REVIEW: Told from three first person points of view (Blake, Liane, Ronan) TWISTED DUET is the re-release of L.L. Collins contemporary, YA to New Adult to Adult romance duet- Twisted Souls and Twisted Paths (originally released in 2015). TWISTED DUET is a story line that spans close to forty years in the life of soul mates Blake McIntyre and Liane Kelly but a case of mistaken belief, a lack of communication, and the interference of Liane’s former flame Ronan Collier push our story line couple in opposite directions until years later a chance meeting at the very place they first met washes away years of heartbreak and pain only to face deception-once again. Lives were destroyed but their love never died in the face of perceived betrayal, and a separation of miles and years. Scars that have barely healed will be ripped open when the truth is finally exposed. The $ex scenes are mostly implied or fade to black.
The TWISTED DUET is a love-triangle romance that follows Blake McIntyre and Liane Kelly from childhood friends to lovers to the day everything fell apart as the two, then eighteen year olds, prepared for their future-together. Twisted Paths advances the duet approximately eighteen years wherein life for Liane and Blake could not have been more different. Twisted Souls by LL Collins is part one of a duet and ends with a cliffhanger. If you don´t like cliffies, please wait until Twisted Paths, book two, releases.
Liane and Blake are teenager who are best friends since childhood and spent every summer together at the beach.
Now they are 18 years old and on their way to college. But drama, fate and karma prevent their HEA.
Twisted Souls is the heart wrenchingly story of soulmates who are forced to live separate lives.
I loved this book and give 5 Stars.
Twisted Paths is the second book in the Twisted Duet and not a stand alone. You must read Twisted Souls first.
Twisted Paths picks up 18 years forward, where Twisted Souls ends.
Carter is about to go to college and Li comes home to a abandoned house and a letter where Ronan awaits a divorce from her.
She´s devastated, finds him cheating and leves to her childhood holiday recluse. And there he is Blake. Her one, her soulmate. They reunite, but fate and karma have a way to go in the way.
I loved the first book and I couldn´t wait to read this one. And I loved it too. The writing is great, I love the words and I love the characters. 5 Star and thank you, LL Collins.

I can't tell you just how much I loved this book, it had me totally gripped from the very first page I just didn't want to put it down.
It's a story about finding your soul mate at an early age but been unable to hold on to them when secrets and lies are thrown into your path to true love!
Liane and Blake have spent their summers with their families at the beach every year since they were born those two weeks meant everything to them. As teenagers, hormones changed things and they realised they had developed more than friendship feelings for each other but Liane didn't want to lose their friendship so she turned Blake away. A few years later, and a trip to the beach everything changes and this time they are both determined they will be together forever but when Liane's ex is also determined he won't lose her he starts to play dirty and his secrets and lies will have repercussions for them all.
A definite must read for me and one I will be highly recommending!!!

I am going to be honest. I try to avoid this kind of books, it's too much for me, however I regret nothing about reading these books. I went blind into these.
It's hard for me to tell about this story without giving spoilers.
The story is about 2 long-life-friends that face all the odds that life threw them to be together, With their life heading to different paths, they try to make it worth, however, they have to prove if their love is worth everything that had and will happen.
"That's the thing about soul mates. You can try to keep them apart, but they'll always find each other in the end."
Their life is surronded of love, friends and family but also by secrets, hate and lies.
"Your soul and mine were always on the same path, it was just the rest of us that got lost"
I am so glad I gave the chance to these books because I loved everything.

This was my first LL Collins book, I was hooked from the start and had a hard time putting it down, I am pretty sure I would have never survived reading if it didn't have both books in one. Welcome to the journey of young love. where you will meet Blake and Laine who grew up together at the beach and finding there way off to college has fate bringing them back together again. where will their journey take them this time, this second chance? Do they end up with an HEA with what's surrounding them and what’s against them? where you will also meet the EX Ronen, what secrets will be exposed. thank you for wild ride.

I read this box set in 2 days. I couldn't put it down..This two book set has all the feels you need while reading a book. I cried, I laughed and I wanted to throw my kindle.
Twisted Duet was definitely a set that I consider my favorite of 2017. I was hooked by page two and I am still feeling the feels.
If you want to lose yourself in a book or two definitely give this set a shot. You won't be sorry.

I received this for an honest review... I was just blown away by these two books!!! I could not read this book fast enough.. Liane and Blake were simply amazing together and I loved every minute of this duet... This book gives the very best book hangover EVER!!!
I loved this series I was taken on a series roller coaster that I just loved every minute of... LOVED This book so freaking MUCH!!!

So glad that I waited for Twisted Souls and Twisted Paths to be combined into one book. I would not have survived the cliffhanger in Twisted Souls. Twisted Duet is a love triangle YA romance and my absolutely favorite kind of read. I have been in a mood for a really great love triangle and this was just what I needed. Blake, Liane, & Ronen's story brought out every emotion possible and I loved it from beginning to end. This for me is one that I can read over and over again and I will be very soon. If you are like me and love a great love triangle then I highly recommend that you read this one!!

Addicting!
A must read duet by LL Collins.
Through manipulation and deceit a forever love is altered. We find out that lies could change the path of your life in an instant. But keeping the hope alive may be the answer to finding your happy ever after.
I would highly recommend this book to any romance reader.
