Found this book very superficial. If I hadn't read about CBT and construction of emotions before, it would have been just an introduction to the subject. The author refers to lots of renowed authors to build his book, which is fine, but other than that, there is nothing more. I could just browse the internet and look for the subject and tests, and it would be fine. Maybe even better.

Like A Textbook

Easy to read, well organized. Not terribly insightful, however. It was more like a primer or introduction to Emotional Intelligence than a deep read.
