This was a good series, I did like it but for some reason I just couldn't get into it. Most of her books I can read in a day, day and a half tops but this one I just couldn't seem to play attention to it.

Whiskey Prince-
I really enjoyed this book.
I couldn't put it down!
My heart broke so many times for Amberlyn. All that pain she had to go through and then starting over in completely every way.
I fell in love with Declan as soon as we met him. He's so shy and sweet and so determined and passionate about his views and beliefs. And I loved how he was content to take things slow with Amberlyn.
I was so shocked with what happened with Casey and Amberlyn too. I did not see that coming!
For me this is a true love story and I cannot wait to find out what happens next!
Becoming The Whiskey Princess-
I really enjoyed this. I loved how we seen how many struggles both Declan and Amberlyn had to go through to get to where they wanted to be. It was a joy to see how their love grew and go stronger with each passing second. This book was so romantic and lovey Dover and I just loved it.

The book brought out all the emotions i needed. It was like a palate cleanser after reading first taboo book before this. I was unsure what to think of this series as I largely read Toni for the hockey series. But to say it was perfect would be an understatement. The intricate details she carefully placed in the book were crucial to the story line and she made the emotions of the characters true and real, no exaggerated for any reason. just love love love. Loved it so much i gifted the set to my long distance book bestie!

Enchanting!
Loved Amberlynn and Declan: they are a fabulous couple. Their meeting is so easy, it stands to reason that the courtship is laden with pitfalls. Even with the trials, tribulations and angst combined, this series is a sweet romance. I enjoyed both books, the segue into Becoming The Whiskey Princess was a smooth and effortless transition, after the the cliffhanger in Book number one. I definitely recommend reading this box set if you are looking for a few hours of enjoyment.

Love pure
Such a sweet love story. I think when you lose someone it’s life changing and not everyone is strong enough to move to another country and start over. Amberlynn does and falls in love with Declan and loves him enough to die for him. I’m glad the story ended with their marriage it’s sweet and perfect.

Perfection
So I smiled. Cried. Laughed. Cried some more. Laughed. This book kept hitting every single emotion. And to be honest. What more can you ask from a book then that. I now want to fly to Ireland... And look up the scenery and dream of this book.

I enjoy anything Toni Aleo writes, she is one of my go to authors. This is very different to her Assassins series, but still incredibly well written and packs an emotional punch.
