I was getting irritated at the different verb tenses he used at the beginning. Also, the typos and misspellings were a distraction. I've done weight watchers before and started again in May. Some of the information in this book is wrong, for example, ketchup and one tablespoon of mayo are not zero points. Also, a small ear of corn on the cob isn't one point. Some of the information was good, however, most of this book was information I already knew or some of it was just wrong.

Worth reading

This book gives you basic information on the Weight Watchers program. It answers those questions on how the point system works, how to choose those foods which will benefit you health wise and what exercise program you should follow.
