Saying Goodbye: A personal story of baby loss and 90 days of support to walk you through grief

Losing a baby, whether through miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal death, leaves so many parents lost in grief and full of unanswered questions.
Zoë Clark-Coates, and her husband Andy, have personally faced the loss of five babies. Out of their experiences came the charity The Mariposa Trust (more often known by its leading division Saying Goodbye ), offering support to thousands of grieving parents and relatives around the world each week.

Now, Zoë writes a moving account of their experiences and how they found a way through to provide help and support for others. Alongside this are 90 days of daily support for those who are grieving, offering comfort and hope during the difficult days, weeks and months.

This book was a lifeline after the stillbirth of my baby girl, Evie. Reading Zoe's story was heartbreaking but helped me as it validated my emotions and what I was going through. It was so helpful to read about another person's journey.

I'm also a practical person who likes to-do lists, so reading her 90-day program each day got me through these first 3 months of losing my Evie girl.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who has lost their baby, but also to family and friends to understand what your loved ones who did lose their baby/babies are going through.

I wish someone had given me this book right as I was leaving the hospital with empty arms. I even bought a handful of copies to give to the couples at my grief support group.

Thank you Zoe ❤️

This book carried me through the first 90 days after the loss of my twins, and it gave me a reason to get out of bed. I pray I’ll never need it again - but I’m grateful it was there 🤍
