I absolutely wouldn't have shipped this ship at the beginning of this book, but by the end I think I actually do. I can't really review the srs bsns body image stuff in this one because being a larger person, with all the crap society throws in there, isn't an experience I've had. I did end up believing in Pog and Mal's friendship by the end, and damn I loved the harrowing of hell sequences. (I will always love harrowing-of-hell sequences.) Also loved the reveal about Delilah, the roller-derby set piece, and the grand finale where we discover what Ish actually stole. This book leaves the Sluts in a good place: pretty much beholden to no one, with strong ties to each other, and the world at their feet. Some of them, like Melitta, are going to use that to go to college; others are going to grow a lot of weed and play roller derby; others are going to see the world. And they all seem to have found love in one way or another, with characters who neither steal the spotlight (except Cricket, lol, but Cricket is part of the team anyway) nor feel like cardboard cutouts. It's pretty great. Well done, Coed Demon Sluts.
