The hip fracture

A good read. Life is busy but she and James are getting closer and are planning a night out. However a last minute appointment has her canceling the night out. A patient she saw a few months ago has returned and said he plans to sue her for a misdiagnosis. However when she sends her nurse to retrieve the old file, it's found that the file was destroyed in a small fire. However Gladys, a senior friend, tells her there may still be copies. A good blooded murder, a searched study, a visit to the library and a meeting. Can she work out who is in on the scheme to get money out of her? Will they get all they need for a conviction?
