The Last Conclave

His quest leads him back along the fibers and to a deeper understanding of who he’s meant to be. The key to finding—and stopping—Raime is tied to the groeliin, but just as Jakob thinks he knows what he must do, he finds he’s completely unprepared.

Still keeping it at 85%.
This is the first time there's a bit more revealed about the mysterious conclave. Another revelation is the truth behind Roelle's weakness and some hints about the groeliin, which both seem to gain importance towards the last two books. The plot around Roelle and Brohmin also gets some twists and revelations as well as hints towards a possible future.
Which is probably as much as I can say without spoilers.

Sixth of Eight
Seems like I just wrote a review, I did! I’m burning through this series. Have a hard time putting it down and I only have two books left. 😢 yes, I did some skim a bit which may come back to bite(The detailed Nuance). Will I ever know is the question?..
I was holding my breath when.....I’ll stop here before I need to add a spoiler alert. I will say I knew who opened the door as soon as he was described. Can’t say I expected it but it didn’t surprise me.

A story deeper than we know
As I read, I get the sense of how this series challenges the differences of races, mixed races, and static thinking and perspective of each, held by biases. A great and fun story to read is the main stay, but so much more if you thinks about what your reading. Great series and story.

This series has me hooked
I choose this rating because each book in the series draws me in. I have my favorite characters, the maddening villains and the intriguing mystery of what is really happening her, Twists and turns that have kept me up long into the a.m. Just got to know what happens next.

Another awesome book by DK Holmberg
This is a really good series..as pretty much all of his series are. I have neglected so much in my life that needs doing as I was so immersed in this story. It is good the next one isn't out because I need groceries.

One of the best. Lots of twists and turns.
This book had a lot of unexpected surprises. Lots of new problems to solve and what concerns might be the results lot those choices to make.

This series is getting better and better. I love the characters and story line of this series. You Start to read and you don't want to put it down. You won't be disappointed if you read this series. SyFy and Fantasy readers will love this series. Great Reading Everyone!

Even as Jakob becomes more powerful learning more of his abilities I am beginning wonder if he will be able to overcome the greatest threat. Even with the new allies hes finding. The more that I read the more that I find I'm like this series and looking forward to how it all gets finished.

Enjoyable series
Very good series. Really enjoying the whole story line. Hope the last book is out soon. So much to conclude hard to believe one book left.

Good read, lacked an ending
Like most in the series, this book seemed to just stop. It left a bit of a cliffhanger to make sure you keep reading the series.
