In 1947 Chuck Williams arrived in Sonoma, CA with the idea of building homes—first as a contractor, later as the owner of a hardware shop and finally as the founder of the first Williams-Sonoma store for cooks. Half a century later that small cookware shop has evolved into a multi-billion dollar retailing leader whose products encompass every room in the home.

本書相當短
且有約三分之一頁數是照片,所以比較像是美食照片集
再扣掉看不懂/買不到食材的料理後,能做的就更少了

電子書是固定板型,而能正常顯示字型大小不會跑掉的閱讀程式不多

Williams Sonoma's "The Pressure Cooker Cookbook" offers a solid introduction to pressure cooking with beautiful photography and time-saving recipes. While the collection features some standout dishes like the Chipotle-Honey Short Ribs and Shrimp Risotto, I found myself wishing for more detailed instructions and a wider variety of vegetarian options. The cookbook delivers on its promise of quick, nutritious meals, making it a useful addition for busy home cooks looking to maximize their pressure cooker's potential. A good starter cookbook that could have been great with a bit more depth
