Great book with practical suggestions. I’m planning on having my tweens read it.

One caution: he mentions that if you want to get off the phone with someone who keeps on talking, “you could tell a little white lie (in other words, a lie that doesn’t harm anyone).” I am going to red flag that one with my kids—a person of integrity will not even tell a white lie. I’m aiming high with my kids and teaching that all lies are wrong.
