Some Ok and some not ok
I think all of the authors in this collection have promise, though none of the stories stood out or inspired me to read more. The overall theme is that all of them need a good edit.

Nice collection of short stories
If you're looking for quick HEA stories, this is your book. It contains a variety of styles of lovemaking, so it doesn't become boring or trite. But, it's also not "the Great Novel". It's just a nice collection of same sex love stories. Enjoy.

An Awesome Read!
I loved reading Alluring Pursuits, but what I didn't know was there was six additional stories included with this one. Book one is all about Adrian a bartender and his future room-mate Simon. Simon has just moved to California and is in need of an apartment and a job. He decides to take a chance, and goes with his gut and looks up Adrian. He lives in a run down apartment building, with Spanish speaking people screaming at the top of their lungs outside the building! Not a good impression, but he goes in anyway. Meets Adrian, and he brings him to work with him to become a bouncer. If you like things hot and steamy, and make you wet, read this book. Book two is all about Chad Drake a Quarterback for the Drillers. He's the first born son and has never given his God fearing parents anything to worry about with him, unlike his brother and his sister. However, Chad has a secret he likes men, and nobody but him knows that. He's lived his whole life trying to please others, it's time to take matters into his own hands, and man up. Book three is all about Hank Tanner who is an amazing Mechanic. He just broke up with his boyfriend Mark, and he's having a hard time meeting somebody new. So his sister calls him and while she's talking to him on the phone signs him up for Face Space to help him meet somebody new. Low and behold he meets Jake Foundon who happens to be a Hortoculturist, who works with the University in Texas. Book four is all about Tristan who is a musician and his girlfriend has just broken up with him, ran away with the drummer and left all his stuff dumped on the sidewalk. He's staying with his brother Russell for a few days, while his wife is at her mother's helping them for a few days. He's hit the bottom and doesn't know how to pull himself out of the hole. Russell's boss Emerson Joyce has a charity Gala planned, and the musician just up and cancelled, he to,d Russell he better find somebody or he would be fired. He called his brother Tristan and told him to hurry he had a gig for him. So he played the piano all night long, and Emerson was extremely impressed. Not only with his talent but with his physic, and he propositions Tristan! Tristan doesn't know if he should be flattered, or embarrassed, because he's for sure not into guys! But it turns out he was wrong! Book five is all about Presley a bartender who prays on unsuspecting women and steals there wallets, all while he's pretending to help them. Seems he's been a crook or a con since he was fourteen years old, and he's just met up with an old friend he hasn't seen in five years, who offers him a job to go legit. He goes home to think about it, and the next day calls his old friend Richard. Richard sets him up as his Cheif financial officer second under him, buys him a fancy apartment and all new wardrobe. All he ask's is for Presely to pay it forward, and to become his boyfriend. Presley's name is changed to Eric, and he pays it forward to LILO and her twelve year old son who are living on the street. He has them come live with him and gives LILO a job working in the mail room. Book six is about Derik Genit a billionaire Alpha Bear Shifter. Who meets Kyle a Beta Bear shifter, in the woods, who is trying to mate with him. Because Kyle is a beta there are certain rules to follow when mating with an Alpha. He's not really interested in mating with an Alpha, but instead wants to become a Alpha. Unfortunately the Alpha has a taste and a smell for the Beta, and since its mating season he wants the Beta to submit! In book seven Maxwell Upton is a werewolf, and over the years he's killed many people and for this reason he runs and runs to stay far away from civilization. He has never met anybody like himself, until one day he's running in the wilds of Canada and runs into another shifter named Viktor Pike. He too lives alone but a storm is blowing in and he allows Maxwell to stay with him until the storm is over. Then Maxwell leaves, but he's not happy and wishes he could have stayed, because it was nice having companionship with another, and because they both fell in love. It's not until many years later that Maxwell runs into trouble and sends out a distress call, and Viktor picks it up and runs into to try and save Maxwell. All seven stories were well written and will make you hot, and steamy and very wet, so check this book out. I enjoyed reading it I hope you do as well.
