It was only meant to be one night.

I work hard, and I party harder. Women come and go, and I’m all-too happy to show them the door when their time is up.

Then, I see her.

The moment our eyes meet, I’m hooked.

She’s everything I didn’t know I needed — and there’s only one place she’s spending this New Year’s Eve.
In my bed.

But what if she’s not like the rest?
What if one night isn’t enough?

I’m falling for a woman I barely know. Too young, too tempting…
And I can’t resist a taste.

Falling for Daniel is a sizzling age-gap romance novella from Tracy Lorraine’s Falling series.

I listened to this one on audio. It was different from the accents and took me a few minutes to get in the zone, but when I did, it was really enjoyable to listen to.

After a bad break up, Beth wasn't looking for anything but when an encounter with a sexy older man leads to some fun, she enjoys it for what it is.

The sexy guy is a big-time player. He doesn't know what has hit him when he spends some time with Beth.

A hot novella, which is a short listen.

Her heart has been broken, his mind is made up about relationships. Then they meet and there something undeniable between them.

This book was really sweet but with some really sexy and hot moments. It was a short book but with a deep storyline about these two people coming together and making one another believe in love and life again.

Beth by Tracy Lorraine a fantastic five-star read. I had missed this novella for a little while as I thought it was only available in paperback and I struggle with paperbacks at the minute. (I refuse to use the book holder I have as it makes me look like an old woman) I sent a message to the author and asked if she had plans to release it in e-book and she told me it’s in the Lucky In Love anthology. I though all my Christmas had come early.
Beth is someone I loved seeing in the other books so was so glad we got to see her story, and DD. Aaawwww, finally we get to see them in their natural habitat. I loved this short, and can’t wait to see them pop up again in future story’s. Who knows maybe all my birthdays will come true and we will get to see so much more to whole gang. Tracy Lorraine you write a compelling story.

I loved the way Tracy wrote the book alternating between Beth and Daniel.
It was only a weekend but, you could see them growing closer & closer.
You could understand his feelings for her and her feelings for him. He was such a sweet, sexy & thoughtful older man and she seemed quite a bit
Younger but, good, tender, impressionable young lady. What they both wanted turned into how they could help each other. They helped each other with their pains & even discovered a problem! But, don’t worry it was plenty hot because, there was a lot of lust, that’s what they both wanted. Will it just stay that? I definitely recommend this be put on the top of your TBR pile!

This is a great read and will keep you hooked. I also loved that it was a older man and younger woman that were the stars of the story.

We meet Beth who's recently had her heartbroken and has decided that she is completely sworn off the opposite sex and surrounds herself with her family and friends to help get over her heartbreak. Well that is until she goes to New Years Eve party and clocks eyes on Mr tall, dark and handsome Daniel.

Daniel is hard worker but likes to play harder and has no intention of settling down like all his friends but when he spots Beth at his sister's New Years party something changes inside Daniel and he decides there and then the pretty girl that has taken his breath away will be spending the night in his bed.

What a great novella!!

Beth and Daniel have the most amazing instant attraction that leads to a whirlwind romance. If your a born romantic this will be definitely up your street!

To be whisked away for the weekend to Paris for mind blowing sex by an attractive wealthy man and the attraction is so strong you fall hard for them within hours...... yep! Major SWOON!!!!

Absolutely loved this! I'm already a massive fan of Tracy Lorraine and she certainly didn't disappoint with this!

5 Star MUST READ!!!!!!

Great Novella!

Beth is recovering from a bad breakup. Now she is back in England trying to get her life back in order. Trying to stay away from men all together. However that all goes down the tubes when she meets Daniel at a New Year's party. Daniel is known for not wanting a relationship but when he sees Beth something change. Will they both find what they need in each other?

Beth is trying to recover from a heartbreak, so she swears off men and surrounds herself with friends and family. At a New Year's Eve party however, she locks eyes with a handsome stranger. She knows she should keep away from him, but the attraction is so strong she just can't ignore it. Will he just be another mistake or could he be the "one"? This was a fast paced, quick read, I really enjoyed it!!

I received and voluntary reviewed an ARC of this book.

I was excited to read Beth's story since you got glimpses of her in Molly's story. The way Beth and Daniel met was explosive. The way things follow are super hot. I wish their story was a little longer I was sad to see them go.

Patiently waiting for Lily next.

This is okay if you’re looking for a quickie with no plot, basically. It’s mis-categorized as romance, as really it’s erotica. There’s not much in the way of development or exploration of any actual romantic relationship here, it’s literally just hooking up.

A younger man and an older woman are described as being impossibly turned on at the mere site of one another and they proceed to explore that.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with it; it just seems to be mis-labeled. If you’re looking for something with a bit of substance, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for some porn, this has you covered.

Continuity/plausibility could be a little bit better, but it isn’t bad by any means.
This author has some skill and with more experience, I expect could write more substantial plots that prompt real feels and excitement. I’d try more from them.

Note:
I listened to the audiobook:
The female narrator has a smooth, pleasant voice. I’d listen to more she’s narrates.

Falling fro Daniel
by Tracy Lorraine
Falling Series Book 0
Narrated by Kelli Tager & Alex Bates
Pink Flamingo Productions

This novella pushes all the buttons! Daniel is not looking for a relationship. He spots Beth, a much younger woman, and instantly is attracted to her. It's New Year's Eve, and who better to ring in the new year with? Only Beth is not a one night stand. But how can this happen and what will Daniel do? It's sweet and romantic and all the things I love about Tracy Lorraine's writing. She creates characters that are easily relatable and I find myself living with them. Perfect length for these two and I can't wait to see them pop up in other books.

Kelli Tager and Alex Bates bring this to life with a wonderful narration. Tager always finds her character's personalities and brings them to life. I enjoy her interpretations. Alex Bates is new to me, and what a voice. This man is perfect as the older Daniel. He has a touch of class in his voice and the nuances are spot on. I look forward to more from these two.

Beth has moved back home to England after abruptly leaving Chicago. She attends a party where she sees a man named Daniel. The attraction between them is magnetic. Within the blink of an eye, what was supposed to be a one-night stand turns into something much more than either one of them expected.

I enjoyed this short story. Beth is merely looking for a good time after recently ending a bad relationship. Daniel is allergic to commitment and doesn't plan on spending more than one night with the beautiful woman he just met. In spite of their intentions, this is an insta-love story where both of them develop feelings very early. They know that choosing to not only be physically intimate, but also emotionally intimate is a risky enterprise - especially considering their backgrounds - but they can't help the way they feel.

This is a good story about two people who opened themselves up to the possibility of love and as a result, they got their very own HEA.

Two words come to mind about this story- short and steamy. Beth was looking for a rebound. Daniel doesn't do commitments. But their chemistry is through the roof and this weekend lead to more. I really enjoyed Daniel's reaction to realizing he wanted more. It made me chuckle. Overall, the characters were pretty fun, although Beth was played as if she is REALLY young and a bit immature. This insta-love steamy romance was a fun way to spend a couple of hours.

I had the opportunity for an early listen of the audiobook and that was a pretty fun one. Kelli Tager was good- her male voice sounded a little too forced and rusty. Alex Bates were great- I loved his emotion, especially when he played Daniel's surprise at what he wants from Beth. Overall, a really fun listen with a great narration team.

Did someone say cute and fast pass love story then falling for Daniel if for you. This is a very fast read being only a 77 page long novella.
However who doesn't love a love at first sight and I must have her vibes. From staring at each other at the party ,to a night together. Which then leads to him taking you on a trip to Paris. Well how could a girl not fall in love 😂.
This has some smut scenes however not as many as Tracy's other work but you can still enjoy it. The characters are well written and you get to discover a bit more about them. It was nice to see Daniel find someone as he seemed like such a lovely but flirty character in the other books.

Overall it was a super cute, fast paced story but the characters work well together. And if the heart wants it they book a trip to Paris 😂

Love the romance between Daniel and Beth even though it started from a one night stand but Daniel wanted to make it last longer and I loved it when Daniel took Beth to Paris and I loved that Beth opened up to Daniel about her ex Stewart who I’m not a fan of and Daniel opened up to Beth about relationships with his parents and I love that Daniel was dark and mysterious through out the book and very spicy between Daniel and Beth and I love reading anything by Tracy and she never disappoints and loving the falling series and I can’t wait to read more of books in the series and just love that this was a quick spicy novella and love that Daniel is good with us nieces at the beginning and love that Daniel calls Beth red in the book

Well, I'm in the minority. I found this book to be OK. The characters were likeable but one dimensional, we don't get to see what makes them tick, as d the romance was more of a sexmance. We have very little conversations between the H and h. The focus on her running away from problems... well I kind of wonder what else was she supposed to do? Have a big confrontation at the mall? I know that as a novella, some aspects of a story can't be developed. However, I would rather have some more insight into the characters and their romance, rather than another bedroom scene. Overall, a decent short story that will appeal to those who enjoy more bedroom time. * I received an ARC of this novella and this is my voluntary and honest review.

I didn’t read the other books in the series yet, I understand the story, but is recommended to you all the series! You won’t be lost at all. Is a contemporary romance starred by Beth and your pair, Daniel.

Beth is a woman who recently suffered a sad overturn in your love life and after that, in a party everything changed. With the goal of trying to forget all that brought her sadness, she end up in a casual sex which will change her life from the day to night. Daniel, the millionaire CEO takes the main character to a week in Paris, France.

With a story set in England in the first act, the author wrote a short book, which makes it fast and so enjoyable, she writes so well! When you realize, you’re in the end. The story was well told in first person with interleaved chapters between Beth and Daniel. Is an incredible tip for who’s like short reads!

However, something really bothered me in this book for being so short, some sequels in the scenes doesn’t made sense, it doesn’t have a specific explanation. I think the author could have valued the resolution of Beth's past more with the present, this is clear at the end of the work in question.

Super hot story. Beth and Daniel are scorching hot, their chemistry is intense from the beginning when they meet at his sister's New Year's Eve party. I love the older man/younger woman concept. Daniel knows what he wants and it's Beth. Beth is nursing a broken heart and swears off men. Daniel is a confirmed bachelor with no plans of settling down. Both of their plans are thrown out the window as soon as they spend that one night together.

This is a short but very sexy, hot read. I enjoyed the plot and the characters were truly likeable. I was sad to see it end. I will definitely read more from this author.

Beth was the first book I have read by author, Tracy Lorraine. This book was a great read. The story was very well written and I thoroughly enjoyed it. In this book, I was introduced to the character of Beth. Beth has recently suffered heartbreak and has moved back home to recover from the heartbreak. She meets a mysterious man at a party and their attraction is instantaneous and off the charts. The man, Daniel, helps Beth rediscover her zest for life and helps her learn to believe in love again. There are many sexual situations in this book. The book is not too long and can be read quickly. I would definitely recommend this book and would rate it 5 stars.

"Beth" is the first book I have read by Tracy Lorraine. It will not be the last. This is quick read that doesn't sacrifice character or plot development by having the lower word count. Daniel and Beth have an insta-lust that heats up the pages from the very beginning. I love how the story unfolds and how Daniel and Beth's relationship develops from that sexy insta-lust to their HEA. Filled with sexy, steamy scenes, and feels, this story kept me engrossed until the last page. Honestly, my only issue with this story is that I didn't want it to end. GREAT READ!!!

I love Tracy Lorraine's books. She is a wonderful author. One of the best in writing novellas, although I've always wanted MORE once it's over. This was no exception! I loved these two characters. I'm so invested in this world that she has created. I was thrilled to see that Daniel (Molly's brother) was going to find his match. I wasn't disappointed.

Alex Bates and Kelli Tager are great narrators. Their performances were excellent. Looking forward to hearing them again in the future.

I have no idea how I missed this when I was originally reading this series back in 2018 but I'm so glad I ran across it last week!

After having her heart broken by someone she was completely invested in, Beth's attention is captured when her eyes meet Daniel's for the first time at a New Year's Eve party. You could almost feel the room stand still when their eyes meet for the first time. I love reading intense first glances like this one in romance novels. The fact that he was older than her and that she was a game changer for him made it that much better!

This was such a quick little read that I enjoyed!

Daniel has no intention of settling down, he beds women once then sends them on their way and his plans for Beth, whom he picked up at his sister's New Years Eve party, are no different. But everything changes after one night with this beautiful woman, he wants more.

This hot and steamy romance is cute and oh did I say hot? Beth is running and when she gets the opportunity to just let go she does. She has no idea what's in store for her but she's all in. Before she can go forward she has to take care of the past. Great short story as we see cameos of some of the gang. Well written fun, hot and even some emotional stuff. A whole lot packed in nicely.
