Excellent info

Told in a simple way. Highly recommend. Understanding how macronutrients work with the body was very interesting. The best part was understanding how to count macros, not calories.

Excellent book with detailed plan,
details step by step 3 phases diet. with a lot of work sheet
tables to fill in your meal planes. links to useful websites and mobile applications that can help you along the way.
calories of common food and potions that helps you get started planning your own meals with ease.
plus! exercises plans for each phase of the diet !
overall, this book is your 24/7 personal coach!

This was okay. Nothing I didnt really know. And a little over the top for me (ie. Keep a photo of your goal self on hand to look at before you eat... ah no thanks )
