About the author

Dr. Tito Aureliano (Recife, 1989) is a Brazilian paleontologist, professor, science communicator, and writer. Holding a doctorate from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), he researches dinosaur fossils, with landmark discoveries including the evolution of dinosaur physiology, their metabolism and growth strategies, and even their diseases. Alongside his wife, paleontologist Prof. Dr. Aline Ghilardi, he co-leads Colecionadores de Ossos — one of the world's largest independent paleontology YouTube channels — and has produced over 200 works in science communication, literature, and games distributed across more than 40 countries.
