Firstly I have to say I liked the idea behind this book but it wasn’t an easy read.
I’m not really a picky reader where editing is concerned and I can overlook a lot but this didn’t flow, the writing and especially the conversations seemed stilted and it made for slow reading.

“We’re lovers, we aren’t and never will need anyone else again......”

I very nearly quit early on because of this but I was intrigued by the idea and wanted to see where it went and obviously my curiosity won out.

Jas is on the run from her last foster parent Fred who wants to use her gift for himself. Jas has visions and paints what she sees, she used to think these were random images until she realised she was painting the future. And that’s how she meets Wulf (in the flesh anyway) Jas has been painting Wulf from visions for 5 years and can’t believe he’s real when confronted with him.

Wulf is an Elemental hundreds of years old and he’s just found his one and only mate.

I had a lot of issues with this book but I suspect this is the author’s first book and so I’m not going to list them all but that said there’s enough here to make me want to continue on and so when I’ve finished this review I’m moving straight onto Bjarni.

Loved this story. Was a very quick read. Only a couple of issues with ow but H was all about the h. Never any doubt of his love for her. No cheating, no separation. Thinking this may be one of my favorites. Now on to the second! No cliffhanger. Slight talk of rape as it was mentioned that the Keres MC torture, rape and kill women to get the most energy from them. https://storiesinreview971130128.word...

1.5* and spoilerish stuff ahead

Without the sex scenes this book could've been written by a 10 year old that's how juvenile it was. Coupled with glaring spelling and grammartical errors I deserved 5* just for finishing it.

Right so the concept was interesting, we've got mc boys who are able to bend the elements but must also take blood and Wulf here is like an Alpha to actual wolves. So it's a mixing pot of genres that was almost interesting but because of the horrible execution of the plot it just made me want to bang my head against a wall.

Wulf's h could paint the future, kinda. One of his friends saw a painting of him so gets Wulf to go see. They meet she goes down, they exchange blood and bam they're fated mates! Aye yi yi.......

They go back to the mc compound because ya know enemies and such. Day to day life ,a couple of traitors,an ex hookup of Wulf's who will only meet with him, enemies and a very insecure fmc made this a headache inducing bruhaha.

That's all I'm rehashing, except he was completely loyal to her from beginning to end and brushed off all females but there was a bit of OW drama from his ex hookups

I'm definitely not continuing with the series unless I can be assured that the writing improves because I rolled my eyes so hard at this one if the others are similar, they may get stuck in the back of my head!

Jas was jostled from home to home as a child and the last foster family she lived with used her talents for his own means which had her fleeing. Wulf is a vampire biker who is sworn to protect the humans. When he finds his mate Jas, it is instant and he needs to protect her from the dangers that surround her. Can he convince his mate she is who she is?

This was great and unexpected. All the men in the Elementals MC are fascinating and pure alpha. Jas was wonderful, she had a few talents of her own and there are a few great moments when Wulf and Jas bein to interact. Checking out more in this series.

Great Read.

I gave this book 4 stars because it had a good story with with alpha males and HEA no cliffhangers. The alpha males have supernatural powers along with their mates in MC environment. It I a fast paced book, looking forward to her next book.

The story of Wulf and Jasmine is an emotional ride filled with danger, action, and hot sex. The author has a way of bringing the characters to life in a way that will endear them to the reader from the start. A wonderful way of starting the series where other characters make their presence known just enough to make you want to continue reading so you can see what happens next. The action is plentiful and that is what made this book a page turner. The world building of the Elemental MCs is expertly done and the result is a great read without a dull moment. I highly recommend this book!

I always enjoy reading paranormal books where the author has placed their own spin to it, rather than keep to the same characteristics everyone else uses. Alexi Ferreira has created supernatural characters that I haven't come across before. At first, I thought Wulf was a vampire, but as I read further I learned that he is something else entirely unique and interesting. The same goes for Jas, the main female character. Both, Jas and Wulf are meant for one another and I can see how their destinies entwine. This book definitely had me turning the pages to see what happened next.

Miss Alexi Ferreira, this is on point, I mean, The Fighting, The Love Scene is life. You gave me life in this book, I'm reading the book and I'm anxious, I'm on the edge of my seat, I literally stop doing my laundry to finish the book. I love a book with some epic battles in it, you gave me that and more, now I'm on my way to read the next book, later Miss Alexi Ferreira, you have a brand new FAN FOR LIFE.

Great new start to a fantastic series. Mc and paranormal go so well together, the two worlds becoming one. Can’t wait to get more stories from this group.

This is my first read by this author and I liked it but there were so many things that were a bit confusing to me. This is Wulf and Jasmine's story. Wulf is an Elemental and is part of an MC order of Elementals that are gifted with earth, wind, fire and water, who fight off another group of MC's called Keres. The Keres are Elementals that have turned evil and prey on the other Elemental's mates to steal their soul and element that they are bestowed with once they are mated. Jasmine has a special gift, she goes into a trance and can paint events that are going to happen, however she cannot do it on demand, it just happens. That's just the bones of this story...

Things that I did like...
1) They are a brotherhood, I like all the different characters that we meet in this book and I can see that they also get their stories told. I am very fond of Bjarni, whose book is next.
2) No wasting time about finding your fated mate, Wulf knew she was his mate and there was no hesitation in him telling her that she was his mate and staking that claim right away. Loved that!
3) Wulf tells her he loves her before she does, he is very protective and does everything in his power to ally her fears and assure that she is his EVERYTHING!!!
4) I like the take on Elementals as I have not really read a story quite like this and it was a different touch for me, as I am an avid paranormal/supernatural romance reader and love to have new aspects of a story presented to me.
5) As a brotherhood they are very protective of each other but even more so protective, of the fated mates belonging to their brothers.

Okay the things that I did not like so much...
1) Like any other MC book, they have what they call Jezebels in the clubhouse. If you have a read any MC book before then you know, that the members got around with these women.
2) There are some repetitive parts throughout this book, like a lot. Some typos as well as grammatical errors, not much but there are a few.
3) How did Jas go from being his mate, to his wife, to his Old Lady?
4) Parts left unresolved...at one point Wulf states that he was going to talk to Bion, their resident Doctor with the Elementals because of Jasmine's trances, but nothing is ever said again about it?
5) What happened to the foster dad who had been captured, that was stalking and had physically abused Jasmine?

Not a bad book all around. I definitely overlooked the parts that I didn't love so much and hope that there is more clarification in the second book. I do love Bjarni and pray that his book is way better.
Like I said I enjoyed it. 3 solid stars***

This is my first read by this author, and while I didn't love it I can say that I liked it.

I like that once they find their one they aren't with anyone else. They don't feel attraction towards anyone else. I also like how possessive they are.

I could have done without the slight OW drama, but it didn't take away from the story that much. For me anyways.

The writing was a little stilted, but I still enjoyed the story itself.

I will definitely be reading the next in the series!

3 big stars!

I really can't put into words what I didn't like about this book. Just a bit boring for me.

Wulf is a broody alpha and all. He was a good H.

Jasmine just annoyed me 😒. I mean seriously, she was so whiny and just blah!

The other guys were not bad, but just didn't get enough 😕.

I was determined to get through the entire book which I finally did. I just don't know if I'll be going on to the next book. Maybe I'll come back to book #2.

It was a real struggle for me to get through this one. There were just so many questions that were not answered for me. Don't even get me started on the grammatical errors. It just took away from my overall enjoyment of the story.

A good start

I ran across this book while browsing in my kindle store and it was on kindle unlimited so I downloaded it. This was an interesting concept and I really liked the story line. Yes there was a lot of errors that needed editing but seeing as apparently this is a new author so come on give AF a break a lot of self published authors first book has problems but they improve white each consecutive book. Gave this book a 4****, because of the misspelled words but I already preordered BJARNI even tho I could wait for releases and get it on my kindle unlimited. This is because I really want to read the next book in this series and I am willing to pay for a book with a good storyline. READ THIS BOOK IT IS THAT GOOD OF A STORY. STORYLINE 5*****+++

Pretty good.

I really enjoyed this book and look forward to reading the next book in this series. I've really come to love Alexi Ferreira's writing style and how she keeps her readers on the edge.

This book is the first book in the Elemental's MC series and it's about wulf and Jas.
I really dig the paranormal aspect of a MC who have the gift of the elements and how they need to bond with their soul mates . It definitely kept me intrigued for sure.

Great book

I really liked this story. It brings two of my favorite genres together; paranormal romance and mc romance. It's the best of both worlds!
Wulf and Jas's relationship is one that I'm sure a lot of us dream about 😜!
I love that all the men in wolf's club accepted her right away and treated jas like family from the beginning.
All the characters were so well developed, that even though this was wulf and jas's story, you still get a clear pic of the rest of the men. I'm excited to read about each one of them!
I highly recommend this book!

When I first started this book, I thought it was going to end up being solid 4 stars. However, with many grammatical errors and plot issues it dwindled down to 3 stars. I originally picked this up months ago but stopped after 25%. I thought I should give it another chance. It was an interesting story, but it didn't all work. I probably will not continue with the series. It has potential, just not for me.

Only recently have I forayed into the MC world. Paranormal, supernatural have been my genres of choice. Yet Alex Ferreira's Elementals MC has combined the best of what I love from an old favorite and a new favorite. She is an author I will follow. Wulf is an enthralling beginning to what I hope to be a long and amazing series!

I'm always willing to give a new author a go. Even if the cover doesn't grab me...even if the blurb is full of mistakes. I like to give everyone a fair go and sometimes I discover a beautiful rose, other times, like this time, I discover more thorns then flowers. Wulf was a DNF for me. I tried, I made it to 30% before the poor editing, cliche plot and underdeveloped world forced me to put it down. The characters to that point were bland. The writing was juvenile. The character speech was painful and far too formal to be believable contemporary lingo. I wanted this book to be good, the idea was definitely interesting though fell flat on delivery.

I took a peek at book 2 to see if the author learned anything from some of the constructive reviews for Wulf, but alas, it looks like it's just as bad, if not worse, than book 1.

I would encourage this author to find an editor, and if she already has one, a better editor, and put all her books through a complete make-over. Concentrate on better building the world you are trying to create, perhaps even give some backstory to how the Elemental's came to be, their families, who they were before here and now. Fill your characters with believable flaws, and deeper emotions. Don't rush the development of the relationship between your protagonists. Don't be scared to add some angst, it's okay for your babies to fight with each other. It's okay for the woman to have a strong will and speak her mind. Insta love is AOK, but it has to be done super duper well for readers to accept that unusual spark and connection.

Best of luck for future work XX

This is the story I want to live in...wouldn't change a thing, just make me Jasmine...lol. My review from Amazon 2 years ago is below...since then I think I have re-read this book about 5 times and the entire series 1-12 at least twice.

Amazon Review: July 2018 - I started reading this Author latest book Tormented a mafia romance and I enjoyed it so much. The Elementals Mc were mentioned in it and of course I had to read about them although "supernatural" books are not my thing. Well I think if Supernatural books were written like this, they would quickly become my favorite. EVERYTHING you could want in a romance novel and then some. It took me less than a week to finish the 6 books in the series that are currently written and I am anxiously waiting for Sept to get her with the 7th book. I have never read a series of books that are standalones yet so much a series...each book is so well written, the author takes the time to bring her characters to life and not rush through the others like I have seen some Authors do. I would recommend any of these books, but if you really want to enjoy them start with Book 1 and be prepared to have a few sleepless nights because you wouldn't be able to put them down. Oh and when you get to book 4, be prepared to laugh until you can't stop...Thank you Alexi Ferreira for the joy reading these novels brought me, I would give them a 100 stars if I could.

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either, they’re all manwhores. We have some details, not too much, about H sexual past.

The Jezebel that betrayed them had sex with almost all of them and gave BJ to H from time to time, and h got hurt because of this betrayal (she was selling information on them to the enemy), sooo think that one of the women that you had your dick in (even if only in her mouth) got your mate hurt...

And the drama because he was going to meet with an informant that he fucked every time they met, but he wasn’t going to tell h just to not upset her but she heard and dramaaaaa, that they finally fixed fucking like rabbits.

Not continuing the series after reading of the other male characters having sex scenes with Jezebels, and/or reading comments about their sex life, and details... sorry but not for me.
