Matt leads an ordinary life, working at a bank in London. He whiles away the hours at his normal job, fantasising about a soap star, Abbey Jones – and can’t believe his luck when she arrives in his branch to make a cash withdrawal during a visit to London. However, during this once-in-alifetime moment, Matt makes a fool of himself and Abby is somewhat abrupt with him.
Following a stream of events and another chance encounter, Matt and Abbey begin to develop feelings for each other. After all of these years spent yearning for Abbey, Matt does not feel an ordinary man like him can develop a sustainable relationship with someone so famous, which leads to their relationship breaking down.

Will Matt and Abbey find a way to be together? Or will her fame destroy their chance of happiness?

Anything is Possible has been inspired, in part, by Rob’s jobs in banking – from Nationwide Building Society to Alliance & Leicester and then Lloyds TSB.

This book had me flipping through the pages as fast as I could. Great writing, nice and steady speed, and fun characters! The author did a fantastic job pulling me into the story and keeping me interested throughout the entire read. If you enjoy a great love story, I highly recommend this book!

Haven't we all wondered what it would be like to run into our favorite star just by chance? That's what interested me in this book.

Like the title says, anything is possible.

The author takes us on an interesting journey of the ups and downs of just such a meeting, and the twists and turns will keep you wondering what the outcome will be!

I personally love it when I can't determine what will happen next, and that was definitely this book! Toward the end I was on the edge of my seat anxious to see how it would turn out!

"Anything is possible", by Rob Osborne, is a beautiful love story full of twists and turns! Yes, indeed, love overcomes everything... Anything is possible!
Yes, a celeb can fall for an 'ordinary' person! Take the example of Cinderella and her prince... except that in "Anything is possible, 'he' would be Cinderella and 'she' would be the 'princess'... and except that this beautiful story is happening today, which make it even more realistic: "He (Matt) thought he was ordinary but he was the most extraordinary person she had eve met".
I really enjoyed reading this book. It's a well written and beautiful story that restores faith in Humanity!
Therefore, I strongly recommend "Anything is possible" and give it a five star!

Author Rob Osborne brings us a not to typical tale of boy gets girl. Matt is a working a a bank while Abby is a sope star and the two meet up when she takes money out of her account since the ATM wouldn't work for her. Matt who has been in love with her like every man has with his celebrity crush is walking home from work when he hears her scream in the ally not to close to his bank. He rushes in and saves her by frighting off her attacker. She is forever thankful for his rescue of her but he then collapses and that forces her to call for an abundance. At the hospital Abby meets Matt's mum and finds out that her husband had died of cancer. Abby also learns that Matt has had previous girlfriends who have treated him like nothing but she makes a vow to Matt's mum that she would never do that to him. Abby then offers through her job's producer to take him out to the location of the shoot of her sopeopera, He agrees to go along and on his last night he sings karaoke which his performance stuns everyone because they never thought that he would be that good. I'll leave it there but this is a great book and one that I highly recommend plus it's got the perfect title Anything is possible.

A great feel-good story that will certainly brighten the drab, winter evenings. You'll want to shake the main characters for their insecurities but identify with that feeling of uncertainty. The characters are believable and you'll warm to them instantly.

Very cute love story

Really enjoyed the story. Cute love story with strong characters that bring the story to life. A very fun story to read!! Highly recommend it. Love how sweet Matt is to Abbey, and his insecurity makes him feel real. Like how real it feels. Loved it all.

A fantastic debut novel from Rob Osborne, who's created believable characters within a plot that builds throughout. There's plenty to keep the reader entertained - romance, conflict, humour and plenty of twists and turns. Thoroughly enjoyable, with scope for a sequel.

At the beginning, I had a little trouble getting to know the characters. It was mainly "things happening" without a lot of character development. However, the character development came along and for the last 3/4 of the book I couldn't stop reading! I loved the story and the characters.
