Very Insightful & Highly Recommend
I really loved this book. It helped to reaffirm some of the things that I already knew but also taught me new things.
I recommend this book to every woman on the planet. It will change your focus.
I do have to add that there are a lot of biblical references and many mentions of God. I would consider myself to be kind of a spiritual person, but I am not over the top. Don't let these things deter you from reading the book, though. If you are not comfortable with some of the references, just replace God with the words Universe, Higher Power, or whatever you choose to believe.

Wonderful
I stumbled across this book and it was exactly what I needed. The first chapter was pretty much my first heart break. I actually cried reading that chapter because that was like reading my story all over again. I would recommend this book to anyone who has issues with falling for emotionally unavailable people. Although I’m over that phase this book has been a great eye opener for other toxic behaviors.

Life After Divorce...I Am Enough
I'm a divorced single mom that was grappling with how to ensure that I don't fall for the same situation in a different package as I begin to date again and entertain the idea of love again. This book empowered me to reclaim the beauty inside of me that I lost throughout my marriage and once I finally left. If you are experiencing similar issues and need a reminder of how awesome you are, then this is definitely a " must read".

There's so much I can say but, let me keep lt short and sweet, it was soft and easy to digest. I don't have a sister or anyone that's close to one, but this book is the closest I have ever come to experiencing a conversation with a sister. I could feel the richness in the love in every word read. I'm definitely gonna get some of her other books and would recommend it to anyone in need of the message.

This book was Amazing.. It was like she was describing my life ..I literally deleted social media before I began reading this book because u knew that was one thing that was holding me back ..comparing myself and this book confirmed. It was uplifting and helpful.. Never wrote down my fears I began to cry when I did.. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Good book
I enjoyed reading this. A great self reflection guide. It's not always just what someone did to me, it's what I allowed and where my head is really at. Highly recommend it.

This book is everything i really needed to hear everything that i read. I am enough!! moving forward i plan to use a lot of these affirmations in my everyday life. Start speaking more positively of myself.

This book was the first read for my sisters keeper book club. What a great choice! Each chapter included affirmations and questions that made it easy to discuss, not to mention the author Rainie Howard is amazing.
