Silver Ridge Pack #2

Head Over Tail

Rate this book
I have no interest in starting family of my own.

Since returning to his pack, Giles’ health has deteriorated. He’s weak, can’t put on any weight, and his wolf form isn’t doing any better. So when the clinic refuses to refill his birth control in hopes of helping him heal, Giles fights back. No one in their right mind will be able to resist his heat, and without his own wolf to fend them off, Giles is as good as dead.

I can’t keep hiding from the truth. Something has to change.

Andrew hasn’t had a decent night’s sleep in months. Ever since he and his brothers rescued Giles and the other omegas from auction, he’s done whatever he can to deny his feelings for a wolf who’d rather be on the pill than start a family of his own. But when a call comes in regarding Giles’ poor health, Andrew rushes to his side.

What he finds is an omega too weak to stand with a heat so strong, it’s impossible for them to ignore.

Can this alpha and omega keep their paws to themselves long enough to see what’s in front of them? Or will Giles’ reluctance in starting a family push Andrew away, possibly for good?

Dropped at 43%.

Struggled until I gave up. The shift change (pun intended) between the beginning— and the books summary —to right after they fuck is jarring, and honestly boring I expected the summary I was interested in to be relevant for more than 22% of the book.

Dual first-person POV.

It was really good and had a surprising direction to it but I do wish the baby was named like Forrest or something like that
