I thought this would be a book with little 5-minute meditations or tiny exercises to do. Instead, at least as far as I got into it, each one was more like an introduction to an enormous practice--a whole different school of meditation or mindfulness or something to look into. I felt my stress and to-do list growing with each page, which is the opposite of what I was looking for!
