Ramsey swears he will never give in and never fall in love. He has seen the destruction from a broken heart, and he doesn't want to endure that pain. The Monica enters the picture as a trainer for the fighter plane that is going on the next deployment with his troop. Monica can't deny how he makes her feel, but is afraid of the consequences if they were to make it public. They both make the most of their one weekend together until she has to go back home. Emotions get mixed, especially when he is overseas and they are both dealing with only knowing their own feelings. I loved how Ramsey shows up at just the right time to make everything right between them to get their happily ever after. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
In this book, Ramsey is a Navy Seal, and Monica is a female fighter pilot. That is sexy, all by itself. Ramsey is the oldest of the Bradford brothers, and the only one that has not broken their pact of not falling for love, marriage, and commitment, until he meets Monica. There are funny parts, serious parts, and hot, sexy parts, that all intertwine into a wonderful, well written story. I loved this book, and did not want to put it down, once I started reading it. I voluntarily reviewed this advance copy, and I highly recommend it.
I really enjoyed this book. The story itself was really good and I liked both the characters. She was fierce and independent. And he was strong but sweet. My only downside is the sex were a little awkward. Little too much dirty talking and odd. Besides that though I really enjoyed this book. The ending was super cute.
First Comes Love by Juliana Conners a fabulous five-star read. This book has been previously been released as Ramsey, but has been updated and includes more scenes and more spice. Ramsey Bradford is the oldest brother of the Bradford boys, he has always been the one to hold everyone together, always the strong one looking out for everyone, never one to give up the seals. Ramsey thinks his brothers have gone soft settling down with a woman, until he meets Monica. Lieutenant Colonel Monica Carrington, someone he shouldn’t be having thoughts about as it would be against the rules for her to have an affair with an enlisted they would both get into trouble, but Ramsey maybe worth getting into trouble for. One night turns into one night and a morning, that turns into one weekend but that’s all they can have, one weekend or they risk everything. Would you risk it all for a man who told you he couldn’t give you anything more? This is such a great story, it’s funny and lovable, and Juliana Conners has written a great story once again. I can only hope we see more of these Bradford brothers.
Ramsey, the older brother, and the last book in the series. The book was completely different from the previous ones, which is a good thing after the first two were the same. The relationship between Ramsey and Monica was weird and complicated. There was too much drama on one side, and not enough on the other. I felt like there were many things that weren't really explained or that happened too fast. It was weird how fast they fell for each other, and how strongly they fought their attraction.
It was an interesting book, and a good change from previous books in the series, but I felt like something was missing as it was the conclusion of the series. In general, I liked reading them, but the book is not one I would think of recommending, I think there are better books out there.
3.5 stars While this was my first book by this author I was pleasantly surprised. This story has a little bit of everything. You get secret pregnancy, military hotties, a group of brothers that are close, and a romance to swoon over.
The characters were great. There are brother to Ramsey that I really want to read their stories. They were a great group that were close and loved each other. Monica comes in and throws the Hero for a loop, it was super funny. Both leads were strong, dedicated and stubborn, in the best way.
The plot, as I said above we get a great story intertwined. It worked super well. I have to say the things I didn't like were the dirty talk, the words made me laugh more then anything, and that towards the end it went too fast. I felt the author could have gave more detail about the pregnancy or with Ramsey in the military.
Overall it was a good book. I will be going back and reading the other book in the series. Starting in the third book, I didn't feel lost, I felt the pull to read the first two books.
I was really excited to get my hands on this book as Ramsey has always made it clear that he is avoiding love and marriage like the plague. Ramsey and Monica are both in the service and before you know it, their one night turns into more. I hate giving away spoilers but what I will say is that I love Monica's character, she's strong and independent and doesn't need a man if she doesn't want one. If you're looking for a well balanced, very entertaining book then this is the one for you. Received an ARC in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
Wow...the last Bradford brother finally bites the dust and falls in love. But Ramsey's journey is not that easy when the woman he falls in love with is Lieutenant Colonel Monica. First the relationship is not really allowed and second she doesn't date any military guys and after her last relationship she's still not ready for long term. But when Ramsey invites her out for a drink with the rest of the guys, she accepts, and then he offers her one night, she accepts again and soon the one night turns to one morning and then two nights. They can't get each other out of their heads after she goes back home but when he flys out to visit her, she falls even more. But when he makes a remark that hurts her, she decides to keep a secret from him since he's leaving to be deployed anyways for six months. She doesn't want to add to his stress. Ramsey can't stop thinking of her while he's away and even calls her, but when he hears some rumours and she doesn't bother to confirm why she isn't working, he tries to forget her. Easier said than done. A great great story about the oldest brother, Ramsey, with many hot steamy scenes and I really enjoyed the fact that after he met her he stopped his hit and runs and was invested in Monica and I really like Monica as she wasn't clingy and thought she was doing the best that she can. I also enjoyed catching up with the other brother's and their women and the ending was perfect for all of them. It's hard for me to determine which one of the Bradford brothers I liked the best as the author did an amazing job of telling all their stories. *I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book*
First I was a bit off by the cover. I am not into children of book covers. Especially not when you can see their faces. So this was an issue I had to handle before I could carry on and read the book without prejudice. But - wow - did it surprise me. In a good way. Juliana Conners did not disappoint in the well written story. It is a sweet story about Ramsey and Monica who both are in the service. Monica comes in for a training and Ramsey thinks that she will be a nice one night stand. He goes bareback and that was a mistake. The result is there nine months later. The book is in the series about the Bradford brothers and Ramsey has been true to his pact with his brothers which they made when their father died. They would never fall in love so they never had to make the same mistake their parents had. Ramsey is the last one who has not found a woman. Ramsey captivates you because of his passion, flaws and the way he acts. This book will get you through a lot of feelings; laughs, cries, madness and more. And that makes it a great read. It has twists and turns that only makes you want to keep on reading. This romance between Monica and Ramsey is different and intriguing. I can only recommend this book if you like a sweet romance novel with drama and emotions.

I read this book as part of an arc program. This was the third Bradford Brothers book and tells the story of the oldest brother Ramsey and Monica, a pilot he meets during a training exercise. Ramsey and Monica have a "just one night" pact that leaves both wanting more, but both unsure how to proceed. Monica has always given her life to the military and when her brother was killed in action, her sister-in-law and two small children move in with her. Monica does not have a dating life and had a long term relationship end badly, making her unable to trust and take a chance on another. Ramsey grew up with his mother abandoning the family in favor of partying and his father never getting over her leaving. He has sworn off relationships and only has one night stands. Monica and Ramsey have an intense connection and Ramsey goes to see her in Florida before he heads out over seas. Monica faces some hard choices in her life and if Ramsey has a place in it and if her wants to be. This book was another good one and the story of Ramsey and Monica was an emotional one that has the characters questioning their life choices. I really enjoyed this series and look forward to more books from Juliana.
This is my first Bradford brother's novel and I will definitely go back and read Jensen and Harlow's stories. Ramsey is the oldest and the last of the Bradford brothers to fall. They made a pack never to get into a relationship after watching their parents relationship. Now Jensen and Harlow have their women but Ramsey is happy not being tangled up with a female, that is until Whitney. She is a fighter pilot who catches his attention immediately. Whitney is an officer and she shouldn't be attracted to an enlisted man but Ramsey sets all her gears in motion. She decides to not be the "good" girl for just one night and see what Ramsey is like in bed. This should be a novel about not communicating for fear you'll get hurt. Both Ramsey and Whitney want more but neither wants to be the one to say so. I love how the author wove music into this story. All readers can relate to having songs bring up memories. This is one you should read. I was given this book for an honest voluntary review.
What a great ending to the Bradford Brothers trilogy! Loved this story so much. Ramsey and Monica aren't supposed to be messing around as an officer and an enlisted but they decide just one night won't hurt. Then it turns into just one weekend. Monica goes back home to Florida and starts rethinking her life and possibly retiring from the military. She can't stop thinking about her time with that Seal either, just as he can't stop thinking about her. Ramsey shows up at her house after she sends him a CD she made and they have another day together. Then she finds out she's pregnant but doesn't tell him because she thinks he doesn't want a relationship. Ramsey is then deployed. There are lots of fun and crazy twists and turns in this story between these two stubborn people. Friendship, family, hot sex, humor, music, PTSD and dealing with the effects as well as the treatment are all in this story. Great read! I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Headline: I have voluntarily read and reviewed and ARC version of First Comes Love by Julianna Connors. I love the Bradford brothers. I thought I fell in love with Jensen and Harlow. They have NOTHING on Ramsey. This book was amazing. Sometimes I think the sexy talk falls on the corny and teeny tiny stuff side. But the rest of the book completely makes up for it. Even the sexy scenes around those few words make up for it. So, I am still happy as can be with this book. Also, I am a notorious naughty, filthy smut reader when I’m not reading these books, so that could explain it too. Loved this series. Juliana did great! Really wishing there were more brothers so it could keep going but that’s my greedy reader self-talking again. Highly recommend this book and the entire series. Happy Reading!
I’ve read two of the books in this series and loved them both! Somehow, I missed Harlow’s book, but you can bet I’ll remedy that situation soon. These brothers are so entertaining! The dialogue gets a bit cheesy at times, but it doesn’t take away from the overall ambiance of this book. This is the secret baby genre done right. The plot is interesting, the imagery vivid, and the characters complex and well thought out. These characters completely draw you into the story and you just can’t help but become invested in their lives. This book was impassioned, witty, romantic, angsty, intriguing, and completely enthralling. I would recommend this book and this series to anyone looking for a sweet, sexy, and compelling read.
*I was given a copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review. All opinions are my own.
The final Bradford has catches the love bug! I loved Ramsey’s story when I first read it a few months ago so with the added bonus of extra content, the read became better. It had a rollercoaster of emotions, romance, a little humour, some very steamy scenes and a secret baby. I loved the interactions these characters had with each other and I loved getting the happy ending for all 3 brothers and their wives. Monica wasn’t one of my favourite characters, I felt she fell a little dull for me a lot of the times. Ramsey was a whole other story. I loved him and his character right from the beginning, I thought he was great to read about as well as his other brothers. Just loved when Ramsey found out about their baby, it was a very touching moment A good read with a very cute and sweet ending for all 4.5 stars

We meet Ramsey who is a Navy Seal and the oldest of the Bradford Brothers (f you haven't read those books please do you don't need to but you'll love them) and he meets Lieutenant Colonel Monica (uwdudududh YASHH GIRL) shes in his group and well their first meeting was nice but also filled with sexist comments from their unit.. but they have a spark when he defends her.. They shouldn't be doing this.. its against the rules but rules are meant to be broken ;D
A One night stand turns into another.. and another and another can Monica give up/risk her career for Brandon? or can Brandon give up his?? or worse can she keep this huge secret from him?! O=
Instalust/love Stubborn Strong Charming Navy Seal guy Stubborn sassy tough Independent gal Drama PTSD No cheating Sexxxx HEA EPILOGUE
I chose this rating because I really enjoyed this book. Characters were amazing I really enjoyed Ramsey. Ramsey was a man out all the Bradford brothers. Good remedy he also had his falls PTSD I'm glad that he realized it. But I hate it took him overseas to really realize that he really needed help. Now Monica well I really think that she fell in love at first sight, to be honest I believe they both fell in love with each other at first sight. The thing that I really didn't like was when Monica did not tell Ramsey that she was pregnant before he went overseas. But all things turn out for the best. Ramsey came home. Flew to Monica and delivered their baby boy James. Great read. All things turned out it. I recommend this book to all romance readers.
And the last of the brothers take the plunge, even though it took him so much longer to find his way! The moment Ramsey and Monica’s eyes lock on each other, is the moment both of their lives was about to change, even though neither were ready and willing to accept that fact. Even as both of them fight the not so subtle attraction between them, their hearts reach out and fate stepped in. Both stubborn with way too much pride, neither wanting to be the first to step up and break the ice, leaving each other to suffer the pain of loneliness and longing for each other. A beautiful story of love and just how easy it is to misunderstand a situation when we stop talking about how we truly feel. I loved this series and hope to be able to read more from this talented author.
Ramsey has vowed to never get married. Both of his brothers vowed rhe same thing only now one is married and the other one soon will be. Ramsey is the lone wolf. He is keeping his vow, or is he? Monica is a fighter pilot fighting to make her way in a man's world. She doesn't have time for a relationship. And Ramsey is off limits. They could both lose their careers if they got together. But it's just one night. Nobody needs to know, right? Ramsey and Monica's story is one filled with sizzling attraction, humor, misunderstanding, steamy sex, PTSD and so much more. You will be captivated with them and won't stop reading until you see them through to their HEA. I received an ARC of this book and am voluntarily leaving this review. This is my honest opinion.
This story is the last of the Bradford brothers, it is very emotional, you will laugh, cry, get mad and fall in love with the characters all over again. It does touch on PTSD and the implications of it while dealing with it, you connect with the characters and understand what Ramsey is dealing with.
Ramsey is enlisted and Monica is an officer, they meet during a training exercise and they agree to just one night, which turns into so much more even in that one night, and then a weekend, and a possible lifetime. Will they allow the military to get in the way of their love for each other? Can they see their relationship for all the beauty it has?
Great story and a wonderful and surprising HEA, love the ending! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
I started reading this book as a bonus in the back of another book along with Jensen and Harlow. Once the excerpt ended, I had to know what happened with Ramsey and Monica!
Ramsey is one of them characters that you just know their story is going to be good! He's always been the father figure, the 'glue' holding his family together, the last brother to keep to the pact of never falling in love. Will he be the onky one to stick to the pact the brothers made when they were younger or will Ramsey fall in love like his younger brothers, Jensen and Harlow?
I loved this book, well more accuretly, this whole series! I can't wait to read more by this author!!
Had the privilege of reading and ARC copy. Ramsey and Monica met at a training session for the military. She was an officer and he was a SEAL, they both knew it was against rules to date. Neither of them could ignore the feelings they had, but they decided to make it for one night only. But somehow they forgot to tell their hearts to stop feeling after the night was over. Funny how no matter how many times you tell yourself you aren't feeling something, your body finds a way to show you your mind is wrong. Great story of how a family can be started when you think it's not possible yet you still find happiness in the end.
Ramsey is the last Bradford brother left standing and is determined to stick with it. Monica has had to fight for her spot in a man's world and is determined to not let anyone take that from her. One thing neither can stop is lust and love. Will Monica be able to admit what she wants from Ramsey? Will Ramsey accept the secret she kept from him?
LOVED Ramsey! Out of all the brothers, I think he has been my favorite. He is the one brother who puts everyone above himself and has held his brothers together. Loved Monica's personality and how she was tough as nails, but was willing to admit when it was time to get out. Great book and definitely recommend!

Good addition to the Bradford brothers. The book dragged at times, odd for Juliana's books, and I lost interest. But it picked back up and sucked me in. I loved the heroine being a strong woman who is a pilot, a job not many women have. Ramsey has no desire to fall in love and only does one night stands, although with Whitney, it's an extended one night stand. Neither wants more than one night and when feelings start getting involved, the relationship dissolves as they both become distant. When a baby comes, Ramsey barely hears about it till it's almost too late.
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read.
A forbidden fling with a nine month surprise. Two military people who aren't supposed to date. Ramsey, a Navy Seal and Monica his trainer. Well one night can't hurt, a weekend can't hurt and who's to know. Anyway Monica has been thinking about leaving the military anyway. This is the last of the Bradford Brothers. I loved reading about Harlow and Jensen, but Ramsey's the best. An emotional read with a great HEA and a great ending to the Bradford Trilogy. This was a great story that was well written. Grab your box of Kleenex, you might need them. I received an advance reader copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
First Comes Love is Ramsey and Monica's story and a great addition to the Bradford Brother Trilogy. I really liked how Monica is a strong, beautiful, bad ass fighter pilot and very independent. Ramsey and Monica hook up one night never thinking they would see each other again but their one night turns into a hot steamy weekend. This is a well written book with amazing characters. Ramsey and Monica are perfect for each other and have sizzling chemistry together. My favorite part of this book was when Ramsey found out Monica's "secret". I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
This is the third book in the Bradford SEAL brother series. This is the expanded retelling of Juliana's Ramsey. Ramsey is the oldest brother, the caretaker who always looks out for everyone in the family. He's suffering from symptoms of PTSD and trying to deal with them on his own. During a air force training, he meets Monica, a pilot he is instantly attracted too but who is off limits as an officer. They share a passionate weekend together, each realizing that they feel more than just sexual desire for the other. This book deals with many things, and Juliana handles family issues, emotional baggage, PTSD, and relationship with great ease. I enjoyed Ramsey and Monica's journey.
I borrowed First Comes Love from Kindle Unlimited program.
Ramsey Bradford, a Navy SEAL is part of a joint training session with his two brothers, his Navy SEAL unit and the Air Force. One of the Air Force training officers and pilots is a hot woman. They agree to a pact to secretly hook up for one night, which is against regulations as Ramsey isn't an officer. The attraction is strong as. Monica and Ramsey enjoy the same music, military lifestyle and love for family, plus they both enjoy helping others.
First Comes Love has strong military heroes, a difficult relationship and a very happy ending. I enjoyed the humor added by Monica's four-year-old niece too.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I really enjoyed Ramsey's story, as I did Harlow and Jensen's. As the oldest of the Bradford brothers, Ramsey makes it his duty to lookout for his younger brother and works to keep everyone together as a family. But unlike his brothers, he is still single. Until he meets a badass, female, fighter pilot. All bets are off in the roller coaster of their relationship. This was my favorite of the Bradford brothers book because you kind of got to know and love Ramsey in the others and wanted him to find his own happiness.
