It’s Been A Pleasure.
A great anthology written by many well-known authors. This book is filled with stories about an old western town named Georgetown.
Each author’s contribution is a story about a character from the town. Many of the characters were participants of multiple stories.
I like the idea of this application and I enjoyed reading each story. Would love to read something written in this way again.
Since many of the authors of this anthology are now well known, l can guarantee that l will be hearing from them again.

I don't give 5 star reviews very often, but Georgetown Haunts and Mysteries satiated every munchie my imagination craves. Having been to Georgetown, Colo. several times - including a ride on the Georgetown Loop Railroad and a tour of the Hotel de Paris Museum, I could easily picture the setting of each story. All of the writers crafted their work with brilliant skill, and I loved how the collection started with a story set in 1861 and ended in 2017; it was like a paranormal timeline of this charming, historic mountain town.

Georgetown is an amazing old mining town nestled in the Colorado Rockies in Clear Creek County. It has always been one of my favorite mountain towns. It's also the gateway to Loveland Ski Area, one of Colorado's best ski areas. I was fortunate enough to be principal of Georgetown School back in the late 1990's. This collection of short stories all set in Georgetown is a lot of fun. There's great variety in the story themes, and there's not a bad one in the collection. Some of them are down right chilling. All of them are great fun.

Great stories!
It’s rare that I come across a short story collection with stories that make me want to tell the world all about them. That is how I felt about this particular book! The stories are very good and I was immediately pulled into reading all the rest of them right after the first story. These stories are creepy and spine-tingling. They had me on the edge of my seat! A masterful story collection!

Solid collection of creepy, atmospheric stories set in Georgetown, CO. Some are set in the past, some the present. From creatures in the mines to the ghosts of gold-hearted prostitutes, there's something for everyone in this anthology. None of the stories disappointed, though some were better than others, as is always the case in an anthology. Quick, but satisfying read.

This was a very interesting book but it's not about the Georgetown near D.C. The stories are varied and each has so much interest in it, you just can't stop reading. I'm sure there's something for everybody in this book. If you like short stories, you should give this book a try. You'll love it.

Some of these stories are gold. A few are more like aluminum... but I had fun.

It made me want to revisit my childhood haunt and see how much has changed. The stories were eerily creepy and so much fun to read. Please do one about Evergreen Colorado
