I think that as I approach that milestone that is fifty, I must be one of the oldest gamers on the face of this earth. Many a day you will find me lashed to my PS4 enjoying a good session of Skyrim. Who doesn’t love a good session of Skyrim?
I love writing—I have done it since I was a child when I would happily write about the latest episode of Doctor Who (Tom Baker in those days) in my schoolbooks. Growing up and becoming a business owner with my friend Jayne left little time to pursue my dream of publication, but of late the desire and the compulsion to put words onto paper have once again dominated my life so that now, my laptop has become surgically fused to my fingertips.
There is something desperately satisfying about telling a story. My fascination with History, Religion and Conspiracy theories have, in this instance, gone hand-in-hand with my love of all things vampire, fantasy, sci-fi and horror. I drove my parents nuts when I was young because that was all I would read about in books, all I would watch on television, but they have held me in good stead, and long may my obsession with the subjects continue, at least, that is, until the day they put me in my own wooden box. And imagination is such a wonderful thing. I once had a rather vivid dream about David Tennant and the Tardis console, but I could not possibly go into details about that here. Let’s just say that my polarity was well and truly reversed.
Dead Camp is just the beginning. I have to check my knickers every day at the thought that this book is now in the public domain. My first book, and I hope the first of many. And to those out there who love to write, who love to transport us to new worlds, or old worlds with a twisted perspective, I say to you keep going. I never thought I would ever see my work available to download, and thanks to eXtasy Books, the dream that I always thought unobtainable has finally come true. So thank you all at eXtasy, I am one happy homosexual thanks to you, and thank you the reader for taking the time to read this strange tale and allowing Eli and the incomparable Malachi into your lives.
And now I really need Skyrim.

Wow.. This writer produces amazingly well written books, This story and series will have you glued to the pages as the story is fast paced you'll love the characters. Each and everyone one of these characters has a place in an important storyline. I've laughed and cried and yes told them off for something they've done, hot love scenes are sizzling. This book has cemented my love for Malachi who holds my heart as his story is reviled more. The games played and the porn's guided around with the good verses evil. I cant wait for the next final chapter and the sad ending to an awesome series, I shall miss them.
Eli (vampire) was saddened and angered for Gaius aka Gideon dying in his arms that he's reminded by Isaiah they must rescue Ethan from Morbius. With Malachi's ghostly being they had a job to do. A vow to go after the spear and find Morbius and destroy him meaning they where headed to London. A love triangle of sorts seems to prevail. Isaiah hands a old book (a diary) to Eli from Gideon in hope it may help them with the journey ahead of them. Love and Sacrifice Gideon endures for Eli, time crosses between 1888 and 1945. The ending of this is ...... well nope not telling, but you'll need tissues handy as with the previous books.. Highly recommended this for your library..

Polished, Superbly Written Read
This book is by far the best as the reader will get a far better understanding of where the Author is going with this Epic Story. I have cried in all three Dead Camp books before this one, but OMG! I sobbed in this one. Upon saying that I also burst out laughing a hell of a lot as Sean sure knows how to deliver a line. I very rarely discuss plots, as I always feel its best the reader makes their own mind up and if by chance the book hasn't been read, I'm always afraid of saying too much. But I will never be backwards in coming forward in praising this Author for his superb and polished writing. I know I keep banging on in these reviews about his awesome wordsmith skills but there you have it. He is nothing short of a genius.

Dead Camp 4 End Game pt 1 by Sean Kerr - 5 stars

Firstly there aren't enough stars to rate this amazing book. I have read the first three Dead Camp stories and was waiting very impatiently for the next in the series to be released, at the same time hoping and praying that the author was able to maintain the quality. He did. In fact I would say as amazing at the first 3 were, there was more heart and emotion in this one.

We pick up the story with Eli, Mal and Isaac preparing to return to wartime London. I won't give any spoilers away because DC4 is a continuation of the story set up in the first 3 books so it's impossible to comment without divulging details and I wouldn't want to ruin it for anyone. However, suffice it to say that the gore and the violence and the passion runs high and packs a powerful impact on the reader from the very start.

This book is intense. There are many revelations with only a few answers, but enough to satisfy for the moment. It was thrilling, absorbing, filthy, passionate, raw and heart wrenching. The amount of research done by Sean Kerr is clearly evident as the level of detail is accurate and authentic.

I was thoroughly mesmerised from start to finish. The vivid descriptions made it feel like a movie running through my head and I could practically hear and see the streets of wartime London through the eyes of the Dead Camp characters.

This is a well written, thrilling tale that delves into sensitive areas, yet the author handles it all with style and consideration. He makes no apology for distorting what we deem to be the truth and letting his imagination run wild. It makes for fantastic reading and I don't think I drew a breath until the last word. I love the Dead Camp series for its originality but also because it's funny, sexy, deviant and depraved. Excellent stuff. Sean Kerr has a real job on his hands with the final book - I can't wait for Dead Camp 5!

WARNING: If you have not read the first 3 books, DO NOT read this one until you have. This series cannot be read as standalones, and you will be at a total loss if you try. Now, moving forward or should I say let’s see what the past has for us.

This fourth installment has left me an utter mess. This author has ripped my heart from my chest and dispersed it all over different parts of the world. I have never been on a journey like this. I literally could not put this book down. Let me tell you, I have paid good money for some really good roller coasters, and none of them compare to the roller coaster Sean has taken me on. It’s intense, makes me laugh and has me balling my eyes out. I can’t seem to get a grip on my emotions in this series, but this 4th installment takes the cake.

SPOILER ALERT if you have not read the first 3 books – DO NOT proceed

My poor Eli just can’t catch a break. My heart went out to him when he held Gideon as he died in his arms after learning what he really is. He loved Gideon for so long, to have to watch him go up in ash was just shattering. Then, Ethan is taken by evil itself, and his situation is looking dim. And now, he must go find the dagger before it gets into the wrong hands. My, my Eli, Sean has given you a piece of my heart and won’t give it back. Now that you’ve got the book, go learn about why everything happened the way it did.

Then there’s Malachi, my dear sweet Malachi. You are the most amazing ghost I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. And even learning the truth, you are there for Eli, and he is really going to need you to get through this book. I’m happy that you and Isaiah are there with him. Sean has given you a piece of my heart when Eli takes you home. OMG I balled like a baby. I mean, ugliest of ugly cries.

There are so many characters I could talk about, but then this review would be as long as the book. There’s Danyiel, the beautiful angel that has crushed me. There’s the Queen and her nephew, the Prince that are Vampires too. There is Churchill. There is Melek and the Black Messiah. There is just so much in the past and in the present that are colliding and causing so much havoc.

Answers are coming out of the woodwork, and everything I thought I knew is all being questioned. Things I’ve thought I understood about the beginning are not as they are. Lives are lost, love is lost, but souls are repaired. Goodbyes are really hard, and I’m not ready to say them. Sean left another piece of my heart at the cemetery, and that’s all I can say about that. You need to go through this journey as I have and don’t forget your tissues.

***I would like to thank the author for the privilege and opportunity of reading this ARC. My review is an honest opinion of the book***

Each installment of this series leaves me speechless at the genius behind the story.
I have read in to the thousands of books, this series makes my top three and I can't see that changing.
The absolute power of the story takes your breath away and changes your perception on everything you thought you knew as the author rewrites history.
The characters are well rounded and gloriously in depth, the tale itself spans the ages and the way it makes you question the world is just pure brilliance.
In this book we head back to London, I can already feel how painful it will be just by knowing this is where Malachi's story started and his life ultimately ended.
Eli and Mal have been together for many years and although they love one another, things are changing for them both. Issac is still hunting for his son and hopes that in London, things will lead them back to one another.
We know the threat is getting greater with each book and in London we get to meet some famous names from history who are trying to save the world. whether they can pull it off or not is another matter.
What with angels, demons, vampires and ghosts all in the mix, the story takes us to places and situations you never would have thought were possible but it's all done so well you can almost believe it.
The author has done an amazing amount of research and deserves more than the 5 stars that I can give this book.
I know book five is going to rip me apart but hopefully I will survive, not entirely sure that my heart will though!!
