A Convenient Impracticality

Rate this book
Somehow Harry ends up agreeing to a fake relationship with his ex-nemesis-turned-friendly-acquaintance-with-benefits, except for some reason it involves an awful lot of actual dating and, sadly, not much sex. Confused? Harry is too, but when has anything with Draco Malfoy ever been as straightforward as it seems?

Simply perfection! Draco and Harry have an arrangement that they agree to end as soon as they finish with their program. However, once it ends they are both out of sorts or at least Harry is and is not sure why. Draco comes up with a plan and naturally Harry agrees to it. One of the best fanfics out there.

Maybe this whole becoming-friends-with-Draco would be more difficult than Harry had originally thought.

This was fun - I loved the whole process of . H was a little more oblivious then I like him but it worked really well for the master plan in place!

Tropes:
– Draco/Harry fanfiction
– Fake dating
– Second chance

Auror training doesn't give Draco or Harry much time to do anything else so why not just start up a friends with benefits between the two of them? But when their friends think it's a great idea to set the two of them up, they decide to fake date to get them off their backs until they break up. Because that's totally going to happen.

This was a lighthearted and fun fake dating/second chance romance that I devoured! Super low angst and fun to read. I loved the meddling–sorry, matchmaking–friends and the slight twist at the end for how it all came together. I love stories in Harry's POV; seeing him pine is one of my favorite things ever.

SO FLIPPING CUTE. Starts off kinda spicy (not at ALL complaining) then heads off into the fluffy and oh my gosh area of romance (again, never comolain about that). Very very cute however I don't think this author really grasped their personalities as well as other authors have. Their dates, by goodness their dates, were absolutely adorable. So much chemistry. THE TWIST AT THE END? UNPRECEDENTED, and overall extremely ADORABLE.

Oh I loved this story! This was so cute and funny. I laughed a lot, I love the friendship of all those guys. Draco and Harry were, of course, perfect and I knew that somehow Hermione must have known of their stupid plan. But it was a real surprise to learn that everyone knew about it. Oh I laughed, I laughed.
