Eileen Sheehan is an Award-Winning author of steamy romance thrillers for the mature adult. A professional psychic and holistic practitioner for over 30 years, the majority of her 60+ novels feature the paranormal, but some are novels about people in love and a very few are self-help. As the years progressed, so has her writing style. Although she still includes romance and strives for a happily ever after ending, her stories tend to have more mystery, thrills, and a touch of horror in them.
Eileen makes it a point to write a novel length that will allow the busy readers to be able to enjoy the read in one or two evenings.

Holy bat signal, Batman! This book just blew my mind! With the story line from the first two books, certain things had been laid as foundations. Certain people made out to be villains, others made out to be good guys. Some of those things just got tossed out by their ear onto their bottoms in the middle of the East River. WOAH! While things heat up on the Bartholomew front, we hear of another called Accalon. Who is he? What role does he have in all this? Who are Julia and Pierre working with? Oh wait, Pierre is in the dungeon in Vampire Land. What mysterious thing is happening to our beloved Queen and future Verso Witch? Who is behind Bartholomew and his weapons? There is so much going on in this book between duplicitous people and hidden agendas that my head felt like it was spinning at times, but I have to say I could not put this book down. It was an epic conclusion to what was going on. Can and will our gang of Fae/Werewolves/Hybrids/Vampires/Mutants ever get past the war that is raging with Bartholomew? Will they ever find safety? You're going to have to read to find out, but you really need to read the first two books ahead of this one. Well done, Eileen Sheehan! Well done!

Kings & Queens was the completion of the Vampire Witch Trilogy. At the beginning of the book, it seemed as though there might really be nothing to tell, but the author kept the twists and turns coming throughout the story. Casey continues to struggle to find her place in her kingdoms, especially once there's a surprise twist at her wedding ceremony.

Casey grows up in this book, taking charge of her kingdoms and making decisions as well as showing off her magic and other skills. Although she shuns both sexy brothers at the beginning of the story, she finally comes to grips with who she really loves and why and who she wants to be with.

The steamy sex scenes continue throughout this book as well, but Casey isn't quite as easily overcome with her sexual desires as she battles through new issues. It touches on a faint lesbian theme near the end, which wasn't my personal favorite, but it was still well done. I give this book, as I did the other two, a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Once again, I can't give a book 5 stars if there are spelling and grammar issues, but it seemed to be the only thing holding it back. I enjoy this author's voice!

The conflicts and dilemmas faced by Casey as Book 3 of the Vampire Witch Trilogy opened were so grave and intense that I had trouble believing a satisfying conclusion could be reached. But that is exactly what Sheehan delivers - a great wrap up of the many ongoing story threads from Books 1 and 2, and even more. New characters and battles added the perfect setting for this book, with wonderful - and sometimes surprising - resolutions to ongoing situations involving familiar characters. Luthias, Abigail, Geo and Gwendolyn are all back to woo, delight and confuse - as Casey's options taunt her and shift back and forth. Literally and figuratively. I highly recommend this series - once you start you won't want it to end!

There was no way I could rate Kings & Queens at anything less than a 5 star. It is book 3 of the Vampire Witch trilogy by Eileen Sheehan and I think it was the best of the 3. In this final part of the story, Casey comes into her own as a woman and a leader. She overcomes incredible difficulties for both herself and her people while keeping her family safe and herself alive. She finally makes a decision between Geo and Luthias, but it isn't heartbreaking because Eileen managed to weave a happily ever after ending. If you enjoy a well written, fast paced romance along with some adventure and thrills, I highly recommend this trilogy.

Lots going on in this third and final part of the series. It answers many of the questions left open in the two previous parts. Lots of danger and mysteries along with lots of STEAM. Great series overall, hard to put down.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Oh my goodness, i was so happy to read this book. It answered all my unanswered questions from the previous books and gave me the happily ever afters for all the characters ive come to care about so much.
In this final book Casey must once again save herself and all the people she cares about from the threat of the Order. She also has to find out who is using magic to try to kill her. She also has a wedding to plan. Everything finally starts looking up when the unthinkable happens, Geos once thought dead wife returns and wants him back. By Fae law he must be with her or be killed then to top it off even though Casey is their mother the fathers wife can take the children as her own if she wants and thats just what Shona does to hurt Casey. With nothing left for her she returns to vampire land to rule and try to forget about Geo. Soon though she realizes the threat to herself and her kingdom is close and just when shes at her last hope everything becomes clear. I know it doesnt make much sense but im trying not to give spoilers here. This book was amazing! Once thought enemies become friends and friends become traitors. Theres mystery, suspense and of course love for all! Luthius gets the love he deserves and even Gwendoline finds her happily ever after. This book was perfect! It took everyone and everything and gave it all its perfect ending.
