Useful

Appreciate getting a quick "once over" before deciding to buy the book. I find "dietary life style" books are often annoyingly bloated, when you just want to get to the point. Therefore, this summary was very useful.

Some people believe that you are what you eat. Dr. Steven Gundry, however, posits that we are what we eat eats. That confusing sentence means that the toxins in the plants and food that is eaten by the meat we consume is passed on to us. He also debunks many of the common myths about eating that most of us have grown up with, particularly when it comes to plants, or plant-based foods.
SumoReads Summary of Steven R. Gundry’s The Plant Paradox is an overview of this groundbreaking, and somewhat controversial, book that offers an executive summary, detailed discussions of the main points, and an editorial review. If you’re looking for a way to help winnow the ever-growing list of books, fiction and nonfiction, available for purchase, this is a time- and money-saver. Now I don't want to read the actual book

I guess this summary saved me some money because now that I know more about the book, I don't think I care to rad it.

Not worth the money

“Summary” does not give you any helpful information. You are still going to have to buy and read Dr. Gundry’s book.
