Captured by the Highlanders

Rate this book
With their villages threatened by a powerful duke, Callum MacGregor and his companions Jacob and Kieran set out to capture an English noblewoman in the hopes of forcing their cold-hearted enemy to the bargaining table. Their plan goes badly awry, however, when the beautiful young lady they take captive turns out to be an Irishwoman who was herself being held prisoner.

Though she is thrilled to be free from the hated duke, twenty-five-year-old Bridget O'Kenney quickly discovers that her unwitting rescuers will demand her obedience and will not hesitate to strip her bare and spank her thoroughly should she fail to do exactly as she is told.

In spite of her situation, Bridget is intensely aroused by the stern dominance of the three handsome Highlanders, and when they claim her--first each in turn and then all at once--the pleasure is more intense than she would have thought possible. Callum, Kieran, and Jacob soon make it clear that they would like Bridget to belong to them forever, but can they keep her out of the hands of the duke who continues to pursue her?

FAIRYTALES SPOKE OF TRUE LOVE, NOT TRUE LOVES!

What a tantalizing tale that is full of action and adventures that keep the pages turning. Just how many times can one girl get kidnapped, well, for Bridget O’Kenney, it would seem twice. First by an arrogant Duke holding her hostage to try and gain leverage of her father and their village, and then by three Highlanders needing an English Noblewoman as a bargaining tool.

The plot will have Bridget going from the frying pan straight into the fire when she manages to escape the Duke’s clutches and runs right into three Highlanders. Overhearing enough of a conversation, she will try to pull off making them believe she is English to escape the area. It won’t be long before she is found out, but now the four of them must flee together.

The three Highlanders, Callum, Jacob, and Kieran, have been friends since childhood, brought together by their mothers in spite of their fathers and feuding clansman. Now they will find themselves with twenty-five-year-old Bridget, and while she is mouthy, opinionated, and tries to come across as sexually experienced, she is, in fact, a virgin who has played around enough to get by.

Can these three Highlands keep this Irish lass safe from the Duke and his men? Their journey is harrowing across land and sea. Finding an island, making shelter, and using skills to hunt, fish and find safe water is a combined effort of all four souls. Each man is contemplating what the future will hold when they make it back to land, and the safety of their clansman and village. What happens is the Duke, and his men find them? Will any of them get out of this alive and what about Bridget? Each man is determined to keep her safe. Bridget has never been impressed with any of the local Irish men from her village, is it because it takes more than one to control her? And these three Highlanders know exactly how to control her.

“Nobody had ever been able to handle her before. Maybe that was because most men didn’t work in groups of three. Their complete mastery of her body and soul was unbelievably arousing, as time after time they proved she wasn’t in charge, regardless of what she did.”

The story is intense with many explicit sexual encounters between these men and Bridget. There is many various spankings and implements used. The sex scenes include M/F, M/F/M, and M/M/F/M, but no M/M action, menage-a-quatre, and menage-a-trois scenes, rope play, mild BDSM, and more.

This was a quick, fun, spanky read for those who enjoy hunky Scotsmen doing what they have to do to keep their young lady in check. Outstanding menage scenes abound!

Not for me

I could not even finish. To much rape like scenes. Suppose to be a little romance. But all you get is her treated like a dog. Who is not allowed to even use their names.
