As an aspiring writer, this book was incredible. I will be re-reading it, this time with a highlighter in hand. I wanted to absorb everything Ms.Stokes was saying. So much of the challenges, the tips she shared resonated with me. Highly recommend. Written in such a way that, although not long, this book sparked a fire within me to make a commitment to writing that I've never felt before.

This is a delightful, wise and inspiring read which I enjoyed a great deal. The voice is engaging and the experiences are wide ranging. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever longed to write or paint. Jeanette captures my experience so well and helps me to JUST keep going!
