When Adam and Ben return home one evening to find their Omega toddler Noah missing, it is their worst nightmare come to life. They soon discover that Noah was stolen in a terrible act of revenge. As they fight for Noah's return, Ben is forced to make a choice between Pack and family while Adam and his brother Luke face the demons of their past. The abduction finally brings the Packs together but creates a rift between Ben and Adam. Can they rescue their son and save their family?
Meanwhile, Jay, grown from a near-feral wolf to a protective mate, is on the cusp of his first heat with Byron. When the Alpha learns the key to finding Noah's abductor may lie in his Omega's past, he and Jay must leave the Pack and go on a journey into the forest to discover the truth behind Jay's origins and what that means for them both.
The Alpha's Kiss is the final book of the Lost Omegas series. It is a 50,000 word paranormal romance with a happy ending and no cliffhangers. It explores some difficult themes alongside some scenes and language not suitable for readers under the age of eighteen and it includes mpreg. It is best enjoyed as part of the series.
Claire Cullen is an author and aspiring baker. Since she was a toddler, she has loved making up stories. Getting them down on paper proved a challenge in the early years when her preferred medium was finger puppets. She moved on to pen and paper, and later to keyboards, and hasn't looked back since, except for occasional bouts of nostalgia.
This is the final book in the Lost Omegas series, and we get the continuation of several stories in this one - Adam and Ben's twins are a bit older now, and they come home to find that one of their sons has been kidnapped by the same man who had been stealing other omegas, Luke and Adam, and reasons for why Jay was abandoned in the forest.
We also get more of one of my favorite couples in the entire series, Jay and Byron, who are mates in all but the physical act when this story starts. I love that we got to know about his past, his family, and his love for Byron. I just adored the two of them together.
I have loved this series from the start, I've enjoyed these couples and their relationships, and I have really loved how stories have gone back to previous couples to expand on their relationship and continue their journey together.
There is a lot going on in this story, you definitely need to have read the other stories in this series before going to this one. Although this is the last story in the series, there are a couple new characters that when they grow up would make for a great story as well.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Focuses on Adam + Ben and Jay + Byron . I was excited to see Jay and Byron's story progress, and Jay literally broke my heart. A satisfying ending to the series but let's be real, I'd read more book set in this series in a heartbeat.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. The plot was good and the characters was strong. I'm sad to know t that this is the last book in the series but what a book. Good read, I recommend this book and the whole series to my fellow readers. Get it, read it, you will not be disappointed. Hopefully, there will be a spin off ,second series, letting your readers know what happens to all the twins being born by the lost omegas. Hint, hint. Thanks Claire, keep them coming. DB
The last book in the series makes a valiant effort to tie all the loose story threads together. Some questions remain, some were answered completely, and some answered mostly. The ending remains positive and promotes a positive future for this particular shifter world view. On a secondary note I felt the sex scenes added little value to the story. If you need those details you are welcome to them but for me the descriptions provide unnecessary detail and I would be happier with a little more “fade to black” type scenes than these ponderous interactions.
This is the sixth book in series : Lost Omega Book's :A M&M Shifter Romance
This book was a ROLLER coaster ride of emotions in this book almost all of the couples where represented but the main couples where Matt and Ben and their children and Jay and Byron with Jay finding his family again and with Jay getting closure from his childhood . Also Matt's brother Luke and his mate James with the Omegas finally getting revenge on the man who raised and abused them all in all this was a very enjoyable series and surprisingly compelling . I would definitely recommend this series to anyone who likes this type of genre .
Having a child stolen from you is every parent's nightmare. For Adam to have to experience that and know exactly what Noah would be subjected to had to have been absolutely horrifying. But, this book showed the power of the ties and community that have been formed during the course of this story. Everyone was united in finding Noah and bringing Tobias to justice.
I found that this book ended the series in a hopeful and amazing manner, while still leaving open the possibility for a spin-off to find out more about this world.
I’ve read each book of the Lost Omegas and loved the storyline. My only issue is that I wouldn’t exactly call them romance books. Yes the MC’s eventually get together but their alone times appear more to get the job done, mainly mating and bonding. Where were the sparks, the sensuality the connections?. I kept hoping I would feel more of a connection to each couple as the series progressed. Had the storyline not kept me engaged I probably wouldn’t have read them all. I do hope this isn’t the theme with each of Claire’s books that she has written. I’m loath to find out.
With the wrap up of this remarkable series, I'm going to miss these magnificent characters. The relationships between Adam, Ben, James, Luke, Byron and Jay were all the focus of this story. I COULD NOT put it DOWN until I was finished. It had me on the edge of my seat. The EPILOGUE, the epilogue was beautiful and everything you could wish for this pack. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS FANTASTIC SERIES!!!!!
This was a good book with a bit of adventure into the back story of Jay. The Tobias storyline is flushed out more but I'm not 100% sure that it was resolved. I'm still unsure of the why and the how of it that he had power over people.
It implied that northern packs may be responsible for the omega shortage and they should go explore. Maybe the will be more stories in a spin off?
I feel complete. This ended the way I wanted and I'm ecstatic that it did. Yes, I would have loved to see Tobias's lung pulled out and Terrace burned at the stake, but I guess I have to make do with what the Author gave. I'm still salty about Ben too cause, yeah, he didn't really do much, again! But you know what, I think I understood him a little bit. This was a great series. My week was well spent!
This was a bittersweet ending, on the one hand I really enjoyed the how the series story arc ended with so many HEAs but I'm sad the the series has ended. Maybe there'll be a spin-off series the deals with the investigation of the northern packs *hint hint*, I can only hope. 😙
An emotional conclusion to the Lost Omegas series. One of Ben and Adam's sons is kidnapped and it will take all of Glenoak, Raventree and Fenrirs Warriors to find him.
My poor heart throughout this book. I cried, I screamed, I yelled... This book had all that going for it. I am so happy that all the characters from the other books all played a part in this thrilling conclusion.
This was the best of all the books in this series. This is the author who's Siren Cove and Briar Wood Pack books made we want to read every book she has written. I still had a few places that felt kinda past over but overall a great story and a nicely done finish to this series. I still plan to read more by Ms. Cullen.
I absolutely love this series!! Sometimes in series you don’t always get to hear bout the couples from the first books but with this everything intertwined. I could not stop reading. I hope she has more serious like this one an would recommend you read this an others.
I just finished the entire series. Once I started reading, I couldn't stop. There are a few technical errors, but not enough to matter. The story line stays strong throughout the series. The characters well written and believable. All total a good series to read
I can honestly say I liked this series. Maybe not as much as the other 2 I've read so far though. The abuse was hard and heartbreaking to read. That's only reason this series got 4 stars in stead of 5 like the others. That's on me NOT the author.
The conclusion is six book arc was very satisfying. Nothing was left dangling and unresolved. It was a lot of fun to read and looking forward to more books by this author.
There was quite a bit going on in this book and I really enjoy it. So many families now, so many Omega's and children bring good stories. This is a wonderful series.
I loved this and can't wait to see what comes next. I know it's the last book in the series but there are a few characters that I hope will show up in a new series.
I have read this whole series and can say it is a great read from book1 to book5 or is it 6......no matter you will enjoy should you decide to read them
