I enjoyed revisiting the men from this series. It just reminded me how much I've enjoyed stories by L.A. Witt.

Another good book! It was somewhat predictable, but it's still a nice storyline... I love this author! ;)

Two people are in the middle of a break up when they get a roommate. The roommate ends up helping them come to term with the fact that they still love one another.
This was a nice, quick story. ;)

Loved this book!
It's a great story about Kieran who loves the single life & he ends up meeting someone who has never gone out with anyone. Kieran ends up being okay with going out with someone who has no experience at all, as long as Alex doesn't get too attached... In fact, it's Kieran who ends up becoming attached in a nice twist of fate... ;)

It took a long time for Adam to realize that Dale should be in his life for more than a one night stand. I wanted Dale to just get his act together & talk to Adam, but love doesn’t always make that simple or easy to do.
I didn’t understand why Adam stayed over at Dale’s when he came to visit, but Dale had to get a hotel room to go visit him. Other than that detail, everything else seemed quite realistic.
Loved the retirement party, that really turned things around. I wonder if someone could really do what Adam did, but it certainly turned things around.

Greg is just getting over his 25 year marriage, when meets Sailo… & he’s ready. He’s been bi-curious for a long time, but with his marriage over he wants to explore his feelings for men.
Sailo is just an overall nice person who I’d love to have as a friend, so considerate & understanding of everything Greg was going through (with his divorce, his kids)...
I liked seeing their friends (from previous books) & hearing their raunchy jokes, as well as ribbing each other about how old some of them were. Also, wow, that VIP room at Wilde’s got a lot of action in this story! ;)
While Greg is exploring this new side of himself for the very first time, he still has to deal with his new life & his kids. Plus, is what he has with Sailo just a rebound thing or is it real?

Loved this collection of stories. I love this author, too. I loved how all the stories are standalone stories & we see the characters in more than just their own story. I loved how Ethan is always teased about how he’s old, for example. It makes the characters feel just like family.

It took me a long time to finish this series. I would have to read other things before returning to the Wilde’s boys. Why? The characters exhausted me.
The storylines all felt like they were the same thing — Protagonist have been dumped/cheated on/divorced and after some time moving on with their lives. They are suddenly face-to-face with the guy… Sparks fly. They calm down and live happily-ever-after. Though that’s not what makes this exhausting. It’s the play-the-victim theme.
Each of these stories include: low self-esteem, emotional abuse, and a gas-lighting ex.
The story moves along nicely from there (why protagonist whines) on a relatively flat trajectory with no build. It’s just coasting along, then you hit a pebble in the road and roll right over it and keep going. The reason there is no build is that the bad guy apologizes, is forgiven for all he’s done, and after all the lead character blames themselves.
Ugh! I couldn’t take much of that for too long without a break.

Good reads
I liked the stories. The only connection they all have is Wilde's and Kieran is mentioned at least once if not a big part of the story.
The second book, The Distance Between Us, is the slowest of the books and I was tempted many times to skip through it or over it completely. It ends well, but it seemed to drag for me.
My favorites were Kieran's story and the last one. Both stories move well and keep your attention.
I think that you should give this series a try.

I read two other novels while reading this.....I became bored....It was a mistake to read the collection in one go!
Far too much graphic and superfluous sex....far too much! It became offensive.
The plots were great, but the stories were padded with long, long sexual action.....and if that's what you need/want, this is a collection for you. Not my thing, but I got through it, eventually....
2.5/3 stars.

Terrible
In all honesty didn’t read them all. They were about, cheating, using and abusing the one you love, then getting together for a happy ever after.
I do enjoy this author but maybe now not so much now.
I think books should really come with a warning like cheating etc as we pay a lot of money to read books, so we should have more control.
Just terrible, none were likeable.

Incredible box set
I was addicted right from the start! Loved each and every one of these books! Liam and Jon, Ethan and Rhett, Adam and Dale, Kieran and Alex, Sebastian and Luke and last a my most favourite Sailo and Greg. All these stories are unique and amazing and I couldn’t get enough of them! Loved them and I can’t wait to read more from this author in the future

Wilde Events
I really enjoyed each book. Having a common place where most of the relationships start was great. I loved that each character were mentioned in each book. Jon and Liam, Rhett and Ethan, Luke and Sebastian, Kieran and Alex, Dale and Adam, finally Greg and Sailo were all memorable.

Sweet and sexy stories, but not enough character development. Their personalities and settings felt sketched-in. My favorite was "The Closer You Get" (proudly slutty bartender initiates newly out virgin) because they took it slowly, so you got to know the characters better before it became all about sex.

I loved the story development
I loved the way the characters changed and grew and we saw how their lives changed and entwined with each other. By the end, they all became a support and family for each other.

This one is currently on hold and filed under DNF. I was so uninterested in the first book, that I've not picked it up again to read any of the others. Maybe I'll come back someday and give them a chance, but for now, I've got other books I'd rather prioritize.

July 8, 2018I love this series I couldn’t put it down I read the first 6 books in the collection so far and loved everyone I hope the rest of the book tell the story of the bouncers they are mentioned here and there but I would love to know their stories. This collection I would read more then once
