A little disappointing as it starts and then it's over before it's told you anything. Should just be marketed as a teaser for the other book Don't Lose out... Bit of a shame that you're asked to pay for a few pages' teaser that will completely leave you hanging ... and that the 'full' book is not available in ebook/Kindle format, so hard to get for those outside of India.

Humorous way to drive home some truths about exercise

This 'booklet' form is interesting. It talks about a couple of points about exercise and dwells on it to sufficient depth to highlight their pros and cons.

Okay, why the book should have only one chapter? If you want to write a series, well, write a series. I hate such marketing stricks. Arrrrgggghhhh.... 😡

Short book

The writings are from the main book 'dont lose out, workout'. This book really busts the myths revolving exercises. So much to learn

I am amazed at just one chapter but she talked sense. Till the time you don't do it you don't know about it. I have seen people lecturing others a lot in gym too about protein shakes and diet food. But my question is till the time you aren't working out like a pro nothing is going to yield results for you. This I can say after working out on my own for an year by now. I lost the weight in the same way like I have done in gym. Dedication and good routine matters and once you are in it you can do anything.

In Short, Cleared The Concepts

There are many myths around us, and many of them are told by the non professionals of that area. So really a good book for the beginners who wants to start the exercise. Must read before starting any kind of exercise.
