Ian Cadena is a native Texan that craves cold weather and a lush colored Autumn with a cool breeze!
He should have figured it out sooner that he desired to be a writer when he was writing out story-lines for his action figures and creating his own campaigns and backstories for his friends while playing Dungeons & Dragons.
He holds a degree in Theater & Writing and works on his novels and nefariously plots from his secret lair.
He is a Reiki Master and enthralled with all things mystic and paranormal. He possesses numerous tarot decks and has had at least one out-of-body experience... maybe two. He has been fascinated by cryptids, magick, and the paranormal since he was a kid and it is this fascination that fuels his writing.
When not traveling outside of his body or crafting new stories, heโs brewing up some eats or drinks in his cauldron (kitchen).
Oooh this little story is NOT for reading late at night.. the wonderful discriptions of the author has you in the room with young Pat. I love reading ghost and spooky stories and this one is certainly spooky and written by a great author.
Ian has a great talent his written skills always have me wanting more. This dark tale is no exception.. I can fully imagine the feelings his mother felt and Ian has written it perfectly. More please Ian
Ian does a magnificent job in crafting this story. Not a word is wasted. The sun is streaming in the window right now, but this story still managed to send a shiver up my spine. His descriptions are vivid and it reminded me of when I was a child and how terrified I was of the dark. For added effect, read it just as you are lying down to go to sleep, but it is a good read any time of day.
Quick but scary. This short story definitely make your heart race a bit. She was only 4years old, the dark wanted her bad but her parents wouldnt believe her. would there be anyone that could help her? dont read this before bed. Ian Cadena did an excellent Job at it, I would love to see it as a novel. please make it longer๐โค
Within but a few sentences, the tone is set and one can tell... something is amiss! That something causes four year old Pat to fear the darkness... causes her to leave her bed... that SOMETHING is in her room!!! Good short read... well written... the only question? Got nightlights?!!!
Not really a story, a very very short description of 1 instance of someone seeing a ghost. Thought this would be more. More โmeatโ, more scary? Just more. Iโve read free ghost stories that had more to them. This didnโt feel like it should cost money.
