Thank you New Harbinger Publishers and Netgalley for this ARC,

This book was well written, inspiring and informative. I loved the compassionate way it was written and the affirmations and exercises that were laced throughout the book. The book is suitable to a large range of people, not just those wanting recovery. It speaks directly to the reader and helps question your thoughts and whether these serve us for living our best life possible. I highly recommend this book, not just for those requiring recovery but anyone who needs some kindness, daily affirmations and wisdom.
