On his release from prison after serving seven years for a crime that he did not commit Malloy is determined to seek revenge against the two policemen who framed him. The two police officers know that nothing they can do will change Malloy's mind and that he will come after them. They need a plan to prevent this from happening. To escape prison themselves their only hope is to have Malloy locked up again, but this time for murder and a life sentence without any parole. But first they need to find a victim.
