaint was how the situation with her deranged stalker director was handled so quickly and without any real effort. Not that I was hoping for anything tragic to happen to Samantha, it was just made things seem less plausible.

“Seeing his reaction to me, so carnal, almost coming unhinged only spurred me on. The whole time not losing his eyes, letting him know without a word I craved him as much as he did me.”

5 stars! This book was a great little read!! It’s refreshing to see a role reversal with the girl being the player instead of the guy.

And if Sam refuses, she may not be able to breathe a word to anyone…ever.

Warning: Contains a small-town thespian who isn’t easily fooled and a lawyer with a weakness for V-twin engines and sassy redheads.

Samantha is an actress and an absolute player. That is until tragedy struck her and she decided to change her ways. She moves back home and while there meets Kyle. And instantly she’s attracted to him but she keeps her distance because like Samantha Kyle also is a player. The more time she spends with Kyle they fall deeper and all her walls seems to crumble. This book was great!! It was a lot of fun to read and refreshing from other books!

Samantha Lockhart, an actress and a self-proclaimed man-eater. She is with a man in her apartment not really into him when she gets a phone call from the police saying that her parents were involved in a traffic accident. She kicks the actor out which she was getting ready to do anyway because he was talking and her sister and her drove back to their home town about an hour outside of D.C. when arriving they are told that their parents have passed. They together move into their old home and she begins to remolded the home. Her sister finds a teaching job right there in town, but she does not go out. She stays in mostly to do the remolded and runs to home depot, not going on any additions just being in a funk that she can’t seem to get out of. Finally she goes to a neighbor’s Super Bowl party and she is attracted to a man that she later finds out is a player. He is a divorce attorney named Kyle Masterson, he starts talking to her but she tells him that she does not want anything to do with him. She then goes back into theater and gets a roll but later finds out that a director that she does not like to work with. He really like to torment her. Kyle meanwhile was still working on being with and then when they finally did get together he blew it the next morning, so now he was actually worse than he was before. He was still working on her but really it was one of her friends that helped push them along. She was trying to figure everything out from her parents death to the house to going back into acting that so much was happening to her at times I felt Kyle character was to forceful with and twice I felt that I did not listen to her and just pushed his way on her so she finally gave into him. I don’t know if that really would work because she needed for him to listen to her and he did not always do that. Maybe I am looking at this from a father’s perspective but just my thought. The rest of the story and how he takes care of her when she really needs him to was good so I am a little torn between the two sides of him. Overall this is a good book. I got this book from net galley.

See more of my reviews on my blog Thoughts At One In The Morning.

My Thoughts:

I knew I wanted to read this one after enjoying Jackson and Lauren's story in Rule Breaker, the first book in the Break On Through series. What was even better is they make an appearance in this book, so it was great to see them again and to get to know Samantha and Kyle more in Heart Breaker.

Samantha used to play the field, but after the tragic loss of her parents, she reevaluated her life and decided it's not for her anymore. So when Kyle comes into her life, with a player reputation, she's not too willing to let him in right away. Once they get to know each other, it becomes clear they have a deeper connection than just attraction or a temporary affair. Their relationship heats up quickly, and is extremely hot. There are some outside issues with Sam's director that threaten to get in the way of Sam and Kyle's happiness. Can they get past them for their romance to bloom?

Heart Breaker is a sexy story full of heart. Sam and Kyle's relationship happens quickly, but it's believable and sweet. Harper Kincaid has a way with her characters--it's hard to explain, but I completely love every single one she writes. They're always unique, real, and have just the right amount of quirky. I love it. And I can't wait to see what's next!

My Rating: Very Good

Heart Breaker by Harper Kincaid is the second book in her Break On Through series. It is a steamy [motorcycle] ride through the pages as these two get their demons under control, battle outside forces trying to keep them apart, and come to realize that alone is not better.

Who doesn't love a sexy, southern, motorcycle riding divorce attorney? Kyle Masterson has seen the worst of all endings to love - as a divorce attorney he wants no part of a relationship. Meeting sassy Samantha Lockhart has him questioning that decision...

Samantha has never really been into "relationships". As an actress she hasn't had the time or inclination to nuture any. When tragedy hits home she is leery of even the casual encounters she used to welcome. Of course, it's at this time in her life she meets Kyle, who she views as a player, and is determined to keep away and out of his bed.

You can't deny the attraction these two have for each other - it literally sends sparks of the page. A great read, well-paced, with enough twists to keep you hooked from first page to last.

Five stars for this fabulous book!

I could not put this book down. It was such a beautifully written book that gave you all the feels.

Commitment phobe Samantha Lockhart is an actress living in the DC area when tragedy strikes and she and her sister, Jessica, move back to their hometown of Vienna, Virgina.

As Samantha is trying to come to terms with her grief, she meets Kyle Masterson. Divorce lawyer and fellow player. Realizing that she's not well emotionally, Samantha rejects Kyle's advances. But Kyle is determined to have Samantha. Can these two players put aside their commitment issues and find forever in each other?

I loved Samantha. She is smart, sassy and not afraid to stand up for herself. And Kyle is alpha to the tee - possessive, protective, and oh so seductive. He also has a soft side for Samantha and it was fun watching these two strike sparks off each other. Throw in an interesting supporting cast and this book get two big thumbs up.

After Samantha and Jess lost both their parents in a car accident caused by a drunk driver. Sam turned into herself, gave up her life as an actress and basically shut herself inside her parents’ home, under the guise of redecorating it to sell. But what she really did was fall apart and was unable to cope with the world. Eight months later her sister Jess dragged her out to a friend’s party, where she met Kyle. Kyle pursued Sam hard, until the night she finally gave in, only to be left the next morning with a note and cab fare.
But then after A LOT of negotiation, Sam takes Kyle back! While you think they would head off to their Happily Ever After! That would be a big NOPE! But when Sam is attacked and abducted, will Kyle save her in time?
As this is the second book I am reviewing that was written by Harper Kincaid, I was excited to get stuck in. But Heart Breaker is not as it would seem, the tone of the book is very different; the plot is a lot darker and the characters harsher. But the storyline and writing were superb! And the story just sucked me right in!
I give Heart Breaker 9 out of 10.

I MIGHT have liked this more than book one. That's a rare thing these days. Samantha has become a bit of a recluse after losing her parents. Finally forced to get out of the house, she meets Kyle at her neighbor Lauren's house. I thought it was unique that their story overlaps the first book. They meet at Lauren and Jax's super bowl party. Kyle is very sure of himself and I loved them together. The best part was when things began to unfold the story was taken in a direction that I never saw coming and certainly didn't expect.

I'm liking this series a lot. They are quick novella length stories that are well developed and breezy. In this story we meet Sam and Kyle, whom I adore. I think that I liked this story a smidgen more that the 1st, but sometimes that happens because this story was my current read. Ohhh ... And... I oved that Sam was a recovering player!!! Great twist to a plot line. I will definitely read the next!
