Since retiring from his job as an officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Mike Hunter has been living off grid in a cabin nestled in the mountains of New Brunswick, but his solitary existence is interrupted when he pulls a beautiful young woman from her vehicle after a crash she is lucky to have survived. Mike's conscience overrides his desire for privacy and he brings the injured woman back to his cabin to care for her.Avery Trent is desperate to get away from the ruthless men seeking to collect on her murdered husband's gambling debt, and the last thing she wants is to stay put in some mountain man's cabin until he decides it's safe for her to leave. But Mike gives her no choice in the matter, and when she makes a run for it Avery quickly ends up over his knee for a sound spanking. In spite of her situation, Avery cannot help feeling safe and cared for when Mike gently comforts her after her punishment, and when he takes her in his arms his dominant lovemaking is better than she could have ever imagined. Mike does not hesitate to assume the role of Avery's firm but loving daddy, and he is fully prepared to discipline her as thoroughly as necessary to curb her reckless defiance, but will he be able to keep her safe from both her enemies and his own?Publisher's Mountain Man Daddy includes spankings, sexual scenes, and elements of age play. This book was surprisingly good! By the cover and title, I was expecting a fun kinky little story but this was more. There was a good plot, suspense, action, mystery, a few twists and of course plenty of naughty sexy times. The sexy scenes were super hot - mountain man daddy sure knows what he's doing and loves to give spankings. I did the audio of this one and dual narration was really well done - I especially liked the male narrators sexy, growly, mountain man voice. :)

I'm struggling with the rating. Great spanking/irritating lack of logic in the lead characters. I'll mark it as a 4 rather than a 3, but it's a 3.5, to me.

BTW if you are not a spanko, or don't know what that word means, this book is probably not for you.

The book is mainly about a daddy dom/little girl relationship. Age play is acknowledged yet unexplored. There is a bonus suspense storyline which has excellent plot twists. Brava.

I found it difficult to relate to Avery. She does have her clever moments. Anyone who starts out life hiding library books beneath the floorboards so she can self-educate in secret wins my respect. When she finally escapes her loveless, forced-labor childhood by means of a trust fund, she heads to college. More points. She marries a con man who derails her study plans and shows her she was dumb to think she could trust anyone to love her when her own grandparents had shown her she's unlovable. Avery escapes some contract killers and smuggles herself across a border. Lots of points. Then, she manages to nearly commit car-suicide by behaving like a first-year driver with no understanding of simple physics. Major loss of points.

Mike rescues her. We meet the incredible, indomitable Annie - who deserves her own book - and she saves Avery's life.

Avery wakes from her near-death-by-stupidity, and things go downhill from there. Avery repeatedly, "runs away from home." On a mountain. In the snow. In the middle of nowhere. With no clothing that fits. With no FOOTWEAR that fits. With NO VEHICLE. Or roads. Or food or water or map or compass or apparent knowledge of stars, if she could even see them. Where is the girl who loved books? We miss her.

I really would have preferred this story with smart-Avery. Smart = hot.

Then there's Mike. Mike is a grumpy, terse misanthrope with a heart of gold. He senses Avery needs a daddy figure to show her she is lovable. Later in the story, he also shows her she is loved. Mike is perfect. Mike is hot. But then he reveals an terrifying lack of logic skills... sigh.

I found Mike's luddite views on technology in direct conflict with his drive to protect Avery. He locks her alone in a cabin surrounded by human and wildlife predators with no means of communicating when she encounters danger (not even a walkie-talkie/flare gun/air horn/cups-and-string). He tells her she's not allowed to leave while he runs red-tape-time-sucking errands like getting his old government job back. His actions make it seem like he's on team-kill-Avery (Alex/Peter, Moe, Eddie, Prescott, likely anyone on the force, etc.). But he really does love her. Huh. How much does a nearly fatal lack of intelligence impact his hotness factor? You decide.

On to the spanking parts. THE SPANKING SCENES ARE EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD. Herein lies the reason to read this book (the murder/suspense storyline is good but a very small part of the book). The spankings are effective at releasing Avery's stress and enabling her to forgive herself. IMO, the best part is, the spankings are sweet, loving, and nurturing. The aftercare is cuddly and tender and therapeutic. Avery starts believing she is lovable. Beautiful. That has its ups and downs, as she regularly forgets the lessons learned over Mike's knee, and runs away. Over and over, Avery runs away, realizes it's a terrible mistake, gets rescued/has to rescue herself, and earns another spanking. Since the spankings are what hold his book together, the disfunction works.

The aftermaths of the spankings are smoking hot erotica. Mostly vanilla with exhibitionist elements and very light bondage.

The ending, IMO, is missing a big chunk of legal ramifications for theft/illegal border crossing/aiding and abetting/bone breaking people in handcuffs/etc. Not to mention the problem of multiple deaths on Mike's property. Avery's good intentions to pay people back the thousands she stole, including grand-theft-auto, cannot protect her from the laws of the states and nations in which she committed crimes. Perhaps, after spending her remaining trust fund installment on lawyer fees, she could eventually avoid felony convictions. She should not be able to avoid indictments. But in the book, it's all, wink wink she's a cute blonde so it all goes away like nothing happened with no charges. What?

And... that's it? Avery is going to live in a cabin with a guy who chops wood for entertainment? Slowly, so it eats up more time? Forget about the trappings of wealth. Snowed in with a few books on a bedside table is terrible planning. And they're either going to need a LOT more condoms, or good luck child-proofing that mountain.

I'd love to see Avery become an author, or take some online courses (maybe Annie has internet) to continue her love of learning. The way the book ends, it sounds like she's back to living a life of her childhood farm chores. Only this time, she's loved. IMO, she needs more to do than bake bread.

I thought that this book was absolutely amazing. It was thrilling from the very beginning to very end. It took so many twists and turns it left me speechless. This book will have you out of breath, fanning yourself, curling your toes in satisfaction and asking for more! I would get lost on his mountain any day. Only if Avery is willing to share that is…

I 100% recommend this book! And will reread again and again!!

One of the best suspense books I've read in a long time. A crazy conman, a serial killer, kink, a pet bear, a cabin in the woods, this book has so many elements and yet it worked. It didn't feel like the author was trying to cram in everything she think of to make a book interesting, everything flowed and felt totally organic. I loved it.
***I decided to review an ARC of this book.***

❤~🌟~❤10 LUMBERJACK DADDY STARS!❤~🌟~❤

“You need a daddy, don’t ya?”

BE STILL MY BEATING HEART!!! I have mad, passionate love for MOUNTAIN MAN DADDY!

When I heard that one of my fave authors, Kara Kelley, was writing a Daddy Dom romance I literally jumped with JOY! I absolutely loved her debut novel, TAKING IN DANI, and was therefore giddy with anticipation for this latest release.

THE STORY:
This fun, naughty, action-packed story opens from the POV of Avery, a naïve, entirely too trusting young woman who has had a very rough life and has gotten herself into a heap of trouble, courtesy of her con-artist husband who has recently met an untimely demise. She is on the lam from the cops—and the bad guys—and is struggling to stay alive, only to find her life hanging in the balance yet again when in her mad trek up the winding mountains her car careens off the road to avoid a moose. Well, as luck would have it, a big, brawny mountain man named Mike Hunter and his pet bear Rocky happen upon the crash site, and he whisks the injured beauty to safety and nurses her back to health.

As Avery convalesces the savagely handsome recluse offers her his special brand of TLC, including lots of cuddles, toe-curling kisses, and screaming O’s! But with all that come some rules. “Daddy’s Rules” that must be abided for her protection…or suffer some severe consequences over his knee! Though Avery basks in Mike’s stern, authoritative care and gruffly tender affection, and feels WILDLY AROUSED in his big, strong arms, she is hiding some dangerous secrets and knows she needs to escape for both their sakes. But her Mountain Man Daddy, who is haunted by some deep dark skeletons of his own, refuses to let his beloved little girl go and vows to protects her at all costs!

MY THOUGHTS:
Sighhh!! Kara Kelley penned a passionate and provocative Daddy Dom wilderness tale that left me PANTING!!

MOUNTAIN MAN DADDY struck the perfect balance of romance, suspense, adventure, and panty melting hot interludes. I just got so many warm, shivery feels from this riveting, emotionally charged book it was unreal! As for the craftsmanship, it was MINDBLOWING!! The book is brilliantly plotted, with palpable tension, jaw dropping twists and turns and wonderfully layered character development throughout, and the prose is absolutely breathtaking. In fact, I was so swept up in the atmospheric descriptions of the pristine winter wilderness landscape I felt the arctic chill down to my bones!

But never fear there is plenty of heat, courtesy of the red-hot spankings and titillating sexy times!!

The characters of Mike and Avery were just MAGIC together! Their tender, soul-deep connection melted my heart, their explosive chemistry ignited my insides….and OMG their playful, naughty banter made me GIGGLE LIKE A SCHOOLGIRL!

Avery was a beautifully drawn, albeit incredibly beleaguered heroine, and her pain and inner desolation resonated deeply. She had a world of hurt and painful wounds embedded in her vulnerable heart, and tried to cover her fear and desperation with false bravado, a cheeky attitude and a desperate web of lies. Until Daddy breached her defenses and made her feel safe… and wanted…and oh so loved, setting her carefully laid plans to escape all awry!

And oh my lord! Daddy Mike! How can I describe him other than to say that this grizzly gentle giant was just so DELICIOUS! He was so big and manly and ruggedly sexy he OOZED testosterone, and I loved all the various facets to this yummy hero. His growly, dominant side gave me butterflies in my belly, and my heart sighed when he was in full Daddy Dom mode and got all warm and snuggly and ITCHY PALMED! There was just something about this burly, bearded lumberjack loving on—-and disciplining— his needy little girl to gain her trust and her sweet submission that turned my knees to jelly! And GASP! Who would’ve thunk that Lumberjack Daddy also had such a devilish kinky side?!!!!!!! The bondage scenes were HOT, HOT, HOT!!

Mike not only falls naturally into the role of Avery's daddy- protector but also finds his own sweet salvation in her. As the story unfolds we learn that Mike, a former RCMP officer, has spent far too long hibernating in his rustic cabin in the woods due to his own agonizing past. But being with his beguiling, sassy-mouthed little girl reinforces how much the achingly lonely hermit NEEDS TO BE NEEDED and she inspires him to rejoin the world of the living again.

The book is wonderfully paced—truly not a dull moment—finally culminating in a heart palpitating climax and a shiver-inducing HEA that left me all aglow!

FINAL IMPRESSIONS:
I was MESMERIZED by MOUNTAIN MAN DADDY! Kara Kelley proves yet again that she is a force to be reckoned with and her scorching hot, beautifully nuanced novel set my heart aflame! This is a TOP 10 STAR PICK for me and I cannot wait for more tantalizing tales from this mega-talented author!

I loved this book. This is a new to me author. I almost hesitated reading this book. I thought it was going to be the same old same old. I was so surprised when there was not only really good steam but also suspense. I truly enjoyed this book and I would highly recommend it.

“No joke, little girl, if you argue I will spank your thighs until they match your bottom.”
She swallowed hard and rose.
“Yes, Daddy.”

First off, this was my first daddy book I've read and let me just say, I wasn't disappointed. This is just one of those books that pull you in starting with the first page. It's packed with excitement, danger, lots of sexy, dirty time, and one ruggedly, hot mountain man daddy. Avery finds herself in a bind and gets rescued by a sexy but bossy mountain man who is willing to protect her at all cost. He's willing to dole out some spankings to to keep her in line, spankings of the hot, steamy variety. *wink wink* Mike, aka (daddy), has been a bit of a recluse and was happy with that till he found Avery. She caused feelings to surface he thought were long gone. Averys past that lead to now shows that bad choices sometimes leads to great outcomes. If you like bossy, hot men that like to give spankings when you misbehave and want to be called daddy, and love you with all their being, then this is a must read for you. I surely enjoyed it and I believe you will too.

Spanking D/s themed romantic thriller

No plot spoilers
No real potential triggers
There are some grammatical and editorial errors but not enough to kill the book
The characterisation isn't particularly spectacular, both main characters feel one dimensional and I found the only one I cared about was the bear.
The plotline involves a heavy spanking every five pages, which rapidly expands to include the use of a belt and then a strap and ultimately a paddle.
The whole DD/lg dynamic was forced and had little consent surrounding it. We are talking about an emotionally deprived woman suddenly deciding she needed a Daddy to spank her without mercy under the premise it's for her own good. This from a man who has never spanked a woman before but who suddenly decides she needs his discipline and can never call him anything but Daddy and isn't allowed to touch him without permission - emotionally deprived woman remember? Without understanding any of her triggers or even knowing the slightest about her background, that's borderline physical and mental abuse but it's dressed up as a love story.
Then there is the plotline which started off ok but then vanished only to be used as a plot device leading to yet another spanking, this must have been utilised this way at least three or four times and it got old by the second.
Then, in the last chapter the big reveal and presumably tension building details made me feel absolutely cheated. It comes out of absolutely nowhere and is an easy way out for the author.
There are numerous sex scenes, loads of spanking, loads of Daddy scenes and some swearing.
No, I don't think I will be purchasing more by this author, there was little romance and the thriller element didn't exist.

Hot rugged mountain man with a daddy kink theme... you've got yourself a great book.
To start out this book is packed full of action. Avery is running from her ex-husbands past. Avery ends up with Mike, aka Mountain Man Daddy, under horrible circumstances. The bond they form is pretty much instant. The banter between the two is hot and it lasts throughout the entire book. Also, should I mention the spankings?!? It seemed hot in the beginning but it pretty much happens throughout the entire book. It literally made my behind hurt reading all the spankings. With that said, the ending was jaw dropping. I never saw it coming!

I really enjoyed the book. I love daddy kinks and mountain men so combine the 2 and it's extremely hot! The only negative to me was the spankings. It's nice here and there but it was taken to the extreme in this book.

I really enjoyed this story and I was lucky to receive an ARC. When Mike saves a woman who crashed her Jeep he didn't expect her to fall at his feet but she could at least be grateful but not Avery she won't even tell him her name. Avery is on the run she saw someone murder her husband even though she was getting a divorce she didn't wish him dead. Mike is very attracted to her even though he is a loner and everyone he is near dies he can't help it but when she keeps acting like a spoiled brat he spanks her butt. Avery is appalled at first but she begins to understand he cares about her which is something no one has ever done. She wants to get close to Mike but she is pretty sure the killers are after her and she doesn't want anything to happen to him so she keeps running but he brings her back and spanks her which is turning her on. She is enjoying being protected and cared for and Mike is enjoying it as well but that bliss is short lived when her past comes knocking.

Avery is on the run, after seeing her estranged husband murdered. Sees tired of running and feeling like her life is out of control. While fleeing, she has an accident. She decides to give up her will to live.
She's found by Mike and his bear, Rocky. Mike is hiding in the mountains to escape his past, the guilt and the pain. He instantly feels a connection to Avery, and when she tells him to let her die, he vows to protect her from herself and who or whatever she's running from.
When the demons from Avery's present and Mike's past team up, Mike has to speed his plan to save Avery before history repeats itself.
Will Avery be Mike's downfall, or will saving Avery be Mike's chance at redemption?
This was my first time reading Kara Kelley and I wasn't disappointed. It's an entertaining read, with great plot twists. I definitely recommend.

Sexy story

Her Mountain Man Daddy wouldn’t normally be something I would read, but I was glad that I branched out of my norm and voluntarily read this ARC, because this is a good book. There were a few twists that I didn’t see coming at first, and that’s something I always appreciate.

If you’re not into ‘men know best’ and women being spanked in order to be taught a lesson – this might not be the book for you. However, I will say, that’s not really my cup of tea either, and I still enjoyed the story. Kara Kelley does a great job making Mike, a.k.a. Her Mountain Man Daddy, a hero who is worthy of the trust Avery, the heroine, gives him – and that includes disciplining her, and the ferocity that he displays to take care of her is sexy as hell. Not to mention his all-alpha, all-the-time is downright yummy.

I voluntarily received an arc of Mountain Man Daddy for my honest review....this is my first book by Kara Kelley and it most definitely will not be the last....From the very first page to the last I just couldn't stop reading. The story of Avery, a young girl with no family (the grandparents were demons in disguise) has an accident while running from some really bad guys....Mike (aka...Daddy) comes along with Rocky his bear to save her. Mike a retired cop has a past that he is actually trying to forget...see how this Yukon daddy & his Yukon Jill bring you some of the hottest sex scenes I have read in awhile....spank me daddy!!! The chemistry between Avery & Mike is HOT from the very beginning....the supporting character of Annie is quite funny. This is a great book that you don't want to miss!

Had to read this after reading an addition to this couple!
I found this novel an absolute Hoot to read, it grabbed me right from the beginning and locked on! The characters were terrific and incredibly intense. I enjoyed the interactions between Mountain Man Mike and his Mountain Maiden Avery. The way their love for each other unfolds is tender yet forceful. Their characters feed off of one another so completely that you can see why they need one another.
Love, life, protection, dependency of those deep seated needs in these two, show that even at the lowest points in your life, miracles still happen. I recommend this read to anyone looking for a wonderful read with love with a twist!

There are so many things I loved about this book!! I think Daddy Dom books are one of my top type of books to read-- and Ms. Kelley did it deliciously well. The chemistry was sizzling, the sex was steamy, and of course there was a mountain-sized daddy giving red hot spankings. What more could you want, you ask? Well, she could have stopped there and this would have been a fun story, but she didn't. She added characters with back stories that we get a little at a time. There is danger, angst, tenderness, twists, and even a bear!! This is a book that will I will definitely re-read again!! Five mountain man daddy-sized stars! I thought the Daddy theme had just about been done to death and almost passed on this one, but the former cop part pulled me right in and I'm so glad it did! Mike is so hot and so perfectly protective of Avery. I kept wanting to yell at her, "Just tell him everything right now! He'll take care of it all!" But Avery is all sorts of plucky and feisty and she's been so badly damaged by recent events that she can't even trust her own shadow. How they work it all out involves some of the steamiest scenes I've ever read. Great characters, exceptionally well-written, exciting action and a wonderful love story, this book has it all. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I voluntarily reviewed and ARC of this book for an honest review. Awesome read. Kara Kelley writes a great book. The character's are well written. Avery, a girl with no one and has nothing, is on the run. Mike, Mountain Man Daddy, is a man who wants to be left alone. He finds her after she has an car accident. While healing, Avery, starts to have feeling for the man. He likes to dole out punishment , or she like it. She needs the punishment to help her face things. She helps him, also. They fit together. Just loved this book.

I enjoyed this book immensely. It has a little bit of everything humor, spankings, danger, romance, and mystery. Ms. Kelly’s daddy Dom is very well written. There is so much more to each of the characters and the twists in the story are unexpected. Just when you think you have everyone figured out… you don’t. It really kept me guessing and I loved Rocky. He had so much character that you just had to smile.

I really enjoyed this book, it had a great story line that kept me wanting more as I continued to read. There were some twists that I didn't expect which I really liked as well. The characters were great and there was some good chemistry between the hero and heroine that resulted in some steamy scenes between the two.

Loved Mountain man daddy, it is packed full of action, love and swoon. Two people with different pasts who come together on a Canadian mountain. Alpha hotness in Daddy Mike and sassy mixed with sweetness in his little Avery. This was a 5 star read! I loved every moment, every twist and turns that occurred in this novel. I received an arc in exchange for an honest opinion, my opinion is this is another fantastic read by Kara Kelley.

3,5 stars.

This book was full of hot moments but also had suspense and mystery. Mike is an ex cop running from the past and Avery is running from danger. I didn't like this whole "daddy" kink because most of the times I felt like it was unnecessary. To be honest, all their time together included spanking and I didn't like that. It was also a little too fast when they said they loved each other.

RESCUE ME FROM MYSELF

I enjoyed this spine-tingling, heart-stopping, pager-turning intense romantic mystery suspense story. With con-artist, thugs, a string of murders, lies, deceits, life, and death, and survival. The story is fast paced and two people’s lives with intersect and become embroiled in a game of cat and mouse.

Avery Trent was orphaned before she was five and placed with her maternal grandparents who never loved her, treated her cruelly, and she couldn’t wait to leave them when she turned eighteen. Her adult life came with money from a trust fund, but poor handling of it left her empty. Marrying Alex became a nightmare that will set this tale into a life and death escape for survival.

Mike Hunter is a retired RCMP that lives off the grid in a mountain cabin. He has one elderly neighbor, Annie, who he will check on, will take her fresh meat, help with repairs, and she is turn will provide him with items like eggs and milk. Mike has many regrets in life, mainly never being able to capture Canada’s most notorious serial killer, Prescott. With the murder of his own wife, Ella, and people believing he was responsible, he lost his faith in humanity, retired, and became a recluse. Mike neighbor, Annie, calls him Yukon, and he has a bear that named Rocky.

The plot will have Avery witnessing the murder of Alex and overhearing that the thugs were coming for her and the remainder of her trust fund. She will leave everything she owns in Iowa and will do whatever it takes to escape, trying to get to Prince Edward Island where she lived before her parent's death. Lack of sleep, food, and operating on adrenaline will have her wrecking a stolen vehicle and going down an embankment where Mike will find her, and with the help of Annie, saved her life.

The story takes on so many twists and turns as Avery is afraid to trust anyone, including Mike and Annie with her real name and why she is running. Mike has worked too hard to save her life, and when she tries to run, he will hold her accountable. There are many various spanking scenes, outdoor nudity, explicit sex scenes and one dominant and sexy rugged Daddy Dom who isn’t afraid of holding his little girl accountable for her misbehavior.

Avery is on the run her husband is dead & they are after her.
Mike is ex police & lives a solitary life with a bear he rescued in the mountains. He's not looking for company or trouble but finds it when he discovers Avery trapped & hurt in a stolen car. What is she hiding & who from?.
The author is new to me but kept my attention throughout the book.
I thoroughly enjoyed it & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Although the story is a standalone & has an ending I would of liked more about life their life after.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

I'm relatively new to the DD/lg aspect of BDSM because it's not my cup of tea, but I read a series co-written by two authors which happened to have a DD/lg book, and it ended up being my favorite. When the opportunity arose to read this one, I jumped at the chance. Ms. Kelley was new to me before I read this book, and let me tell you, she has a new fan! Ms. Kelley wrote a fantastic book that made DD/lg both appealing and HOT!

Avery, oh boy, where do I start with her? As soon as she was introduced, my heart broke for her and immediately, I wanted her to have a HEA. She lost her parents at a young age, was raised by uncaring, strict grandparents and then fell for the wrong guy, her con artist of a husband, Alex. After witnessing a horrific act, Avery is on the run, hoping to stay alive, when she crashes her car and meets Mike.

Mike is a recluse living in the middle of woods and he legitimately lives off the grid. Having retired from a stressful job as a police office and suffered a heartbreaking tragedy, I can well understand why he sought and enjoys solitude. Well, he's not totally alone as he has an interesting 'pet'; one that I kind of wish I could have, too! :-) Mike is gruff, stern, and uncompromising when it comes to Avery's care and safety. In other words, the kind of alpha male we all want. Well, I do, anyway (I won't speak for everyone else).

Mike rescues Avery in more ways than one and while he is a disciplinarian, it's not over the top because each instance of punishment has a specific purpose and reason. On that note, there's a lot of spanking in this book, so if that's not your thing, take note. While the spanking was hot, what was more of a turn-on was the aftercare that Mike provided Avery. There's nothing hotter than a Dom cuddling and caring for his submissive and Mike was an extremely attentive and tender Dom. The sex scenes were out of this world hot! I'm talking you need a fan while reading, or just read it in an ice bath.

The book also included suspense, which I was not expecting, but was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't thrown in as an afterthought, either. There's enough suspense in the book that it could be classified as an erotic suspense novel. One that you do NOT want to miss out on. If DD/lg isn't your thing, I'm telling you now, it might be after this book! At the very least, you'll see the appeal.

After hearing so much buzz about this book and how incredible it is, I could not wait for the audio. Then I thought, I hope it lives up to the hype. And it does and more! I loved this book! Kara Kelley has incorporated all of the things I love in a story...the broody, alpha male, the damsel in distress(though she is not helpless), a lot of suspense and a genuinely good story line. Avery has gotten herself in a predicament with her trusting ways and con artist husband. After witnessing his murder, she knows she has to get out of town to make sure she is not the next victim. Running off the road was not in the plans, but death could be better than her current situation. Mike, a recluse living on a mountain is drawn to the wreck by this pet bear, Rocky(yes, I said pet bear). And the story begins. Kelley incorporates so much into this book, from crazy, controlling families to dealing with incredible wealth, survivor's guilt and deceit, eating rock hard bread to enjoying the fruits of the mountain we are taken back to the roots of life while still living in the present world. It is a joy to listen. There is some definite spanking going on, so keep that in mind if that is not what you like to hear. This daddy dom story is amazing.

The choice of narrators for this story for me was key. The need for the deep, dark, baritone voice is a necessity for this character and at the same time needs the warm, protective side. Tor Thom is the perfect choice for this. He brings Mike to life so much you can feel the presence of this alpha, flannel dressed man. With his co-narrator Charley Ongel voicing Avery through her world of confusion and tragedy, the book is amazing.
