So disappointed that this ended up to be a shallow selling tool. I almost got into it at first, but the sort of messages it started pushing go against my values. I think my main argument against Primerica is that it ultimately still recruits people through financial incentives—fancy lifestyle, perks, etc.

One of the best, motivational books I have ever read! If you want to be a good leader or just a better person in general, read this book!

Pushing up people not only helps you recognize how to be an astounding leader but reveals characteristics and areas that you must personally develop in first before leading someone else.
