A broken life. And second chances that include ascent. Memoirs of a Marginal Mormon is commanding in its depiction of the how and why the author develops as she does, both morally and psychologically. Her maturation process is a tribute to the life-changing powers of education, development, spiritual growth – and the influence of each life on another’s.
I don't know if it's because I didn't have a big block of time to read this book all at once, but I had a hard time finishing. I liked it. Entertaining. Not my favorite Mormon memoir.
Paulette is an inspiration and being in her home is always a joy! Thanks for all the food at Lord of the Rings day and for the warmth provided by the fire of your faith!
