Inspirational but in need of examples

While I very much appreciate what the author is attempting here and agree with much of it, it is in need of examples and practical application/exercises. I think adding reflective questions would help as well. Those couple of things would add a richer participatory depth to what she presents and make it fell more attainable than idealistic dreams.
