About the author

Saskia is British by birth, but because of her parent's nomadic tendencies she grew up traveling the globe--an only child with a serious book habit. She dreamed of being a writer since the age of 12 and finally began writing seriously in the late 1990s.

Saskia's short stories have now been published in over one hundred international anthologies and magazines including Cosmo, and Bust. In the noughties Saskia started working on longer projects and since then her novels have been published by Penguin and Harlequin as well as other publishing houses. Great love story set in wonderful locations
I'm a bit of a world traveller, so I appreciate it when there is a bit of local colour in a book. I have not found too many romance novels who deliver on that but this one does! We get to visit London and Edinburgh, get a flavour of the Scottish Highland with Naomi's designs and for me that adds another layer to an already beautifully written romance. Both Naomi and Lucas are Interesting and realistic characters, which is an absolute must for me. While it starts out very tame in the bdsm section, it becomes steaming hot by the end! I also liked the fact that dominant Lucas who controls everything so well actually takes a misstep or two because emotions just aren't neat and tidy and submissive Naomi controls her emotions enough to make demands of her own! There is a very satisfying HEA and you can just imagine them rocking their relationship as well as the fashion industry!

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Saskia is a new author for me. This is a book of how two strangers who are perfect in the bedroom figure out how to fall in love outside of it. Naomi and Lucas have an attraction and intense chemistry between them. They agree to try to this new D/s relationship with the stipulations. When they both find that their hearts are involved, they are not sure how to make things work. They have some obstacles to get past. They eventually find that their foundation of trust and love is what will let them have a full happy together. I really enjoyed the writing and the characters in this book. I look forward to reading more from Saskia

“The vision of her sprawled in his familiar bed made him yearn to keep here there.

Wow! What a great book! This is my second by Saskia and she’s quickly making her way onto my favorite author list. I absolutely adored Lucas (yum!) and connected with Naomi right away. Their chemistry was smoking and they were such a great match. I’m not going to summarize the book, read the blurb to see what it’s about. I will mention it deals with a BDSM D/s relationship so stay away if that’s not something your interested in. I, personally, loved it. I was glued to the screen all the way to the end. I also absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to read a steamy romance with fantastic characters and great writing. Saskia rocks!.

Naomi, fashion designer, and Lucas, the owner of a major company, meet when the buyer she has an appointment with cancels due to a family emergency. The characters are strong and determined, especially when intense feelings rush over them right away. She wants her goals met because of her talent, not her closeness to Lucas. The romance is steamy with D/s and other fun. The stress of her company and designs getting attention as well as the twists that throw them for a loop like his ex, keep the pages turning. Loved that they fight for each other on so many fronts. Loved so many of the side characters, like Georgio who is such a charmer.

This was such a great read!!! I definitely recommend! Some high points of this book: Beautifully written. Interesting and realistic characters, which is like a huge, huge plus for me. While it starts out very tame in the bdsm section, it actually deepens into a realistic depiction of the scene. I use this word a lot, realistic, but it is so true for this book, a wonderful love story with three dimensional characters that actually have a live outside of this relationship, which impacts them in their blissful bubble. I cannot recommend enough. Definitely give this book a chance and fall in love and lust. HEA guaranteed, no cheating.

Good story with Naomi as the up and coming designer that is looking for a new venue to sell her clothing. When her appointment at Eaglestone is cancelled for a family emergency, Lucas steps in because he likes what he sees with Naomi including her designs. Problems develop in their budding relationship as Naomi can't decide if he is offering a contract because of Naomi's talent or because of the sex. The author could have made Naomi a pushover. Instead we got a strong woman determined to make sure her achievements were based on merit and not the bedroom. Enjoyable book and the steamy parts were an added bonus.

This is the story of Naomi, a fashion designer, and Lucas who owns the agency she goes to promote her designs. There is instant physical attraction from the moment they meet. The story is well written and easy to read, the storyline is good and fast paced and flows well. The characters are likeable and well developed and the chemistry between the two is off the scale.

A really good erotic Dom/sub romance with some pretty amazing hot sex scenes which are beautifully written. Highly recommended if you like a little kink!

Scorching hot read.
Full of kinkiness and titillating excitement. The story of Naomi a young designer and Lucas, a fashion buyer is quite a complicated one but it is filled with genuine attraction and all the BDSM eroticism the reader can handle. This is a multi-section piece of writing which is not only easy to read but demonstrates a good writing style, but good character and scene description and the power dynamics between dom and his sub had been well handled. The book is a very good example of its genre and would happily recommend it.

This is my first time reading Saskia Walker - but it won't be my last!

Naomi is a young fashion designer just trying to find her way in the industry ... but when she is to meet with someone who may purchase her designs, she ends up in a meeting with the owner of the company instead.

They are becoming more than just business acquaintances as they explore her submission and also her fears.

Can Naomi work through her fears and emotions to be able to keep her relationship with Lucas going strong.. but also keep her company running smoothly.. without too many dealbreakers to cause problems?

The heat in this book will burn the pages off!

Just WOW. Lucas likes what he sees when he meets Naomi. They enter into an agreement that that is complicated at best. No feelings aloud. Naomi wants to get her designs into the larger marketplace. She doesn’t mean for things to get out of control. As the two move forward feelings come together for both of them. Then the unexpected happens. Can they overcome this issue and work it to their favor?

Great read with this fun steamy and intense story between Naomi and Lucas that held my attention until the end. Though there are BDSM in the book, what impacts and holds the reader's attention is the emotions and interactions between the couple and their growing attraction to each other as they maneuver their way through compromise to their HEA. The characters are likeable and its easy to relate and love them. I had a fun time reading the book - highly recommended.

What a great book, I was easily able to get into both Lucas and Naomi and what each wanted out of the relationship. The scenes were steamy and made you feel caught up with their passion. I certainly liked how Naomi was trying to find herself with the Dominant / submissive role. The storyline was well written and I would certainly recommend. Saskia is a new author for me - so I look forward to reading more of her books!

Sizzling your Kindle

Trading Hearts is the complete story of Naomi Kildare and Lucas Eaglestone. There were originally three books in there story, The Buyer, The Seller and The Deal. This story is all kinds of intense and super erotic with Dom/Sub and some BDSM. The book is well written, has a tight story-line and great characters. It is a very entertaining and steamy read. So make sure you have something cool to drink beside you otherwise you will overheat.

A very steamy hot romance. It was actually quite sweet in many ways as Lucas shows Naomi what a D/s lifestyle is like, and really cares about her. I thought it was quite romantic at times, and really liked these two as a couple. This novel was very steamy, and very entertaining.

Sometimes fate can’t be denied!
This is my first book by the author and I am absolutely in love with this book of fate, frustrations, steam and hope! Naomi is in London to meet a fashion buyer for her business when she meets Lucas instead as the buyer had a family emergency. What follows is attraction, over the top steam, frustrations with Lucas overstepping his bounds within his company with Naomi and baby steps towards their future! I will definitely be looking for more books by the author!

This story was a fun read! I loved the strong female opposing a strong male, and with its NSFW *hot* parts it continued climbing the scale all the way to the end! I was cheerleading Naomi all the way through. 😊. Saska was able to write imagery that captured my mind and took me back to my own visits to the UK. I can't wait to read another of her books!

Lucas. A perfect Dominant.

This left me so envious of Naomi.

In Business And Pleasure

Naomi comes to London to take her clothing line to the next level; there, she meets Lucas. Whirlwind is one way to describe their relationship, but I think respectful is also an accurate description. There’s a lot of detail given to the negotiations of their complicated relationship (he’s got an ex and a kid, she looking to become a client of his agency). Don’t worry, there’s a lot plenty of extra spicy bits too!

I read somewhere that this was three books boxed as one. I probably would not have enjoyed this as separate books because they would have been too short. It was a normal length read, well written, with likable characters. I wasn't ready for it to end. I'd love to read more of their relationship.
