Commander Thornex is a Hybrid--half Kindred and half Pyro--a much feared people who have the ability to unleash horrific maelstroms of flame whenever they are angered. All his life Thorn has struggled to control the destructive power within him. A horrible accident in his past made him swear to never unleash the fire again and for many years, he has kept himself under tight control. During his many undercover missions as a spy for the Kindred, his iron will has never wavered.
That is until he allows himself to be sold as a slave on Yonnie Six…

Mistress Neh'sanna is the most renowned trainer of male body-slaves in all of Yonnie Six. The denizens of the female-ruled society revere her effortless control and the way she is able to make any male bend to her will. But though Neh'sa takes pride in her work, she is lonely. She trains male slaves for the use of other mistresses but has never found one of her own that she could truly let down her guard around. Then she buys Thorn and begins to have feelings for him no Mistress ought to have for her slave…

The emotion between them grows intense but when circumstances spin out of control and Thorn is forced to reverse their positions and take the role of Dom, will Neh'sa ever forgive him? You'll have to read Surrendered to find out.

Main characters: Thornex or Thorn & Mistress Neh'sanna
Type of Kindred bonding: Half Kindred (with Blood and Beast ancestors) and half Enfuego or Pyro

…And we are back at Yonnie 6, the planet where women rule and men are their submissive slaves. We have visited frequently this planet in the previous books and it has the worst reputation for the Alpha males Kindred.

Apparently not all women there are bitches and not all male slaves are unwilling. Some of the females Yonnie 6 love their slaves and they treat them with respect, while some of the males really need a mistress to submit.

When Thorn arrives in Yonnie 6 on a mission, he expects the worst from the woman that he was instructed to become her slave. Neh’sanna in the beginning does not want Thorn as a slave. She feels that he is too broken inside and that he cannot be trained. But Thorn literally begs her to take him and train him. You see, Neh’sanna has access to the Library of All Knowledge which contains information about the Hive (remember the disgusting insect-like enemies of the Kindred? They are back and they are more dangerous than ever). Thorn needs to stay with her and when he finds the opportunity, he needs to send the library’s information to Commander Sylvan (I am glad to see that Sylvan has such a major role in most of Kindred books).

So Thorn becomes a collared slave and Neh'sanna’s protector and it appears that he truly enjoys it (which is a true surprise for him since he is such an over the top, fierce, alpha, strong male etc etc etc).

This is a truly enjoyable story. New species have been introduced such as Pyro and the Berroffs who live in a planet with the exact opposite behavior of Yonnie 6 (females are treated like rubbish there).

Moreover, I truly loved the surreal scenes that we come across in almost all of the Kindred books. For example in this book, there was this deep pool filled with carnivorous Banda fishes and in the center of the pool was a small golden island where a Devotion Ceremony takes place. And one of the submissive males there is a nine feet tall Cyclops who is ready to murder everybody. An awesome imaginative scene by the author!

Last but not least, this book cover… Seriously how much hotter these covers will get? (I think I have mentioned this again in a previous book LOL)

The Hive is a serious legitimate threat to the Kindred & Earth which is why a plan is devised to send Kindred hybrid Commander Thornex undercover to Yonnie Six.

Thornex has endured all forms of torture, proud that he's never been broken or turned on his Kindred kin. This may be his hardest mission yet though as he agrees to play the role of a submissive male body servant on a female dominant ruled planet to gain access to a secure vault that has information imperative for the Kindred to know in their quest to defeat the Hive. The person holding the key to this vault, Mistress Neh'sanna, prominent trainer of new male body servants, whose successful training methods make her males the most sought after for even the most demanding of Mistresses.

Mistress Neh'sanna is in search of a new male body servant to train. Going to the grand auction hall she's disappointed until one aggressively large framed male catches her eye. Sensing he would be the ultimate challenge of her training skills, Neh'sa ultimately decides she's not up to the time and effort required to train him thus leaving without making a bid. A freak accident has her changing her mind as there's something about Thorne that calls to her inner core, a core that's been frozen for some time.

Thorne is no one's submissive though he knows he needs to play the part to succeed in his mission. Confusion and uncertainty occur when he starts to have feelings for his Mistress seeking her touch, dominance, and approval.

* * *

20th installment in the Brides of Kindred series returning to Yonnie Six once again. It can be read as a stand alone containing Femdom BDSM themed adult content scenes.

Reading this installment I was enthralled with the romance between Thorne & Neh'sa that included a consensual pathway to finding out what worked for them even though Neh'sa technically held all the power which entitled her to pretty much do whatever she wanted in her role as a Mistress on Yonnie Six. It's a wise Domme, however, who knows that her submissive holds the ultimate power and that true submission is found only when it's earned and not forced.

The world building is more assumed than fleshed out which I guess is because Yonnie Six has been featured in other previous installments. The addition of Banda fish is a nice touch and yes I definitely want a school of these for my own. Feeding MIGHT be a problem but I'd be willing to give it a try. Over and above that the world building has all the bells and whistles expected of a SciFi setting.

Secondary characters. It's once again a case of the good, the bad, and ugly. No spoilers from me as the author does a good job giving the reader a feel for who fits which category. Maximus was probably my fav for a number of reasons. Olivia, Kat, Bryn, Varin, Sophie, and others from previous installments also make cameo appearances along the way.

I was totally in love with this story and was ready to give it a strong four star rating until the story did something I really had problems with. Left field, strange turn of events, unexpected twist, bizarro alert, whatever. The climatic twist was so far out there, for me, that I fast forwarded through most of it. Nope. Not a fan of the direction the story took and not shy to say that I feel it was a last ditch effort to legitimatize the ending. Maybe, in a stretch, I would have appreciated things more if a baseline precursor of certain elements had been there. Damn. I so want to list a couple examples but they would be spoilers. Bad person me will list a vagueish comments though. Loyalty and friendship matter. Employees matter. Mission parameters matter. Sources matter. Bugs though, they don't matter. lol.

The other area that I felt was problematic I credit to editorial missteps. Individual scenes were compartmentalized failing to flow in a cohesive manner elsewhere in the story. Non-spoiler example: Maximus. I liked this character. I bonded to this character. I was therefore vested in Maximus. Even in a mythical fictional world I as a reader ask for completeness and follow through. In the case of this story, scene to scene, chapter to chapter, once the specifics of a scene were told it was dropped never to return. Maximus, where are you?

For those who follow the series, this installment, for the most part, is a definite step forward than other recent installments and thus one to check out. My personal frustration in the story line twist ending is what it is and thus left to any potential to decide whether that's a factor for them also. I do appreciate the Femdom BDSM action and feel those readers who look for Domme themed reads will enjoy the play scenes between Throne & Neh'sa.

The next installment Kindred 21 (unnamed) is teased at in the epilogue but has no other specifics or release date forecast. However, Seeing With The Heart, a Kindred tales novella, has a Sept/2017 target release date. A blurb for that one is included at the end of this story.

I found myself buying yet another Brides of the Kindred book and while most of the plot continues from one story to another, the couples are different and their problems seem to mirror some of the problems from previous stories.

The love stories are cute, the heroines are damsels that always are in need of saving. The best part of these books? The sex scenes.

These characters & their stories are predictable, but one can't help but enjoy the fun times, Evangeline has a knack for writing vivid and very emotional sex scenes, and I can't help myself but enjoy it.

So good. The book is very sexual, I think more than some of the other Brides of the Kindred books, but obviously, I don't mind.

I always love the Yonnie Six books. I wasn't sure how these two would be together either, so that was interesting.

The only thing which wasn't so good was the name of Neh'sa's old body slave she had fallen in love with was spelled wrong for the second half of the book. Both hero and heroine had fallen in love before with people who had died.

I just love the Kindred Bride series. I do not care how many books that Evangeline Andersson brings out in this series, I do not think I will ever get tired of this series.

Commander Thornx was very unique. He was not only part Kindred but also Pyro. The Kindred bread he was I think was beast and blood. He was part of the Elite Espionage Corps. This was going to be an interesting mission.

I truly loved Mistress Neh’sanna. She has such a good hearted person. Yes she was from Yonnie Six and any one that has read any of these books might know some about Yonnie Six. It was not a kind planet and the women from this planet were know for unkind and very cruel. Men were so miss treated. Neh’sa truly did not believe in hurting men. She was good to the male slaves she took. She also had a special gift but you will have to read the book to find out.

I tried to picture the shock that must of been on Thornx face when he found out Neh’sa was nothing like he had thought. He was prepared to be tortured and to feel pain. He was not prepared for anyone like Neh’sa. He was not prepared to fall in love.

I can only imagine the shock when Neh’sa found out about Thornx being part Pyro and seeing him in flames. Taking about things heating up. She had to be grateful though that he was so protective of her and wanted to keep her safe. That came in handy more then once.

Oh, I did not like Lady Wraith. She was an evil woman. Life was all about the pain, torment and misery she could bring to other.

We get to see a little of the hive in this book. The hive are the new villains in this series. We can only hope that the information that Thornx is suppose to get will be enough to help them in their fight against the hive.

There is a lot that happens in this story and there are plenty of steamy parts also some bdsm going on. This book is a standalone and well worth the read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Surrendered- Awesome Kindred Book #20, July 15, 2017
By Robin Manor

This review is from: Surrendered: Brides of the Kindred book 20: (Alien Warrior BBW Science Fiction BDSM Romance) (Kindle Edition)
This is the 20th ok in Evangeline Anderson's Kindred Bride series. I have been a lover of this author's books and this series from the beginning and await impatiently for each addition to the series. I highly suggest reading in order for maximum enjoyment and insight into the series as the stories, awesome world building and characters all build upon and interweave upon each other.
The synopsis given on this page by the author is a great summary of the book and the plot doesn't need repeating. I loved having a hero who was a spy for the Kindred on a mission to save the earth. Thorne surprised me and I believe also himself.

It was good to return to Yonnie 6 without having to constantly cringe at how the women treat their male slaves and how flawed their social structure is. The heroine Ne'sha is famous for her training of male slaves who she then carefully places with worthy mistresses. She knows how to use reward and punishment on ways that make both the males and their mistresses form almost sacred bonds. Having one male slave whom she had become deeply attached to and formed a love bond, Ne'sha also realizes that reversing the role playing can be equally rewarding and being the submissive can be just as exciting and even desired. Ne'sha is also a healer and we get to see the outskirts of society here where abandoned or abused males congregate and go for help at her shelter.
The storyline definitely touches on and has us question our own feelings and ideas about don/summissive relationships as well as male/female roles.
There's a good deal of excitement, an awesome amount of *****5stars of 🔥Hotness (nobody writes these scenes as well as Evangeline) and a phenomenal storyline in a wonderfully lengthy book. An awesome addition to the Kindred series, this book is a must read as is the whole series.

I Have Had Enough...Absolutely AWFUL!!

I loved this series when it first started. The first 5 or 6 books were charming and funny and very entertaining. They had developed and interesting plots that were worth reading. The characters were interesting. The series has now degenerated to mindless and boring repetitive porn with very little interesting plot points as filler. Couldn't even get thru this one.

Another favorite to add to my list. Evangeline Anderson has made this series into a huge success. None of the stories are alike and the characters are out of this world (pun not intended). Each book enhances our experiences with the Kindred and other species they interact with. But, never forget, how they act with their intended mates is something that fantasies are definitely made of.

This book is no different, Neh'sanna and Thornx are a mix that would have never crossed my mind...ever. While we've met Mistresses from Yonnie Six before, this is the first time one of the characters has been an actual mistress instead of someone posing as one. Learning about both characters histories and what's lead them to where they are now is both heartbreaking and understandable.

Mistress Neh'sa has made the decision never to have another body-slave of her own after her last one passed away ten years. She's a special lady for sure, she has healing powers that come from her mothers side of the family. She opened a clinic for injured males to go to for help after what happened to he slave, and goes in to help whenever she's needed. Once her last body-slave passed on, she took up training slaves for others and usually brought in a body double to help with the sexual aspect of the training...but for some reason she cannot bring herself to do that with Thorn. There's just something about him that hurts her to think of someone else being with him.

Thornx has been sent to Yonnie Six to gather information about the Hive species to try and save the Earth from being taken over by those horrid bugs. He expected to be forced to submit in ways that he never wanted to, but he never expected to be touched inside by the one that he was suppose to use to gather the information. Being a half-breed Kindred and pyro, he's kept his pyro side dormant for years, but something about Mistress Neh'sa reaches inside him and touches that side of him as well. He's starting to love her, and has a feeling she's meant to be his mate, but he knows once he uses her to get in the archives for the information on the Hive, he'll lose her.

Neither of them expect what happens next...before he can gather the information he's after, as well as after.

This book, much like the rest of the series, will keep you on your toes and refuse to let you put it down for even a moment. Even with the BDSM aspects, as well as the female dominance some may not really enjoy, it's definitely worth the read.

I'm voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

The Hive have become the biggest threat to Human and Kindred alike. Commander Thornex (aka Thorn) is sent to Yonnie Six undercover to gain access to their Library of Knowledge. However the only way to get said knowledge is to be brought as a Slave to one of The Seven; Mistress Neh'sanna.

I was very surprised with the characters in this book. We have been to Yonnie Six countless times before in previous books. By now, we are aware Yonnie Six is where females treat males as nothing more than mindless simpletons and make them slaves or pets. With this knowledge, we are set up to believe Thorn will habe to endure pain, torture and humiliation to complete his mission.

Little did we predict that Mistress Neh'sa would be quite the opposite to previous Mistresses we have met: she is empathetic, kind, and respects males as equal beings. Neh'sa believes in gaining trust and devotion by being firm yet dominant with her male slaves. She is revered amongst some of the Yonnite Society with her thoughts and opinions on not using pain as a method of obedience.

Thorn is a beast kindred hybrid with a broken and painful past. He is also part Pyro. His passion and anger can bring out the inner firemen hopes to keep contained. But when in the presence of Mistress Neh'sa, he cannot keep himself under control. In doing so, he is forced to acknowledge his past, his hard limits, face a darkness, and learn to let someone else have control.

I think what kept me intrigued with this story was that Neh'sa was not like any other mistress we have seen in the past. Given that she is also an empath, and wishes to help the discarded males of Yonnie Six, she come across as a beautiful and intelligent lady who actually is tired ofnaleays being in control.

I however did get tired of the same usual antics of other Yonnite Mistresses, and was relieved when we finished this story. I am also happy to see that Neh'sa can see a different way of living now that she is with the Human Females on The Mothership.

Not quite a favourite pairing for me, but it was intriguing to read of a pairing that did not involve another human female for once.

Quite enjoyable, and am looking forward to reading some of The short novellas that follow this book in the series.

Wasn't too sure about this one, as I'm not a fan of BDSM Erotica, and Exiled (#7) is my least favorite of the series, so held off reading this for a while. Enjoyed it though when I got to it. There isn't too much in the way of sexual domination, at least nothing too heavy or drawn out, so readers shouldn't be put off by this. Also there's the usual erotic chapter dedicated to the previous books couple, in this case Varin & Brynn.

Plot wise I thought it was a bit silly. The Kindred bemoaned the fact that the Yonnites probably wouldn't give them the Hive info if they requested it, when in reality if they had asked (or at least gotten one of their mates or a Priestess to ask) chances are high it might've been given freely. So yes while I enjoyed the story and liked the protagonists, I still found it rather pointless in the end when all of it could've been solved with a quick five minute call. Especially since the Hive are hardly mentioned and have no real impact this time round, only to mention they've set up base on Mars and it doesn't even occur to the Kindred to simply look on the next Planet over for the bugs. Just ... ugh. So on the whole this book could be skipped.

Plus point though, I thought the Kindred type this book was cool. Finally getting an elementally crossed Kindred, who runs wild in the end. Hopefully we'll see others in upcoming books e.g. Lightning or Ice. That'd be awesome.

Found the next books couple reference at the end was rather vague, and get the feeling that a time skip might be coming. Seems to point towards Kat's third son Shadow (Shad) getting visions from the Goddess about him needing to save a woman from the Hive, which means quite a lot of time has to pass since he's currently only a few years old.

Color me happy !!

I can not believe that there are over 20+ of these books !! I read up to 4 or 5 maybe, and then got side tracked by other things .. But now I M Back !! And what a book to come back to !!
Thorn is a Kindred hybrid who is on the Elite Spy Squad . His mission, and he chooses to accept it ,lands him in a position that he is woefully unprepared for. In order to infiltrate a Women -are-superior -and -will -dominate- any -man planet, he must become a "Body-Slave" to one of the Sacred Seven. These seven women are the only females on the planet that have access to classified information about the HIVE . This information will enable the Kindred to vanquish the HIVE before they take over the GALAXY. And Commander Thorn has every intention of getting the information ,and getting out. But he didn't count on Mistress Nesh'shanna.
Mistress Nesh'a is a Trainer of Submissive s on Bonnie Six , and she takes pride in her craft. She is also empathic to the plight of men without Mistresses that care for them. Most are homeless and down trodden . She does she can for them, but there are simply too many in a world where men are considered nothing but slaves. And most of them are mistreated and abused.
When these two meet , she can feel the pain that Thorn tried to hide. But will be be able to hide from her ?? And will be be able to gather the information about their enemy , the HIVE ? Or will they be caught up in the fickle demands of a society in which the sexes are worlds apart in equality ???
I truly enjoyed this re-introduction into the Kindred Warriors worlds, and will be enjoying the rest of the books I missed !!!

Surrendered Brides of the Kindred 20

Evangeline Anderson

Commander Thornx of the Kindred Elite Espionage Corps thought he had prepared for ANYTHING as he got to Yonnie Six and was prepped to be sold as a male body slave to Mistress Neh’sanna, was to be his prospective buyer as she was one of the Sacred Seven. Those auspicious females held the key to Library of All Knowledge. This Library held vital information about the Hive, a race of insect aliens bent on Global Conquest. Only they needed females to continue their race, and Earth was their target. The Kindred needed information about the Hive and the needed it now!

Mistress Neh’sanne had never seen a body slave like Thorn, big, very Alpha, very dominant. She was the Dominant one, yet she was very attracted to this big very masculine, very unusual male. She passed on him once, but Thorn kept appearing at her side…like magic. Thorn had never met one of the Mistresses on Yonnie Six, few Kindred had. But she was nothing like he had expected, or was she?

This book extends the Kindred storyline as each book does telling about a different unique Kindred type. Thorn is a hybrid, part Fuego and part kindred who has unique talents but Neh’sanna is also very special as she has unique talents as well. Together they travel a road of pain, promise and love! If you want to know more then pick up copy of Surrendered for yourself, you will be glad you did!

I received an ARC but the Honest Review is freely given and all mine!

Submitting never felt so good
In this book, you have Thorn a half Kindred who goes undercover to retrieve documents from the library on Yonnite Six. But to do this he is but on the Body slave market and needs Mistress Neh'sa to buy him. She is the key to getting into the library. Those documents are the key to defeating the Hive. If Yonnite wasn’t such a matriarchal planet, think men inferior, they would have tried to just ask for their help.
Thorns other half, not Kindred, has been under control for a few decades, but one touch from his new mistress and it come to life. He is determined to keep his other side under control but she unknowingly sets him on fire.
One of the biggest problems may be Thorn leaving after he retrieves the documents and leaving Neh'sa behind.
The other problem is the Hive and their plans for Earth and the women on the planet. Wanting to steal them to implant their grubs to save the Hive. And still needing to find a Queen to carry the royal grub.
Action packed from the very start. With a love story within. Well written and very enthralling to read this self-contained story.

Commander Thornex is on a mission to find out information about the Hive but to do that he will have to go undercover as a body slave on Yonnie Six, a place where men are regarded as a lesser being. He is surprised by the mistress he is sold to, Mistress Neh'sanna is like nothing he expected to find on the planet. Her views of men are not entirely aligned with those of the other mistresses. As she teaches Thorn how to give up some of his control, Thorn finds that he does not want to lie to her anymore. But his deception might cost him everything.

Even though I think the hive is one of the creepiest villains that has come up in the series, I think the author is starting to go more back to the root of the series. We get the character interplay and the big picture story moving forward. For a while it seemed as if the character books were just offshoots.

I love at the end how we get to see more of shadow. Ever since practically the beginning of the series the author alluded to the fact that he was different and special and it has been so many books since we really got back to him.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it differs from others in the series in that the male takes on the submissive role to the more dominant female which initially didn't really appeal to me and, although I was ALWAYS going to read this book, duh its a Kindred book, I wasn't hurrying to grab it from my kindle.
However, once I started to read it, as per all the others in the series, I just couldn't put it down and was completely engrossed. The storyline captivated me, what with the little sidelines as well, it made another fantastic addition to the series, one which you definitely need to read.
I loved both of the characters and found myself falling a little in love with Thorn, the writing was absolutely stunning as always, and am still amazed that after 20 books Evangeline still manages to have me hooked from page one and still begging for more at the end of the book.
Another hit for me, and although not my absolute favourite I would definitely recommend reading it.
A copy of this book was given to me with no requirement for a review, but I voluntarily read this book and my comments are my honest opinion.

To help save everyone from their common enemy, Thorn bravely goes to Yonnie 6 (Mean Girl 6 is what I call it) on a secret mission. To do this, he has to be sold as a slave, knowing that this is a very dangerous and possibly deadly mission. He learns that in strength there is beauty, in gentleness there is strength and it takes strength to submit. His limits were tested, love overcomes all obstacles and he learned to understand himself in a new way. I volunteered to read an advanced reader copy of this book in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

This wasn't my favorite book of the series, but that's mostly due to my own compassion and inability to condone slavery...but the book was a solid entry into a very strong and remarkable series. Although normally I love this author's work, this one wasnt my absolute favorite in the series. That doesn't mean it was a bad read. Fans of the series will undoubtedly love this latest installment. It just wasn't MY favorite, even though I did enjoy it.

This was another fabulous addition to the series. This was Thorn and Neh'sa's story, Thorn needs very important information on The Hive that can only be found on Yonnite Six. So he goes undercover as a slave. He gets bought by Mistress Neh'sa. However, she isn't like some of the other mistresses. She feels that males shouldn't be treated so cruelly. Thorn has a painful past and Neh'sa tries to help him overcome his past so he can proceed with his future. These two come from different worlds but they are drawn to each other. Can they have a relationship even though they have such different backgrounds? The epilogue gives us just enough to leave us wanting more. I can't wait for the next book and to find out what happens next.

Warnings: F/m & M/f, bondage sex, slavery (m,f), violence. Misandry, Sadism and abuse (not by main characters). Now that we have all the potential triggers out of the way.

Wow! Wasn't sure I'd like this, but was happily surprised. Ms. Anderson included some of the psychology of why some men would want to be dominated and it made sense that there are those who would need that just like some women also need to take a submissive role in a relationship. I especially like how this couple made it work for both of them and I learned a little, I think.

Bugs make a cameo appearance to get us ready for book 21 (ugg!) I don't blame Shad for being upset by the nightmares. I would be too.

I had given up on this series - they were all the same character just different names. But a 15 hour plane ride and other reviews that said this one was better than the more recent ones had been, made me give it a try. Glad I did. I haven't read one of these through for more than a couple of books. But this one kept me hooked and not skimming. I really enjoyed the characters - finally a female who's not afraid of sex. Yes, she has some unusual hang ups, but I was so tired of the whiny girls from the last few books. Her size was mentioned but it wasn't a hang up like so many of the other characters. I enjoyed how she took care of him and I loved seeing him breakdown and learn about himself. The ending was a little jarring in the wrap up, but that's normal for her books, in my opinion. Renewed my faith in this series!

Surrendering

The Brides of the Kindred have always been among my favorites but this particular one seemed to be a little bit different. And not in a good way. I have been reading and thinking about the storyline and the characters, trying to figure out what it was that seemed off about this book. One of the things that bothered me was the undercurrent of SM throughout the storyline. Another was my inability to identify with the characters. The Mistress seemed to be rather unreal in her actions and motivation. The hero (it's bad when I can't even remember his name) seemed sort of stiff and me sending mixed messages, or something like that.
As I noted earlier, I just couldn't get into this book but maybe you will. So, give it a whirl, you may like it.

I've been asking myself if there are books about male submissives with loving mistresses and here is one. Yonnie Six was introduced a few books back and given that society's views on men I think change will happen. Not sure it'll be mentioned in a future book but I see the men and women being closer to equals with the women still dominating men but the reverse not being considered a perversion. I did like that the relationship is still Domme to male slave most of the time. He's a Alpha that wants to submit to her and feels no shame or guilt about what they do. Curious about the next book thanks to that ending. Will there be a time jump or are we going to a different couple in the next book? Not the upcoming novella but the actual next book.

Loved it. Another great Kindred story. And now does this one get extremely steamy. So definitely for mature readers only. It contains a few action scenes and a lot of hot bdsm scenes that will have you fanning yourself.

The whole series is about a male alien race of Kindred. And each Kindred is different than the next. They have a few things in common. All are tall and handsome and all are totally devoted when they find their mate. This one will take you to a world where the female is the dominant one and all males are slaves.

Can't wait for the next book in the series.

I voluntarily read and reviewed a copy of the book.

This book is not a favorite, but I still enjoyed it. Thorn is our wonderful and strong Kindred warrior who has gone undercover on the planet of Yonnie Six. On this planet women dominate men, but he has handled torture before so he thinks he can handle it. He isn't prepared for Neh'sa who isn't as brutal a dominant as he expected. She is caring and understanding to the slaves who she trains for other mistresses. Who will dominate who in this relationship? Will Thorn find the information about the Hive he is hoping to uncover on the planet? I guess you will have to read the book to find out. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I always enjoy this series, book 20 is Thorn and Neh'sa's story. Thorn is on a mission for important information to save the world and will do anything to get this data. Neh'sa is a Mistress on a planet where are men are no more than sex slaves. Will he be tortured before his mission is a success? Can he even submit being an Alpha?
I thoroughly enjoyed their story, the heart stopping moments of action in between the sexual tension. I really look forward to the next book in this 'Out of this World' series.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I was skeptical to read this book per the subject matter, even though I've read every Kindred Series book. Evangeline Anderson presents and weaves the subject effortlessly throughout this story. The Cover Art is done tastefully and artfully. The story reads easily and is entertaining.
This books fits well into the Brides of The Kindred Series & the storyline as well. It can be read as a stand-alone story, Our Heroine & Hero shine throughout this book.
Another good read from Evangeline Anderson!
