The Sprint Hurdles - An Introduction to Training for the 110m High Hurdles

Looking for a simple, effective, and modern approach to coaching the hurdles? Kicking the lead leg out is dead, more hurdlers are running under 13 seconds and if you don’t begin doing things right at an early age, you wont have a chance at winning in this new millennium.

In Sprint Hurdles - An Introduction to Training for the 110 Meter High Hurdles, I am going to give you an overview of training for the event. You are going to learn the drills to use for teaching beginners to 3-step, what to look for and how to ingrain proper hurdle technique, as well as the keys to developing strength and speed in the hurdles.

I wrote this book for newcomers to the event and track and field. After retiring from competition, I saw that there was still not many resources for those wanting to learn how to hurdle. I have taken it upon myself to teach those of you eager to lear, and you can find many more of my titles on hurdling in my bio section here on Amazon.

Better than most

The only book more helpful than this one is ‘The Art of Hurdling’ by Steve McGill. But, I wrote this book so I might be biased.
