No Place to Run, No Place to Hide
This book is the 4th in a series that needs to be read in order. Much as history builds upon past events, so does this series. As the title suggests, the cover is blown for our hero, but that is almost the least of his worries. Someone is bringing down passenger jets and the CIA needs to find them and stop them. Our intrepid hero has a few new toys to help him stay alive in his work. This story has many moving parts. Most of the hanging threads from previous stories are tidied up in this book. This story is not as clean as previous episodes have been. There is no foul language, but there is sex, gore, and violence. Those are present in small amounts and are not likely to cause me to have nightmares. There are some hints at where future episodes will take us. I am ready to start the next book.

Another Amazing Chapter

Once again, Mark Hewitt has dazzled us with his great writing ability to pull the reader into the story. You are thrilled, joyous and sometimes saddened as Hunter and Nazy go through another adventure. As in some of his other works, Mark Hewitt shows how the spineless liberals add to the continual demise of this great country while running the reader through a thrilling and emotional story about, an even though fiction character, a true conservative American Patriot. On to the next book!

While the author's political views appear to somewhat parallel mine, his writing skills are just all over the place. The plot seems like one wrote different sections of script on 3 x 5 cards, and dropped some, then lost a few. It jumps about, and does not flow well. Also, the romantic scenes seem to have been written by a 13 year old teenage boy. There is talent shown here, just in severe need of rewrites and a good editor. I cannot recommend

Four wonderfully written historical novels. Very well done.

All four were interesting, action packed and is some spots hilarious. the use of words I have never heard before but were appropriate for the sentences was very intriguing. Several authors I’ve read are not using enough vocabulary over a FOURTH OR FITH GRADE LEVEL. I really enjoyed reading these books. I could have done without the sexual elements but they were few and far between,

great MilSpec Lexicon

No thought goes unsaid, at least three times..i can read, and while falling asleep, if i miss something, ..no sweat, it’ll be in the recap, at the end of the Chapt., and then in the Recap at the befinning of a new Chapt.., it’s easier than a lecture on water survival at D-West…beat part.., consistent raking of the LefTards!

another rollicking good read

The author is actually technically competent and understands the security system. He tells a really goo story which I am enjoying, one book after another. Additionally, he really has the liberal dysfunction pegged that so plagues or society.

Great action thriller

Could have given this action thriller easily a five star review. Great action and story, no doubt about that. Much could be considered within the possibility of today's modern world. But skipped skipped some unnecessary bedroom parts, the only reason for a four rating.

Another amazing story!

Plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing. The “fictional payback” is extremely gratifying. Too bad it isn’t for real (or is it?). Looking forward to the next one in the series.

Always complicated always action

Maverick is at it again. This one is filled with a tio. And suspense. Can bullfrog help, the crew is deep in the forest and no guarantees they will win this one.

Set the slaves free

Best Duncan Hunter book so far. As an old man it is nice to see the author mature his characters. Appreciate the scenes of the book. Shows the greed of the rich and their disregard for others.

Blown cover

Great read with good reason to continue each chapter to the next exciting session. Greater than life hero yet seemingly plausible steps to achieve success no matter what the challenges.

Excellent story

Although parts seemed like space opera combined with a fantastic 21st century take on intelligence and special ops the book was hard to put down.

Fact or fiction?

Loved the technical. The interaction between fact and fiction could be actual facts. Easy to read. Great character development.
