I was able to read Daily Power for free from Netgalley, the publisher and the author for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review. The daily devotional is a great book because Craig Groeschel will help the reader become more discipline in daily readings and devotionals. Craig provides his readers a great view of what is here and now of our daily life. Also, he provides with his own experiences to provide us with great inspiration, daily life challenges and encouragement to help us connect more with God. Highly recommend this book for those who are looking for a guide and encouragement.
I am a member of Life.Church. I got the book before the beginning of 2018. Each page contains a reading to stop and meditate on. Most are grouped around a theme that changes every few weeks. Each one is good. Recommend for all to read.
A Devotional Tool to Enrich Your Daily Time with God and His Word
In "Daily Power", Craig Groeschel encourages every believer to set aside time each day to dig into God's Word, to become learners of the Word, and to remember that the Holy Spirit lives inside each of us, empowering us to live out the truth of God's Word.
Craig says, "He [God] delights in teaching us His truth. Through His Word, we have the opportunity to study His many lessons, each day discovering a new insight for a fresh angle to His truth that endures forever."
In a world that is full of discouragement and hopelessness, I find true hope in God and His Word. My worldview (the way that I see the world) is transformed with a Biblical worldview, as I learn more about God through His Word, which becomes my foundation and the truth that I stand on. I learn to daily die to myself, knowing that my hope is in God. I am empowered by Him, the Holy Spirit, to live out God's truth daily.
Craig's style of writing is refreshing and empowering. The "Daily Power" devotional is a tool for spiritual growth written to enrich your daily time with God and His Word. Craig states in one of the devotionals: "We don't have to be perfect; we just need to rely on God as the source of our daily power."

I received a complimentary review copy by the publisher. This review is my honest opinion.
In the book Daily Power: 365 Days of Fuel for Your Soul, author and Pastor Craig Groeschel, gives us 365 daily devotionals to fuel our souls and lives with power. This is a good daily devotional with short practical readings each day, including a Scripture and short prayer. I would recommend this book to anyone. I received a copy of this e-book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
There have been about 3 bullseyes with the way this book has been effective in making me feel that I’ve made a good decision to reconnect with God. I feel that I need to find a new daily read, this one just helps to affirm that religion in general is a creation of man. I really do not feel connected to my fellow man because if this book. I stopped reading this 2/20/25
I chose five stars because this is one of the best devotional books I have ever read, and I have read many. It is great for women, men and teens. I highly recommend this book.
Con honestidad y gracia, el autor nos lleva por doce temas espirituales diferentes para reflexionar y crecer en nuestra relación con Dios y con los demás. Excelente devocional.
Down-to-earth while still being Scripture-based, this little book is a great way to start every day. Just a few minutes every morning reminds you of God's power within to take you through the day.
I am a huge fan of Pastor Craig and this devotional was fantastic. Each day was exactly the encouragement and spiritual wisdom I was needing. Never let a devotional replace your daily time in God’s Word but use it as an extra “lift.” Thank you, Pastor Craig!
Today I wrapped up 365 days of soul fuel. Groeschel’s daily comments on scripture were pithy, insightful and often amusing. I will revisit this again in a few years.
This was a great quick daily read that generally felt realistic and not super cheesy like some devotional books tend to feel. I enjoyed it every day of 2018!
"God's responsibility is the outcome. Our responsibility is faithful obedience." (March 10)
"God wants us to be good stewards of all we're given, not good organizers of larger storage units." (November 18)
If you're looking for a book just to pump you up, like a gym bro, this might be for you. There were a few good nuggets, but I found this devotional to be way too much about the author, with his middle-class, white, suburban life, his great wife, and his beautiful kids. Sorry. I need something deeper. Going back to My Utmost for His Highest for 2024.
And that’s 2018 done! I enjoyed this book because it was quick and easy to pickup. Some of it is just redone content from other books which is expected I guess, but overall I enjoyed it.
