New York Times bestselling author Lexi Ryan brings readers a sexy NFL player who's pulled out all the stops for one more chance with the love of his life.

I have thirty days to make my wife fall in love with me or let her go forever.

I loved Bailey Green long before she watched her loser ex take his last breaths. I held her while they lowered his coffin into the ground, stilled her shaking hands when the nightmares would tear her from sleep. I waited for her through her grief. But while she was always willing to let me in her bed, she refused to let me in the one place I longed to be—her heart.

Tired of playing second string to a dead man, I let her go. I moved to Florida to begin my NFL career and tried to pretend my perfect life didn’t leave me empty. I’d almost given up. Until one drunken night in Vegas, we stumbled down the aisle and said “I do.”

In exchange for the divorce she wants so badly, she’s agreed to...

In Too Deep is fun. I like it. The chemistry between the characters are hot. Miss Ryan knows her characters and she gives them a good chemistry.

I am a fan of this series although not all the books in this series are good. I like Spinning Out and In Too Deep. The story is about marriage of convinience. But the twist is they been married for a while and not divorced yet. They were living apart during the beginning of their marriage life.

Overall I enjoyed the book very much.

My FAVOURITE in the series! I won't lie, this was the book that I was waiting for from the very first few chapters of book 1 and finally, in book 5 of the series, I got my wish - a HEA for Mason & Bailey!

As usual with the Blackhawk Boys books, things start off light hearted but gradually turn into an emotional ride. Mason has been wanting a relationship with Bailey since college, and now that he is a famous NFL player he has decided that since they got married in a drunken stupor in Vegas, he is going to do everything in his power to keep his wife. Bailey, on the other hand, is as always, keeping him at arm's length - she does not want to have anything more than friendship with him, she is keeping far too many secrets and the last thing she wants is to lose him completely.

I loved the push and pull of their relationship, and I was pleasantly surprised with the direction that the author took this couple in. If you love a friends-to-lovers, football based storyline, then I highly recommend this book. Add in a college theme, then the whole series is a must.

Great conclusion to a really enjoyable series.

In Too Deep is part of a series of standalone New Adult Romance novels. Told from dual POV.

"I thought I could handle four months as Mason’s wife, but four days in, and he’s already too close to my secrets."

Mason and Bailey have arguably the most complicated, messy dynamic of this entire series. The Blackhawk Boys are full of secrets and brokenness and addiction and sin, and each of their roads to happily ever after have been paved in heartache and tragedy. At first, In Too Deep felt a bit lighter to me as compared to previous standalones in this series. Bailey and Mason waking up after their hasty, drunken Vegas wedding felt, at first, delicious and sexy and fun. But as their history is revealed, as their truths are bared and their true feelings come to light, it became clear that In Too Deep would fall right in line with every other book in this series. In Too Deep is heavy with emotion and angst and it gripped me just as completely as the rest of Lexi Ryan's series did.

As heavy as this story is, it's also deliciously romantic and beautifully sweet. Mason has his own secrets but his devotion to Bailey has never been one of them. He's one of the good guys and it's impossible not to love him. Bailey is so headstrong, so stubborn, so defiant, so determined. Her entire young adult life has been built on secrets and lies and the struggle to get by. These characters have spent years playing a painfully messy game of push and pull, of give and take and after their accidental wedding becomes a marriage of convenience, every secret and lie they've ever had between them comes full circle and threatens everything they allow themselves to hope for.

“I don’t want your friendship unless it comes with your body. And I don’t want your body unless it comes with your heart .”

I love this book just as I've loved every book before it. The Blackhawk Boys is one of my absolute FAVORITE series and each book is just as fantastic as the last. This series is so angsty, so messy, so intricately woven together, I can not get enough of it. Mason's story is one I've longed for since these characters were first introduced in their friends' books and finally getting their complete story was as satisfying as I hoped it would be. Longing and heartache converge with sensuality and romance to make for a richly layered plot in this unputdownable page turner and I never wanted it to end. As with every book in this series, I struggled between devouring it eagerly and savoring it slowly just so it would last. I loved everything about it. The romance, the drama, MASON, the shocking secrets, the heart-wrenching truths, football, MASON, this colorful ensemble of characters, the steamy scenes, the raw emotion on every page, MASON, Lexi Ryan's stunning writing style, the way the past and present converge and collide, the drama and the unbelievably romantic one liners I highlighted throughout this book... I could go on and on about all of the things I loved about this book. It's sexy and delicious and infuriating and angsty and emotional and so romantic... I just loved it.

Mason Dahl and Bailey Green have been playing a game for years. She wants him, but only in her bed. He wants her, but only if she's willing to give him more. And for years, she hasn't been willing to give it to him, but one drunken night in Vegas is about to change everything.

Bailey grew up in a trailer park, stripped for money, and fell in love with a drug dealer. Convinced she'll never be anything more than trailer trash, she refuses to give Mason more than her body.

Mason is from money, and as a player in the NFL, he earns plenty of it on his own as well. His high society parents have never thought Bailey was good enough for him, and they've never hid their dislike of the girl from the wrong side of the tracks. Mason doesn't care about the money, he only cares about Bailey and winning her heart. He doesn't care about the past, he only cares about their future.

But the thing about the past? It never really stays there. The secrets between these two are like confetti that falls from a birthday card...just when you think you've got the whole mess cleaned up, you find more. And it's stickier and sneakier and trickier than the last. And probably causes you to curse. And yell.

I have loved The Blackhawk Boys series, and I'm sad to see it come to an end. I've been anticipating Mason and Bailey's story for some time now, and of course, Lexi delivers. Mason and Bailey are funny, sweet, sassy, and sexy, and prove that the best of friends make the best of partners. They have to work for their happy ending, but a little hard work has never scared these two off.

In Too Deep is the perfect conclusion to this series, and their story was worth the wait!

We met this couple in book one. We followed them thtough all the stories and saw how they should be together but didn't. And it was SOOO GOOD to finally read about them. To read IN TOO DEEP was different because we already knew and loved Mason and Bailey. So it was intense since page one. Like in the other BLACKHAWK BOYS books this was about a lover from the past that got a second chance. They met in college, hooked up, but it never got serious. Each decided to let it go and tried to live their lives separately but after one trip to Vegas they couldn't run away anymore. I loved how the story took place, how they couldn't keep their hands to themselves and how in all their atitudes you could see that there was so much love between them. This series and this author just became a favorite of mine. I loved so much and I'm kinda sad it ended. I'm gonna miss them so much.

Conhecemos esse casal no primeiro livro.  Nós os acompanhamos por todas as histórias e vimos como eles deveriam estar juntos, mas não ficaram.  E foi MUITO BOM finalmente ler sobre eles.  Ler IN TOO DEEP foi diferente, porque já conhecíamos e amavamos Mason e Bailey. Vou sentir muita falta deles.

We have watched the push and pull between Mason Dahl and Bailey Green for years. Mason has always just wanted all of her, while Bailey would only share her body with him, but never give him her heart. So he pulled away hoping playing hard to get would eventually make her give him more.

Years later celebrating in Vegas with their friends, they wake up married after a drunken night. But Bailey still pushes him away, but he eventually pulls her back. He's got other reasons besides his feelings and they agree to stay married on a trial basis. But both of them have had feelings so long and there is a lot of history there. And there are also secrets--big ones--that both of them have never shared. So as they spend more time together and get closer, the secrets and guilt are there reinforcing a wall and threatening to tear them apart for good.

I just adore Mason. He is from a wealthy family and is a successful NFL player in his own right, but he is non judgmental and down to Earth. He is loving, devoted, protective, generous, and loyal. He has a big heart and it has never wavered from wanting all of Bailey. Bailey is a survivor. She is strong, independent, proud, and had made mistakes. But due to her past, her financial state, and the things she has had to do to get buy, she feels unworthy. She has always been terrified of telling Mason the full truth and losing him from her life for good. But Mason also has his own secrets. And there are plenty of side issues affecting them as well.

This is a gradual unraveling of their twisted pasts and a breaking down of their relationship past and present. It is full of push and pull, angst, fears, insecurities, undisclosed information, and complications. They have hurt themselves and each other, and stand to do it again as secrets don't always stay buried. But can they live with the fall out?

I was totally rooting for Mason and Bailey. I enjoyed getting more with some of their crew: Mia, Arrow, Keegan, and Emma. I also liked spending time with his outgoing teammate, Hayden Owen, and I am hoping he might get his own book. The antagonists really made me dislike them and definitely added drama to the story.

There are some definite surprises and twists...some I figured out ahead of time and others that shocked me. As with all of the books in this series, the characters are damaged and their backstories are well developed. This one is a complex story with many layers and variables that had a part in keeping them from being together over the years. It is an engrossing, mysterious, sweet, sexy, angsty, emotional, and at times frustrating story of a love held back by secrets, miscommunication, and fear. It gives us more of their past we did not really know from the other books, and plenty of drama in the present. Mason and Bailey definitely have their work cut out for them if they want to try to get their own happily ever after like their friends. Winning her heart will be the most important play of Mason's life.

I have been in love with the story of Bailey and Mason since I read Spinning Out at the very beginning of the series. They have been my most anticipated couple and the two people I've rooted the hardest for. It should come as no surprise that I absolutely inhaled this book.

In Too Deep felt like it was going to be a bit lighter book at the beginning. It had all the makings of a romantic comedy and I was ready for it. I forgot, that the basis of this series seems to be that no matter how much of an open book someone seems.... everyone has secrets. Each of these books could be read as a standalone and In Too Deep is no exception BUT I also think that part of what makes Bailey and Mason's story so enjoyable is the buildup that you feel watching the push & pull of this couple on the sidelines of every other book. It helped create a delicious anticipation that made reading their story all the more thrilling.

You can't go wrong with any of the books in The Blackhawk Boys series. I know this is the last book in the series, but is it wrong of me to be hoping that there will be a spinoff with Owen? Every time he popped up in this book it seemed like he had a story to tell. I can't wait to see what Lexi Ryan comes up with next!

I received an advance reader copy of this book that I have chosen to review.

I really have a love/hate feeling for the blog my BFF and I do. I love it because I get to meet so many great authors and read books that I might not have gotten to, or had the chance to read. But at the same time, I hate it because when I find an author I like, or even love, I want to read everything else she's written and I don't always have time because of blog obligations.

That has happened here. I was fortunate enough to read Rushing In, the second book in this series, when it came out. I LOVED IT! I still can tell you the story, even though it's been a long while since I read it. I fell in love with the characters, Lexi Ryan's writing, all of it. I wanted to go back and read the first book and I meant to keep up with the series. Sadly, I didn't do either of those things. But, I lucked out and got my hands on this one. Guess what? I LOVED IT TOO! I just knew Mason and Bailey had a story that would take my breath away. Their story broke my heart and made me sob in some places, and I cried for them, and with them. And in the end I cheered for them. It was amazing :)

So here’s what happened …. I read book two of the series, Rushing in, last year for a blog tour. If you read the review you will know that I FUCKING LOVED IT. And I meant to go back to book one, Spinning Out, and then life happened or something and out of nowhere, book three, Going Under is happening and I’m like whaaaaaaaaaaat … but wait, life again and book FOUR, Falling Hard is coming up for promo and #anxiety And then the best thing happened … I met Lexi Ryan in person a couple of weeks ago at the Romantic Times Convention and got to spend some time with her chatting about books and life! *happy sigh* ( she is BEYOND lovely ) SO, I get back from the convention and #bingereading began! :)

So I’m gonna roll these last four books out for you in one review by saying Lexi is CRAZY WITH HER WORDS! Lol

1. The #FuckingFeels have #Feels that sometimes have #Feels (I aint even playin)

2. She loooooooooooooooooves her triangles that sometimes are possibly pentagons hiding in a hexagon (I’m seriously not playin)

3. Her books are NOT short so prepare yourself :) But every word in her books means something. Every event will lead to something. But pay attention because she’s crazy with her words ;)

4. No matter where YOU are in life, these stories will touch you. They will resonate in your heart and it will sing! LOUD. You may not prefer New Adult (as I mostly do not) but you will still love the heck out of these kids. And you will root for them. EVERY.STEP.OF.THE.WAY. #TRUST

5. This series is more than just a series of HEAs … It’s a series of friendship and family. It’s a series of growth and forgiveness and redemption. It’s a series of regrets and broken promises. There are twist and turns and sometimes some cliff diving that will keep you glued to your kindle. I promise you this! But most of all it is a story of love and unity and cohesiveness and trust!

So I’m not going back and doing an individual review of the stories I haven’t reviewed but I will say that ….

• Arrow and Mia, you weighed heavy on my heart. Your road was not an easy road for such young kids but you made it just fine to the other side! Well done!

•Grace, you touched my heart the hardest. I’m really happy you found Chris to stand by you, but I’m even happier you learned to stand on your own!

•Alexandra, I am in awe of you and you inspire me. You touched my soul the hardest. Your journey is/was unfathomable to me and you made it to the other side tall and strong.

•Emma and Keegan … If I had to read a story after yours right now I just would not be able to. Keegan, you are inspiring to all young men out there! I wish more read romance fiction because you are and exceptional young man! Emma … your journey gutted me from beginning to end. I saw it all coming and I was powerless to the havoc it playing in my heart. I cannot think of a more deserving couple than you two for a second chance at getting it right. #ditto <3

•Last but certainly not least ... Mason & Bailey ... what the actual fuck! I mean that with all the love LOL And Olivia, you need a spanking!!

Okay, so this turned out a little longer than I expected but I mean every word. These are NOT just sports romance stories and these are NOT just new adult stories. You just have to trust me on the power that Lexi Ryan has with a pen!

"I’m glad I wasn’t your childhood crush, because crushing on the bad boy next door made you daring. I’m glad I wasn’t your first love, because loving a man everyone thought the worst of made you unapologetic. I’m grateful I wasn’t your first lover, because giving Faith to your sister made you selfless. I don’t want to erase Nic from your life, because I’m madly in love with the woman you are, and he’s part of you.

I've changed my mind, this is my favourite book from the series. It almost reached my expectations. I loved it, I loved Mason, Chris is still my favourite, but he comes very close to him.
I loved Bailey and Mason relationship from the first book of the series and I couldn't literally couldn't wait to get to their story and I LOVED IT. I read it in one day. I COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN. Way too addictive. Bailey is definitely my favourite girl from the series, she is just so selfless and precious and she deserved so much better than the world gave her. I am so happy I finally finished the series. I fell in love with every character and I will definitely read more from Lexi Ryan.

The Blackhawk boys have all made such an impact and I have loved every one of them but I fell in love with Mason through everyone else's stories. So when we got to book 5 and the story of Mason and Bailey I just couldn't get up the lady balls to read it. I liked Bailey ok as a friend but I hated her for Mason.

Bailey just felt like she was playing him and I really couldn't handle watching him get put through the emotional wringer any more than I had already seen. But I love Lexi Ryan and I knew she would make it work for me so I one clicked it way back when and never got there. Until now.

So Mayson was Mason. Sweet, amazing, loving and all around the perfect boyfriend. And I may have taken a bit to get over my Bailey bias but I quickly learned she loved Mason, she was just so tied up in secrets and promises she couldn't let herself show it.

We also got glimpses of the couples we already know and adore which is always great. And since Lexi wrote this to perfection I have put the book down with a massive smile feeling so much better to know my beautiful Mason is in the best hands. Now we just need a spin off series or something cause I need more.

Omg so yeah I liked this one, but like all books in this series all the lies and secrets makes me wants to scream. It's so OTT and you think oh when the truth is revealed it's gonna be so good but with this author that is not the case it's just so meh so lackluster. You get angst but you don't get groveling and when the MC's of this series have a break up in the 3rd act they got back together so quickly. I did enjoy both Mason and Bailey but so much secrets put a hamper on me actually loving them .

Mason has been in love with Bailey for four years, but she keeps turning him down. She'll give him her body, but not her heart. He knows she has secrets, but she hasn't ever let him get close enough to know what they are. So when they get drunk in Vegas one night, Mason has no problems going along with the impulse decision to get married. Now he has to convince her to stay married.

Bailey is a character that hasn't always made the best decisions in life, but in reading the why, you totally understand and emphasize with the driving factors of those decisions. Mason is a great man, swoon worthy in every way. Lexi Ryan has an amazing ability to create realistic characters with realistic issues making every day choices that carry so much heart and emotion that the stories stay with you long after the book is finished.

In Too Deep is the fifth book in the Blackhawk Boys Series. It can be read independently, but in order to get more of the back story with all the other characters in the book, it's best to read them in order.

I have been waiting for Mason and Bailey’s story forever. It was an okay read for me but as usual I can’t help but wonder “why?” when I get the heart of Bailey’s issues. Her past was extremely sad and she had to make some tough choices. But Mason has loved Bailey forever and will literally do anything for her. This is where I struggle with heroines because my thought is why didn’t you just confide in Mason? I guess at the heart of it she didn’t have enough faith in their love or his love. Or maybe is what shame but it was hard to like her at times. Mason is well past being controlled by his father so I think he would have helped Bailey and the road would have been easier to their HEA.

All in all this was a good edition to the series because we finally get closure for Bailey and Mason.

REVIEW: 4.5 SWOONY STARS
"But while she was always willing to let me in her bed, she refused to let me in the one place I longed to be -- her heart."

I am certain that this will just be a review full of heart eyes and swirlies and giddiness and all that other mushy crap. Why? Because not only do I love Lexi Ryan and her stories (ok, and her amazing men), but I also knew this one was going to pull me out of my book funk. I was going to open it and angels were going to sing, the clouds would part, and the sun would shine down. Yes, I said it. Yes it happened.

MASON IS EVERYTHING. Everything. Eh-vurr-ree-thiiiing. He is ALL man. Oh my gosh....I need you to understand the strength in his actions, in his word, his conviction and his truth. Just, yeah. Wow. I am seriously sighing while thinking about him. Here's why I have these thoughts:

When a man will do without because he knows that is what his woman WANTS, that makes me smile. When a man will do whatever needs done because he knows that is what his woman NEEDS, that makes me giddy. When a man will FIGHT for what he wants, while trying to appease his woman, that makes me swoon. When a man knows the difference and takes care of business, that calms my soul. Oh man....I sigh. Mason is everything.

Bailey was the kind of gal that was beautiful. She knew it, worked it, but she also had her insecurities hidden very well behind this façade of bravery, of strength, of no worries. I loved how her defense mechanisms saved her, but I loved even more that Mason knew what she needed and was there, without judgement every single step of the way. If there is ever a book boyfriend to swoon over, Mason is it. Their struggles, they were all believable, they were understandable. If I opened my eyes, if I allowed myself to understand Bailey's hangups, it all made sense. Most women would take it at face value, and not look deeper, and I love that Bailey had Mason's best interests in mind....or so she thought. These two were meant to be. Bailey fought her feelings so hard, but Mason was her kryptonite. I can totally see why too. sigh He really was so sweet, so caring, so all around amazing.

You guys....LOVE. Mason LOVED Bailey!!! Oh man, I loved their love. Mason was never shy about his feelings, and I loved how direct he was with Bailey about them. He never hid behind this act of being too manly for anything. She was always his number one, his concern, his desire. Not a selfish bone in his body, his one desire was having Bailey by his side so he could spoil her with all the love he had to offer. My gosh...I'm swooning just thinking about him.

"I didn't promise I wouldn't feel anything. I'm a guy, Bailey, and the hottest girl in the room just kissed me. I'd be more worried if I didn't feel anything."

I'm so sad that this series is over. I loved this series, and that is a gimme based on all my reviews for it, but I love that her stories are all unique. They don't have storylines that sound the same, they don't have characters that act the same. The characters all have their own stories to tell. I love it!! There is something to say about an author that you just inherently know you can sink into their words and let the world's worries whisk away. Lexi is that author for me. Some of my favorite reads are her books. Bravo, Lexi, bravo. What an ending to an amazing series. I cannot wait to see what you come up with next.

"If you're not willing to fight for it, it's not really your bliss, is it?"

This is the Blackhawk Boys novel I’ve been waiting for! Bailey and Mason have been teased throughout the whole series, as Bailey wants to sleep with Mason and he wants a relationship. The tension between them when he put a stop to their physical relationship until she would let him in ratcheted off the chart and increased my anticipation of their story even more.

Several years later, Mason is still holding out, though it hurts that he feels the way he does and she won’t let him in. But a drunken night in Vegas for their friends’ bachelor and bachelorette parties finds them married in the morning.

I have always loved Mason and that feeling only grew as I read this book. He is such a gentleman and so devoted to Bailey even as she fights him tooth and nail about digging deeper into their relationship. He doesn’t let the money he grew up with cloud his vision of people or their choices, and he has a great head on his shoulders despite the venom his family spews at so many parts of his life.

Bailey grew on me more than I realized she would. I always admired her no-nonsense way of getting things done that needed to be done. Her attitude about stripping to pay for college was realistic given her upbringing and gave her an inner strength that some of her friends had never had to even look for.

As this story progressed and Mason convinced Bailey to give at least a fake marriage a go for a bit, I couldn’t help but cheer that they would be able to work through the issues still standing in their way. Because Mason may have laid down a challenge when he told Bailey he would sleep with her again when they were married, but that wasn’t the only thing standing in the way of their relationship.

I loved the twists and turns this book led me down. A few I was able to figure out for myself, but there were plenty of others that caught me by surprise and had me guessing until the end to try to figure out. I have been struggling through some of my reads lately, enjoying them but having a hard time focusing and reading as quickly as I typically do. This book changed that -- I didn’t want to put it down. I was constantly thinking about how Bailey would react to Mason’s plans, how Mason would break through Bailey’s walls, and what secrets each were hiding.

I have been madly in love with the Blackhawk Boys ever since reading the description for Spinning Out and taking a chance on a new to me author. Lexi has kept me entranced by these jersey wearing hotties who seem to always be cloaked in mystery and secrets. Although I have loved everyone of the heroes and heroines in this series, Lexi has kept me titillated and teased with glimpses into what we would be in for with Mason and Bailey in her newest book In Too Deep. It wasn't long into their story that Mason and Bailey had me wrapped in their web of secrets, lies, and irrepressible desire with no hope of escape.

Mason Dahl had me enraptured from the moment I first met him in Spinning Out. He has kept me captivated and intrigued throughout the whole series and eager to get to know this handsome, kind hearted jock a whole lot better! What I didn't expect was for his secrets to be as insurmountable as Bailey's. Who knew that underneath his jovial and caring personality there was secrecy that kept him bound to Bailey but also had him at arm's length as well. I love, love, love Mason! From his delicious dark skinned muscles to his amazing big heart. He wooed and charmed me with every move he made. If there is anyone who can help her see her self worth, inner beauty and strength, it is Mason! He has had reader's hearts pitter pattering throughout the series and had our libidos up to a full throttle by the end of his story.

Bailey Green has piqued my curiosity with her hard facade, cynical outlook on life, and ability to always persevere. I knew that her secrets ran deep but I never could have guessed that a reader could drown in them. Bailey evokes strong emotions of admiration and sympathy in a reader and leaves us with stars in our eyes.

Lexi Ryan delivers a phenomenal love story of strength and tenacity. I highly recommend In Too Deep for a romance that gives us heat, history, and emotions that are sure to overwhelm and consume. Lexi has quickly become one of my favorite authors and will remain so with each new and engrossing couple that she provides her readers. Lexi Ryan is a go to author in every way!

Holy crap. Throughout this series I couldn't wait to get to Bailey and Mason's story. I honestly thought it was going to be a fun read where Mason continues to chance after Bailey. Oh boy was I wrong. This wore me out. This was a rollercoaster. So many ups and downs. So many lies and blackmail going on behind each other's backs. I really liked how Bailey and Mason's past issues paralleled each other because if not, how could they have overcome everything that they did in their past.

Well another series checked off my TCR and I'm so glad that I went all in on this series. If you are looking for a sports romance and haven't given this one a try, I say go for it.

I really wasn't looking forward to Bailey's story. I didn't really care for her in the other books but I did like Mason and I wanted to see him happy, so I decided to go ahead an give this one a try. I didn't like Bailey any better by the end. Lol. Oh, well.

The conclusion of the Blackhawk Boys Series was bittersweet for me. I have fallen in love with all of these characters, and knowing we finally were going to get Mason and Bailey’s story brought me joy, but at the same time sadness, knowing it was going to be the end of the series.

If you’ve followed this series, you know Bailey and Mason have an interesting past. They’ve always had a relationship, but Bailey keeps him at a distance, and Mason has always wanted more from her. He thinks it’s because she’s still in love with her deceased ex Nic, but there’s a lot more to the story, that we find out in In Too Deep.

When this story begins we see Bailey and Mason waking up in Vegas hung over and married. Mason is thrilled, and Bailey is not too happy. They agree to keep things quiet so their friends can enjoy their wedding, but when Mason begins to ignore Bailey’s calls for a divorce, and she has to go visit him in Florida he asks her for a favor to stay married to him for four months to help him, and he’ll help her. Nothing could go wrong right? I loved how Mason knew he could either get the girl of his dreams after the four months were over, or end up breaking his heart all over again, and Bailey was breaking her heart all over again by spending more time with Mason. Watching the two of these characters dance around their feelings and bicker back and forth in the beginning of this book was amusing and heartbreaking all the same. We know they both have secrets, but you don’t know exactly what the secrets are that are keeping them apart. You just want them together.

As the story goes on and you get to see more of why Bailey has pushed Mason away, my heart broke for her. I understood her reasoning for the things she did, but I wish she would have come out and spoke to Mason about it instead of keeping it a secret for so long, but as we find out there’s even more to the reasoning than what meets the eye. There are so many secrets between these two, and it really makes you as the reader question if their love can really survive it all, especially with so many people trying to keep them apart.

I loved watching how supportive the core group of friends were in this book towards both Bailey and Mason, and when things were going bad, how they rallied around both of them to make sure things worked out for them. Emma and Mia were perfect friends for Bailey as they always were, and made me jealous of the friendships they had. Keegan was protective of Bailey but also an amazing friend like he always had been to Mason, and a new addition of Owen brought laughter and fun to this book. There were new characters introduced that I was not fond of, but they were needed to add to the story, and trust me, you will hate them all the same (Lindy….).

This was a beautiful ending to the series that I really didn’t want to end. I hope one day Lexi Ryan will give us a book with all of the characters showing us how they all ended up since each book was a stand alone with a couple, I would love to see them all together again since they’ve all gone their separate ways. Mason and Bailey’s story truly was a perfect ending for them, since we’ve seen them in each book, but never really knew what was going on with them. If you haven’t read The Blackhawk Boys Series yet, you don’t need to, to read In Too Deep, but I do recommend reading this entire series, as it is one of my favorites! In Too Deep is an amazing book of love, friendship, angst, and forgiveness. Definitely go pick up your copy today!

SO PERFECT & SWOONY!!! MY FAVORITE BLACKHAWK BOY!
OKAY!!! HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE OF THIS SERIES!

Mason had me at FREAKING HELLO!!! Such an all around great guy and all he wanted was Bailey Green, from the moment he met her! Can we talk about how many times this guy had me swooning in this book! Maybe every other chapter! You will especially love and adore how this man handles anyone who treats Bailey wrongly!

I actually enjoy when couples go through trials that make them fight harder for each other and their love. I feel it creates a stronger bond and deeper love between the two! But when one of them thinks they don't deserve the other for whatever reasons they've got their minds wrapped around; it makes that fight so much more difficult for both parties. These two had so many, so much heartbreak and tragedy sat between them yet from the very first moment I actually really read them together I wanted them to be endgame!

The twist! It got me! 100% I started to suspect early on BUT never once before this book did I suspect THAT to be the twist of Bailey's story! I've loved Bailey, she was that totally supportive laid back friend among the crew! I watched her be there 100% for every single one of her friends through all their trials in life in whatever capacity that she could! How in the world she ever for a single moment thought they wouldn't all be 100% behind her still shocks me! I knew she had experienced heartbreak, but I had no idea it was to this extent. Then the way she is viewed and treated by so many had me feeling very stabby!

One thing I loved most about this series is the crew! Even the ones who weren't there from childhood, came in and they clung to each other like the lifelines they all needed through all their secrets, drama, tragedies! I love how Lexi Ryan wrapped up this series too! How absolutely perfect!

In Too Deep is part of a series, however it can be read as a complete standalone.

Great Book! I have read several books from Lexi Ryan, she is definitely a good story teller. In too Deep was a real emotional roller coaster, my heart went out to Bailey and Mason, to love someone for soo long and make sacrifices and be selfless just because you believe that is what's best for all. I thought that Lexi wrote a very interesting story line, I was drawn in from the beginning and could not put the book down.
Her character development of Mason and Bailey was amazing, I loved the flash backs to the past, it helped understand why things were the way they were between Bailey and Mason. Mason was a great character, he was very open and real with his emotions that at certain points your heart bled for him. Sexual tension between Bailey and Mason was crazy intense and Lexi did an amazing job of not making the book all about these great sex scenes but also about this truly complicated love story.

This is the 5th book to the Blackhawk Boys series, I have not read any of the previous books, I can honestly say that I am now very interested in reading the other books in the series. I appreciated that this book can be read as a stand alone and you don't feel like your missing anything from not reading the other books.

I would very much recommend this book to friends.

In Too Deep is the fifth book in the Blackhawk Boy's series, this is the rest of Mason and Bailey's story. I would give this book a 4 stars and highly recommend to others. I was so happy to finally get the finale of this tale that has been twisting for quite sometime. Some will say this can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading the other books in this series as it will bring up the characters from them as well, and like I said this tale has been going on for a while so it will set you up for a better understanding of these characters.

Mason and Bailey met in college they had something great until out of the blue it wasn't anymore... but what neither realize is both have secrets that when exposed could either make or break them... but there is also one problem they both actually love each other, enough so that they drunkenly married each other, and when one wants and out and the other wants to stay what will happen?

Get to one clicking to see what happens and check out the other books in this series they were awesome as well!
Book 1 - SPINNING OUT (Arrow’s story)
Book 2 - RUSHING IN (Christopher’s story)
Book 3 - GOING UNDER (Sebastian’s story)
Book 4 - FALLING HARD (Keegan’s story)

I was all too happy to finally get Bailey and Mason's story. Bailey always intrigued me, unapologetic about stripping to earn money to pay her tuition and the girl had secrets I wanted to know. Well I got them here and all I can say is WOW! Mason is steadfast in his pursuit of Bailey but can not get her to see their relationship as anything but physical. She will share her body with Mason, but not her heart and when Mason enters his rookie season in the NFL, he looks to concentrate on his new career 600 miles away without Bailey. While attending their mutual friends bachelor/bachelorette party in Vegas, they wake up together with matching wedding rings. Bailey wants an immediate divorce while Mason wants her to give a real relationship a shot. There are so many obstacles in their way to a HEA...jealous exes, overbearing fathers, jealous players wives, Bailey's waning confidence and the super huge secret...that as I was reading I thought holy shit, what else is going to happen? Usually this genre can annoy me, but I really enjoyed this series. Yes, there is the typical bitchy ex as required of this genre, but the characters are multidimensional and there are some really great twists and turns in this well written story.

Bailey has a secret that will follow her for ever and always have a hold in her heart. Is Mason the man that can unlock that secret and get a little piece of her heart in the process ?? Or will there past stay in the past ??

The chemistry and hidden love between these two characters will have you screaming at the book .... tell each other .... just say it !!

In college these two were a pair .. friends/lovers until Bailey's heart for a certain old flame got in the way and her mind started thinking she wasn't good enough for Mason .. true to be told so did some family members on Mason's side .. but Bailey wasn't strong enough to put up a fight and when an opportunity came to light for her she took it and knew she would ALWAYS. REGRET IT !!

And regret it she did but you will never m so what that sexy hot football player had in mind ?? Could Mason convince Bailey she will always be his even after a 4 year friends thing or will her secrets run to deep ....

Will the advice of Mason's family member's make his mind up for him or will he go with his heart ?? Everyone makes mistakes even Mason !!

Wow just Wow .. loved these two !!

how do I start this review Mason has had feelings for Bailey it seems like forever but she's his best friend and he made a promise to their other best friend that he would look out for her but his feelings for her have grew more than just as in friendship and it's something that he wants to try but is he willing to sacrifice the friendship that they have deep down Bailey feels somewhat the same about Mason but can she do that to her lost loved one and when one night in Vegas brings Bailey and Mason together in holy matrimony can Mason convince Bailey to give their marriage a shot to see how things play and when Secrets From the Past surface will their friendship still last as well as the love they have for each other

In Too Deep by Lexi Ryan is the fifth installment in The Blackhawk Boys. And another winner by Lexi Ryan !!
In Too Deep can easily be read as a stand-alone. Anyway I recommend to read the books in order.
Book 1 - SPINNING OUT (Arrow’s story)
Book 2 - RUSHING IN (Christopher’s story)
Book 3 - GOING UNDER (Sebastian’s story)
Book 4 - FALLING HARD (Keegan’s story)
Book 5 - IN TOO DEEP (Mason’s story)

Mason loved Bailey for forever. But she was hung up on a dead man. He moved on and tried to start over. Until one drunken night in Las Vegas changes everything.
Now he has 4 month to convince his wife their love is real.
This story has it all—tension, angst, suspense and heartbreak. I've smiled, laughed, cried and was angry at some point. It is not often I feel so connected to the characters, but Lexi Ryan has accomplished just that. I love the story, the characters and the words.
I recommend In Too Deep and give 5 stars. Thank you Lexi Ryan!
