I like the author's spirit and good intention, but this book is very high-level. You will want to read other more in-depth books about real estate investing before you get started.

Great quick read for anyone interested in learning about the basics of real.estate investing

Extremely helpful information on the various ways women can invest in real estate. Easy to digest and provides first-hand accounts of the author's experience which is relatable.
