Who knew working on a boat could be such fun? Kate certainly didn’t. She didn’t expect to enjoy herself, and she certainly didn’t expect Sam, her former fiancee. Life ripped them apart in college, but maybe a boat ride could put that right? No more missed signals.

Colleen plays many roles. Not only is she a veteran, a mother, and a practicing physician, but she is a USA Today bestselling writer of science fiction and contemporary romances. Colleen's dreams include surviving her son's teenage years, exploring every continent on this planet, except Antartica, cause that's way too cold, and winning the Nobel peace prize. Dream BIG! Currently, she is working on There Will Be Blood, the second in her YA Paranormal Romance series. In the meantime, look for her at https://www.colleensmyers.com

"Missed Signals" by Colleen S. Myers is centred around the theme of giving love a second chance. This short-read is sweet and romantic. The flashbacks between the past of Sam and Kate is well integrated to their present moments and flows well. It was nice to read both perspectives of both characters and how they felt about their past events. I found the ending a little rushed to the pace that was set in the book. However, if you want a short and sweet read on a relaxing afternoon, I would recommend this book.

Fun read about a second chance romance. Good humor and passion. It seemed a little rushed and could have built more of the emotion and back story.
