Found this book in with more of my mom's cookbooks, and will be keeping it. A charming cookbook, I gar-ron-tee. 3 stars for the recipes, 4 stars for the humor.

This Cajun cooking television chef had the tag line "I guarantee!" This is a collection of some of his delicious recipes. He has put a bunch of his comments in the book. There is no recipe index for individual recipes.
