This is a super useful book. It is very informative on the main issues surrounding food waste and it's not too preachy or too technical. An easy morning's read, in fact. The book is loaded with really practical steps you can take to reduce your own food waste - lots of things I had never considered but are actually so easy to do! There are also loads of recipes that use up things most of us bin. Really quite a brilliant resource for anyone who wants to start taking some positive steps toward reducing food waste.
